No views early on is a gift: you can build confidence, experiment freely, and fix your thumbnail, title, and messaging without judgment. The real goal isn't views, it's attracting your ideal clients using language they actually use.

If you've turned on the camera and posted a video and all you got was like 12 views or no views, I know exactly what you're thinking. The algorithm is broken. My content is getting ignored. I'm shadowbanned. Maybe I should just give up. But what if I told you that getting no views was the best thing that can happen for you? So in this video, I'm going to share with you why getting low views is your greatest competitive advantage. Oh yeah, you heard that right. And I'm going to share with you how you can use this invisible phase to build a channel that actually signs clients instead of just collecting empty views. Getting no views? How in the world could that be a good thing? Well, for one, it allows you to build up your confidence. Before I started posting content on my first page, I wasted 827 days just to have the courage to do so, because I feared that the people who I love the most will see my content and judge me. You see, because they knew me so well for who I used to be, I was afraid to show them who I was called to be. So I wasted that many days focusing on tasks to feel ready and confident enough to post videos when I should have actually just posted videos. And when I got to a point where I could post videos, I realized that everything that I had to fear didn't come true. I feared being judged on camera for who I am and how I carry myself and my thought process, but all the videos that I was posting, they were evidence that that wasn't going to be the case because the algorithm didn't know me well enough to send my videos, videos out to anyone. That those lack of views allowed my confidence to flourish, because why would I fear someone having to judge me when they don't even know that I exist? And it wasn't like I was creating my videos for my family, so they weren't gonna watch anyway. So being invisible and being hidden allowed me to have the confidence to appear more natural And share what I had to share with the energy within me that I know that could positively impact others. Think about it now. If the only people you're talking to are yourself and Casper the Ghost, you should be able to appear more naturally and speak more naturally every time that you show up on camera. You should be more confident on camera because no one is going to watch that video to know who you are to judge you. Albert Einstein once said that Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results. So if your content isn't getting views right now, that's a great opportunity to not be insane, but to use that as an opportunity to improve and get better with the content that you're creating. Like, I see so many coaches on different platforms articulating their frustration on the fact that their content isn't getting as many views as they would like to. Like for it to have. And when you go to their pages, their content ain't even good to begin with. So rather than look at this as the algorithm punishing you, look at it as an opportunity to, to grow and to get better. Ask yourself the question, how can I make my videos more appealing to the right people? How can I get more clear in my messaging? And how can I be more defined in my positioning? So that YouTube or whatever platform that you're posting on has a reason to show your videos to the right people. By the way, if you don't know what could be the specific reason why your content isn't doing as what you would like for it to do and allowing you to attract clients through it, then you can check the first link in the description and I put together an assessment that shows you where you can improve and how to improve. With my own content, I feel like Sam Cooke when he said, it's been a long time coming, because because I, I was trash with thumbnails, absolutely terrible with them. And over time, I realized that I needed to create them in a way that's simple enough for me to create and not be drained from creating them, but also appealing in a way that would entice my ideal people to want to click on those videos. The same goes with the, the titles of my videos. I They were terrible, and I had to get better at that as well. But that's just to begin with. If they do watch, how can I get better with the content itself, the quality of the content itself? Well, one thing that's bad for me is that when I'm speaking, not only am I thinking about my ideas, I tend to think about how I'm saying them. So I'm doing multiple things at once, and it it doesn't allow me to create the best content when I am speaking. So I had to get to a point where I actually jot down my ideas so I wouldn't have to focus on what I said, how I said it, and how others would perceive how I said it. I don't know about you, but I would rather have no views rather than the wrong views. When you're not getting any views, that's actually a filtering system of removing the wrong people who wouldn't benefit from what you have to say, who aren't the ideal clients that you're looking to attract. Like when I used to post on my, my first channel, I posted a lot of Shorts. And on these Shorts, they— the content was broad for the most part, and it attracted all types of people. But what was frustrating is that these weren't the ideal people who I wanted to help and serve. And I was getting a lot of, oh, that's some great content, I agree with what you said. And I wasn't getting enough of, how can I hire you to help me with my problem that I'm dealing with? I wasn't getting enough of, man, I've been dealing with this problem for so long, man, I really need your help. And for me, that was frustrating when I was attracting a lot of the wrong people, because for one, the right people didn't know I helped them, and I couldn't get any feedback on how I can further help them. So when you're not getting any views now, you can look at it, well, at least the wrong people aren't watching it, and I can use this time to tune up my messaging to attract the right people who I know would benefit from what I had to say. So how do you build a channel that actually signs clients rather than collect empty views? Well, you have to understand this. My father said something very profound to me when I was probably about 19 years old. He said that humans are inherently selfish. We do things for our own benefit. Well, with that being the case, and right now you're not getting any views, you're hidden and you're in incognito mode, this is the best time for you to create videos, better videos that are in the benefit for others. This is the best time for you to get clear on your messaging and positioning. Why? Because this allows you to cater your videos specifically to those who will want to watch it. Like, in order to understand what's beneficial to someone else, you have to understand them as a person, right? What is it that they're dealing with? What is it that they're going through? What would be in their best benefit? What is it that they would like to experience? Understanding and gathering all this data allows you to cater videos specifically for them. And don't try to guess what would be beneficial for them. Don't try to make intelligent inference of what would be in their best interest. Go have conversations with these specific individuals to understand them better so that you're creating content specifically for them. And not only that, use the language that they're using to describe their own experience. Why? Because when you're using their own language within your videos, this creates connection. Why? Because they're going to think that, oh my goodness, he's speaking to— he's speaking my thoughts, he's speaking the way that I speak. He's more than likely the best option to help me to grow through what I'm going through. This is the type of content that allows you to sign clients rather than just collect some views of people saying, oh, great video. The videos that you put out from now on needs to be customly— and I don't know if that's a word, but we're going to use it today— it needs to be customly catered to the person who will benefit from it. Not only does this give you the ability to increase your viewership, It also gives you the ability to increase your clients. So stop looking at getting no views as the algorithm's way of punishing you and look at it as an opportunity to improve your videos for someone else's benefit. If you're ready to take control of your life and develop that confidence that you've always been waiting for, then these 2 videos will help with that.
