Five ways to stay consistent 1. Reflect on your why why do you want to do this? Why is it important? This helps you keep focus on the long term benefits rather than the short term pain. 2. Focus on one thing. You have limited willpower, so keep it on the one thing that matters the most. 3. Schedule it into your life and make it a priority. It will help keep distractions at bay. 4. Ignore the urges to quit in the early stages. We often want to run away from the pain. Fight this urge by pushing through, you will start to build the resilience that will make you stronger. 5. Go for winning streaks. Try and link up long chains of repeated actions and keep a record of it.

The mental system I ALWAYS use to transform myself. Warning: Simple, not easy.
