If you're not happy with where you are in life, here's a thought for you. This gets painful at the end, so scroll on. If you're not ready to hear it, take a breath. Now imagine you are in exactly the Same position in 10 years time. Same work, same life, same habits and you still have the ideas you never started. How would you feel? The truth is that once we establish a routine in our lives it becomes very difficult to change the fears, the environment, the risks, the uncertainties. We have to put sustained effort over time to break it, going outside of our comfort zone, trying things we haven't tried before. It will be hard and you will be tested but it is possible and you can do this. You may need some help but that's okay. Or you can stay as you are, doing nothing other than scrolling on your phone until your deathbed wondering why you never tried.
