Self discipline is a simple, actionable way to start building it by the end of this video. Like fitness, discipline can be trained and you can start from nothing. During the day we have hundreds of urges. When we are in a discipline slump. We get distracted easily and we procrastinate. We can end up following nearly all of these urges, especially with no one to stop us. From now, try to resist just one of these urges. You'll feel the urge each time, the temptation to have one more scroll, one more video, one more snooze or one more cookie. Focus on beating that one urge to start. Don't worry about the ones. You can't think of this as the beginning of your training. You can turn this into a game and see how many you can resist during the day. Start small and promise to stick with it. Your confidence will start to increase as you start showing up for yourself and over time you will start to grow your discipline muscle to achieve the goals you want to.
