You're always coming up with ideas, but you never take action. It's fun and exciting to come up with ideas. We all do it. The problem is, the next step is hard. Taking action, getting started. It requires us to get up and move. And it's filled with our fears, like uncertainty, self doubt and judgment. So we go back to the comfy place of coming up with more ideas, where we believe we are being productive. We end up never executing, merely becoming idea generators. And every time we do it, we ingrain this habit, making it harder to change. We think this is all harmless and fun, but. But deep down, we are confirming that we can't deliver on any of them. So what can you do? Try focusing on one of your ideas, the one that excites you the most, and push it as far as you can. It will feel uncomfortable.
