So as I said, I've been, I've been listening to so many different things and reading things and observing people's behavior in difficult situations, and particularly being aware of that in the last month. The premise that I really wanna concentrate on here is that we really have everything that we need within us to withstand all that we can face. And you've probably heard that saying before that says the universe will never serve anything up that you can't handle. I listen to that, and it's nice to have these little sayings, but I always want to have the information behind it. And what does that mean? We talked about last month imposter syndrome, and imposter syndrome can only exist when you need validation externally. When you have internal validation and you believe that you've got all that you need within to say, I'm okay, I'm enough, I'm all right, I'm powerful, I have capacity, I'm capable, I'm competent, all of those things, it doesn't really matter what happens externally or other people's opinions. It's same premise that we have here as we sit here considering resilience, and we consider the tools that we have in our toolbox to allow us in these situations to deal with it. So we know there's an awareness that we need to have. We know that there's pushing up, being present in the breath, in the moment, and pushing out what's the most obvious next step whilst concentrating on what we want to create.
