Introverts. Putting yourself out there moving forward can be especially tough. You get drained quickly when interacting with people and environments, leaving you less experience dealing with it when you have to this is how I felt. It was hard for me to step outside of my world because I became accustomed to staying inside it. So doing anything out there was a really big deal. I had so many things I wanted to try, but they inevitably involved other people seeing it and me talking about it, which often made me feel uncomfortable. I made it worse by overthinking everything. The problem was I was left stuck, unable to make any progress, never attempting the things I desperately wanted to try. And time wasn't waiting. I needed a way past this block. I spent countless hours, weeks, months trying to find solutions, reading books, buying courses. But I couldn't do it. I got held up at the same point over and over. It wasn't until I started building my own strategy that accommodated my personality with steps designed to get me moving without the overwhelm did everything start to change.
