Bridge to Business Success Dec 2023 - Using AI to Amp Your Business

In this Creators Academy masterclass, Jane Slack‑Smith walks participants through how to integrate AI tools into every stage of a business’s client journey, from awareness to conversion and post‑sale nurturing. She frames AI as a "naughty puppy" or an intern that can be guided with clear prompts, emphasizing a playful, experimental mindset. Jane demonstrates live how to gather and structure core business information (company story, ideal client, products) into templates, then feed it to ChatGPT to generate brand‑voice statements, copy, quizzes, email sequences, social‑media calendars, and lead‑magnet ideas. She introduces several custom tools she’s built – the Meta Myth framework, Money Mojo quiz, Choice Wording assistant, Brand Voice Assistant, and a brand‑voice custom‑instruction template – and shows how to use them to automate content creation while preserving authenticity. Ethical reminders about uploading only one’s own data and respecting privacy are woven throughout. The session ends with a hands‑on workshop where participants see AI generate a quiz, select winners from comments, and craft personalized follow‑up emails, reinforcing the message that AI should free creators to be more human in their client interactions. The overarching goal is to inspire participants to monetize and magnify their mission by leveraging AI as a creative partner rather than a threat.

Record. And welcome everyone to the Creators Academy December 2023 masterclass, all about AI and how I use it in my business. Now, this is going to be a little bit different, and the reason that, um, it's a bit different is that I've been running these Bridge to Business Success masterclasses for the last year, and I've always had a guest on and, uh, giving you some real insights and tips resources. And please go back and have a look at all those recordings because I've just had the most amazing people. But this month I'm going to be interviewing myself, which is going to be fun and exciting. And, you know, the thing about AI that I want us to consider is that, you know, it's only really been open to the masses for the last year now, you know, December 2022, about 2 weeks after ChatGPT was, you know, available. I was there creating Secret Santa Christmas messages for my family, you know, and, you know, someone who's a fisherman got a sea shanty and, you know, it was fun and it was a little bit of enjoyment. By January, I was teaching my Business Accelerator mentoring students the ways that they could use AI in their business. February, I was teaching and co-hosting here and teaching you guys about how you could use it to get to know your client better. So now we're like a whole year down, down the track. On the weekend, I found an app that in 30 seconds I could put in an intention and said, you know, I would like to create music in an energetic pop feel about people living their best life, full of abundance, their true nature and purpose. 30 seconds later, the words generated. 30 seconds later, cover art came. And then it gave me 2 versions of the song with someone singing it. That was like 2 minutes. And I was sitting there going, this is blowing me away. And it was a bit of fun. But the reality is that there's some people who sit back and go, okay, that's it. There's not going to be no more musicians in the world. Or this is something that we need to be scared of. This is something we need to worry about. And there's going to be points where we have to really call it and say, this is a little bit too far. I generated just for the fun of it, an AI avatar, and I sent it to my mum. We have a bit of a chance later, I'll remind me, I'll show you. And I said, Mum, this is me speaking, and these are two videos of me speaking. What's the difference? She said, oh, the background's blurry on one. She didn't even realize that one was an avatar that I typed in the same script and it spoke it in my voice. So that's strange. If you ever see an avatar of me, you will know that I will always start with, this is avatar AI Jane. So you know that it's not me. And even to the extent I put that funny little, here's a music generator up on the weekend in my personal Facebook group and someone came back and she said, I'm a photographer, like I can't use this. And I went back to her and said, okay, think about this. You're a photographer who intuitively uses your skills to tap into the entrepreneur or small business person who wants to craft a beautiful story of how they present themselves to the world. How about you deliver the photos when you finish them with a bit of a song that talks about their true nature and purpose? And just like, oh my God, never saw it. And so, you know, there's these things that you, you look at, and I, my genius is connecting the dots, connecting ideas, people's collaborations and things, and going, ah, you know, what if? And I don't have all the answers, but I love throwing them out there and inspiring others. So what I really want to do today and the intention that I've set is that you're inspired by this. And just before you get to that point that goes, oh my God, I'm overwhelmed, I can't do it, I'm out. I give you the tools and resources and a little bit of a hands-on workshop at the end so that you can create these for yourself. I want to give you some things that you take these away. So my intention is to inspire people to monetize and magnify their mission of what they wanna create in the world. And the whole purpose of, you know, this entire Creators Academy Masterclasses is to inspire you and give you resources because I see myself as a bit of a condition crusher. Every time I speak to one of my clients and they go, you know, I can't launch my course, or, you know, this is just a hobby, or how do I get on an international stage? My job is to be that condition crusher and goes, Well, how about this? And so when we are sitting there with all of this information, this incredible vision that we create with our choices every morning of this business that we would love, and sometimes circumstances can kind of pull us away from that. I want to be able to give you tools that can connect you to that and go, well, if it's so hard for me to come up with 3 posts a week on what is my mission, let me get some inspiration from AI. So I'm gonna be, you know, pulling back a few of the covers on my business today so that you can see how I use it. You know, I'm gonna be completely transparent. If you've got questions, you know, put them in, put a Q at the front so Claire can help me collect them and I'll answer them. But You know, at the end of the day, my mission is to help William's mission of creating a million magicians out there creating their true purpose. And if you guys have choices that are gonna create businesses that are gonna do that, then let's give you all the tools so you can go out and magnify that. Because I think, you know, together there is a, a real, uh, change and awakening. And, uh, if we can be part of that and create, you know, success not just for ourselves but for our clients and for the community and for our family and everyone that we have a mission to affect, then that's a great thing. So everyone in for that? Woo-hoo! All right, so I just wanna get a hands up. Who's been playing with AI here? This is— who's a novice then? Who's starting from the beginning? Okay. Oh, good. So we've got a bit of a mix. So I'm gonna take you through slowly and show you right from the beginning what you can do. Now I like to think of ChatGPT, Poe, Claude, Bing, whatever you use, an AI assistant as a naughty puppy. So just think of like AI as a naughty puppy. So what's a naughty puppy? A naughty puppy is something that you give some directions to. Sometimes it gets it right and you're like, give it a bit of a reward. And sometimes you're like, hmm, bad doggy. But at the end of the day, it could be your best friend. So I'm always on the path of being very open in using AI as a bit of an intern. It's like, mm, didn't quite get that right, but thanks for trying. Let's try again. And so you'll see some of the kind of thought process I go through when I'm having a chat to it. And I wanna show you that because it kind of gives you permission to go, well, nothing's off the table here. Like, you know, if I need to have a bit of an inspiration around the fact that someone said, you know, the speaker for tomorrow hasn't turned up and I need you to give a 30-minute talk on your product service mission in the world. You can go, not the, oh my goodness, where do I start? Should I go out and buy a dress? Which is usually my default or to procrastinate, or you just go in and go, hey, this is me, this is who I am, this is my core story, this is my ideal client, this is my message, give me some ideas on a 30-minute speech. You know, that's where I want you to start. So I'm gonna share my screen now, and the reason I'm gonna do that is that I wanna be able to take you through a little bit at the beginning. So you're really very, very clear on, you know, exactly where we start this conversation. So this is my Your Success Club client journey. Now the reason that I'm showing you this is that this is kind of like a little— I wanna start at the beginning and give you a little bit of one-on-one marketing. So when someone comes into our world, they come into awareness about us and then they kind of put their, their hat in the ring, have a bit of engagement. There's an evaluation period where they're kind of getting to know, like, trust you, you make your offer. And then once they become a client or a customer— customer I define as buying a product, client is someone who might take like a coaching service or engagement— then we want to love them up forever. Like, they're our biggest advocates. They may not come back and buy stuff off us, which is just fine, but it's about loving them up and setting that intention from the start of serving them throughout. So I want to show you this because I'm going to show you in each one of things where this, where I use AI. Now, if I just for a moment take you through, and I've got two screens here, so I have a look sidewards, sorry. Think about this. Think that you're sitting in a bar. We all probably sat in a bar at one stage in our lives, sitting in a bar and someone comes over and says, How about it? Kids, marriage, the whole deal. Let's go for it. And you're like, you're a creeper, like full on out of my space. We've all had that in a marketing situation. So someone's like, you know, you're sitting, you're sitting there and like, do I have something for you? And they start selling you and selling you and you're just like, creeper, I'm out of here. So this is why we kind of have this, this client journey. We have this awareness. We're in awareness playground. We might be networking at events. We might be speaking on stage. You know, we might be turning up just in a Facebook group serving someone else's group, answering questions. We might be on someone's podcast. We might have written a book. We might have a chapter in the book. Like, there's all these things that is, this allows people to, you know, see you across the, the bar and go, hmm, they're a bit alright. No big commitment, right? And then we get into the next stage, and the next stage is this engagement stage. And this is where they, they're kind of checking you out across the bar, and they're like, wink, and you're like, oh, hello, this is all right, you're still kind of comfortable, we haven't made any great big, you know, commitments here. And then they kind of walk across and they go, hey, can I buy you a drink? And you're thinking It's all right so far. Then there's the offering. Hey, how about a second date? And then there's the nurture. It's like, geez, we've been dating for a while now. How about the marriage? Now don't get me wrong, you know, this is like a client journey, a traditional client journey. And this is where most of my clients come from. This is where most of your clients are gonna come from. Having said that, you know, when we know, we know this, we know we have our current circumstances, we know we have our vision, we step into intuition and goodness knows what's gonna come up. Now this is a path that is traditional marketing path. But the reality about this is, right, is that I've had people who've gone, and this is often how I get my mentoring clients, they go, you came to me in a bridge. Okay, so we're going straight to love and marriage. So, you know, we don't really know how it's going to happen. We don't need to hold on to it. You know, if someone wants something ahead of the schedule, give it to them. So, you know, this is exactly what we want to do. So, so in my awareness playground, I'm guest on podcasts. I have, um, I'm about to launch my own podcast, Exit the Matrix. I volunteer to present in other people's good groups. I'm on social media. I have videos, posts. I speak at corporate events. I'm featured in books. I have Facebook advertising. So I wanna take you right now through, you know, where I use AI here. And this is really important because what this does is it allows us to have an understanding of, you know, where we actually engage with people. So I've used a template which I'm gonna share with you. Now, don't stress about this because I'm actually going to give you a copy of this as well, right? So If we have a look at this, this is a template I use. Now, this is you knowing who you are. So your company details, who you are, what you do, who you serve, your solutions you provide, and the website. Now, this is kind of like the base case right now for all of you who— and just give me a show of hands here— who's done a Meta Myth with their coach? So I can just see that. Yep. Perfect. Now, a Meta Myth is a Natural Success Tool. It's incredible. To be honest with you, I've done all the Natural Success Training, and it wasn't until I started coaching with William that I learned the Meta Myth. I'm assuming that all of the people who've worked with William have learned this and then taught people below them because it doesn't actually appear anywhere else in my awareness of being in this environment. So working with an amazing coach who will do this Meta Myth with you ask them to do it. And I'm sure that there's numerous coaches within the community that you resonate with who can assist you with that if you haven't done it. So I'm making the assumption that you got this. So this is where our intuition and natural success tools come in, right? This is the Meta Myth. Now, this is an incredible experience, these, this process of actually finding out who your client is, what they're seeking. So this is where you do the circle work with your coach. What their problem is, what's their dream outcome, how they're gonna feel if they don't take up your offering, and how would they feel if they do. Now there's a little bit of steps in between there, but this is the core crux of it. As I said, I'm gonna share this document with you. So actually I'll just, I'll put it into chat now so you know that it's there. I am going to change the, uh, link to this because I want to be able to put in some prompts for you, some AI prompts that are going to help you as well. So I'm just going to copy it, put it in chat. You got it. Anyone who's watching this, it will be attached somewhere around this video. Okay, so I've got the lovely Rachel here. Rachel is a coaching client of mine and has very nicely suggested that I can show you what we did with this information as well. You need to know your core story. So what's your core story? What's your unique, you know, why, why do you do things and how people can engage with you? So this is kind of like your why. It's really handy to also know your products, how you serve. Now in the Meta Myth process, you do come up with how people engage with you, the awareness, etc. and your offerings. So this information, you know, what kind of type is it? So for instance, if I have a look at my, my products, so I've got, you know, like a free offer. What's the goal of this offer? What's the client journey? What's the benefits? Now, what's really important here is what's the current pain point it solves? What's their solid win? What will they still need? And What product can you send them to after? So this is being really, really cognizant of how you are supporting your clients. So for instance, this, and I call this the win gap. So what's the win? We wanna be completely authentic. We're not gonna be one of those schmoozy salespeople that says, I'm gonna promise you this, and they leave all too many questions in your head. You want a solid win for them and then you want a gap. Now, if you don't know what this is, that's fine. This is where we use our AI assistant. So is everyone with me so far? I just wanted to give a little context before we kind of go in, because if you start using this without the power of having the right information, then you're really going to, you know, get pretty much crap out, to be honest. And so once we have all of this, we want to know what their pains, fears and their designs are. So if we have a look over here— where did I just put this? If I have a look at, uh, Rachel's, and I put this in a place where I was going to find it very, very quickly and I don't— let me just pull it up so I can do that. Uh, Rachel, Rachel, Rachel. Okay, so Rachel, we went through this whole process of, for Rachel to know her ideal client. You know, we worked out who they are, how you served. And then what we did is we said, okay, we now know this information about them. I actually want to know these clients further. I really want to dig in and get to know to who my ideal client is. So what are their biggest fears? You know, what are their pains? What are their desires? And what are their beliefs. So what we did essentially is we grabbed this information and we put it into ChatGPT. So we take all the information that we've got here and we say, okay, I wanna know this about my ideal client. So for instance, if we go into ChatGPT, I'm gonna use just the, the free one. I'm gonna start a new chat. New chat. New chat. Hello, new chat. See, it's just like a naughty dog sometimes. You just gotta go, okay. So what I have here is I'm going to grab all of that information. So this is what you're gonna do. You're gonna say, hey, I would like you to have some information around what I do and who I serve. So this is like the real, you know, let's get to know everything about you. You. So, you know, this is like the, the all this information of who you are and how you serve. So this is my customer journey. I also have other information. So in here, what you're going to say and what you're going to do is you're going to say something like, um, I am going to give you the information about me and my business and my ideal client. Now, this is where the power of the prompt kind of works in. So you want to be able to tell them what you want to— for them to do with it and who you want them to act as. So you might say, I want you to act as a, um, expert marketing guru with strong copywriting skills so that I can connect with my clients on an emotional level that makes them want to know more about me and my services. I will be uploading information into, uh, this chat so you know more about me. Let me know. That is fine. And let's get going. So see how, like, it's not rocket science, but you kind of like going, you know, as you're thinking, then you're doing. So we throw that in there. Now let's go and throw this over here. So we have a, a bit of a, you know, document here. I'm also going to just pull my templates over here so I can give you an example. So this is what ChatGPT says. Absolutely, Jane Slack-Smith, lovely to meet you. I'm going to be taking some of this information off you and I'm going to use it. So I have my company summary. So I've done this, right? I've gone through and I said, hey, here's my name, this is what I do, here's my website, why is my company different, who am I. Now I've come up with this unique value statement which, surprise, surprise, ChatGPT helped me with. Okay, so this is me, my information. Don't continue until I tell you to. So I'm just gonna put the information in there. I'm gonna copy this. So all we're doing, right, is we're, we're feeding the information. We're giving it some of the information. So it's like, oh, okay. Yep. This is who you are. This is what you do. Told it not to continue. It says, hey, I'm just gonna, I'm gonna come up with, you know, who you are and how you do. Now, this is where we get really exciting. We're gonna say, This is my ideal client, and we're going to go over and we're going to grab the information about the ideal client. So I've got some ideal client information. Let me grab that, and I pull that out and I say, okay, so here's my ideal client, or here's my, here's my products. So I've got an ideal client to do. I've talked about all of the things that they are seeking. I put this in here and I say, now I want you to come up with a table. In column 1, tell me what their visa In column 2, tell me their desires. In column 3, tell me their fears, desires, pain points. In column 4, tell me what objections They may have. And column 5, tell me how to squish that objection. Everyone with me so far? So all I did was I took that information and I outlined it. So here we've got, hey, here's their fears. You know, they've got a fear of failure, they desire to find true purpose, they're uncertain about the future. They have worries about their family's and friends' opinions. And you get— and it says here, you know, start sharing the individual stories to overcome fears. Here's their fear of not being taken seriously. Here's their desire. Now, I asked it to look at fears, pains, desires, etc. It's not really in the format, so I'm like, yeah, can you please redo in a format that does not have Aspect in column 1. So, you know, you just keep going through and saying, okay, this is kind of what I want to do. Now I'm going to copy that and I'm going to go Sheet New, Ctrl+V. And here we now have some of the information about our clients and who they are. So this is kind of cool, right? Everyone, everyone good with this? We— I'm just gonna stop and check. Yep. Any questions so far? We're okay. Okay. So what we're doing is we're just getting to know them because we can't bring people into our world until we know who they are and how we talk to them. So this is really, really cool. Okay, so let's jump back in. Because what I want to show you next is how you can now use this. So I want you guys to see this here. You see, if you go to your name, if you guys are in ChatGPT at the moment, you can see your name and you can come up here to custom instructions. So if we go to custom instructions, it says, what would you like ChatGPT to know about you to provide a better response? What we've already just created, and we've only got 1500 words. So you gotta be kind of special about this. You know, you, you put in what you do. Hey, my niche, intuitive money mindset, business startup mentor and coach. I show in my courses the old operating programs, limiting beliefs. This is directly from this information that was pulled up here. So now you've got this, right? So this is how you customize or what we call season your ChatGPT because it's really pretty nice that we've got over here a bit of information about us, right? But when we go to do a new ChatGPT, it's kind of forgotten who we are. So I want to show you how to customize these instructions now. So this, you've now got a template to be able to like dump your stuff in there. This one here is a little bit more interesting. This is how we want ChatGPT to respond now. So I don't have to jump in every time and say, this is my voice and who I am. I put in my brand voice. So I put in something in there about me and it's like, you know, Jane has an authentic, trustworthy, inspiring thing. You know, she's fun and goofy. Now I'm never gonna describe myself as fun and goofy, but I'm gonna show you where this came from. Maybe talking about dating and winking people across the bar is fun and goofy. Who knows? I'm then gonna have tell it how I want it to act. So we've got this information here, right? And I'm like, yeah, it seems you know me now. You know my client, you know my Myneek's story. But you've got an opportunity here to say, hey, I would like to create a short summary of my brand voice. I am going to share with you some of my teachings, podcasts, transcripts, like whatever you've got, or, you know, um, posts, social media posts, so you can, um, get my brand voice. So right now What you need to do is you need to go and find something that is your unique voice. Find an article or something that you've written, and you could say in here something. It's nice that it helps me. Here's another AI tool I have, Grammarly, that tells me that I don't spell things correctly. Luckily, ChatGPT doesn't worry about that. So you need to go and find something. I am going to give 3— let's just say 2 pieces of— 2 pieces of, um, information. Don't proceed until I have uploaded both and wait for, uh, that to happen. See, just like whatever. So now I can go over and it's like, yep, I've got it. Let's go find out. So I could go into, I don't know, anywhere, right? And find, let's just say, a LinkedIn, a LinkedIn, um, feed. So I could go over here, I could jump over into Your Success Club, I could pull out something that sounds a little bit inspiring. Where is something inspiring that we've got here? Okay, so this is promoting a masterclass. This is, you know, talking about have you ever caught yourself in a, you know, bad way of thinking. So you can come over here. I've obviously got like random things in here. I've come over here, um, when I ran a course, you know, I did this. It's all kind of good. So I can talk about that. I could then give a, and now for the second, and I could jump, then jump into a Facebook page or somewhere else where we talk about, you know, what else that we do. Ever wonder, blah, blah, blah. So So I'm just putting in like random stuff here. Now tell me my brand voice. So you can see here what we're doing is we like her authentic and enlightening and inspiring, draws parallel to everyday experiences, power of the mind to create change. Her teachings are filled with relatable antidotes. See, that's kind of cool. And as you saw, they weren't really fancy writing. I just grabbed like random posts. So this is what you could then go and copy and put into your custom instructions because I really want you guys to be able to have this set up really well so that you've got A, my brand voice, so it's always talking from your brand voice, and B, you're gonna have something here like act as a high-level marketer. And I'm gonna copy this in this template for you. An understanding of human psychology, you'll be writing copy for— now put your own company in there. Obviously I business mentoring clients. I also say other clients as well so that if I'm generating things for them, we've got, uh, I'll say I'm now generating for someone else's business. We support clients in several niches and industries. So be sure to tap into the visceral emotional language that will connect with the specific ideal client and industry without being over sappy, stuffy, or fancy, but be professional and knowledgeable, inspiring. Confidence, inspiring confidence in their or my products and services. We write copy for everyday human beings, not for overly educated fancy pants people. Have a little fun, capture attention, maintain casual sensibility so nothing seems too overexaggerated or hyped. According to my family, I'm always hyped, so try to pull it back. If you need clarification or further information, feel free to ask. We're collaborating on this work together and I'm happy to collaborate with you. So do you see there where we're actually getting like, we're actually pulling out who we are because we can't, the power of the prompt in AI is if you shit in, shit out basically. So we need to educate it. And so now we've kind of got, okay, we know who we are, we know who our client is. They've told us our brand voice. Now I'm not gonna go copy and paste, I'm gonna go and shush that up and make it human and make it more me. But now we kind of know what that is. So any questions, anyone, before I, I move on and, and show you? Yeah, Margaret. Thanks, Jane. Um, so when you're actually creating the brand voice, you've saved it there? Yeah, so I'm saving that in my custom instructions, and because it's in the custom instructions, every single new— and because I've got it turned on here, every new chat, new chat is going to reference all of this information. Now, if I'm going to then go and work with a client, I'll just turn this off. That, you know, that might be completely random, or if I'm going to do something that, that doesn't jump into that. But this now, this custom instructions now is the blueprint for everything if you turn it on. Is the blueprint for every single thing that I'm generating. And if I start a new chat and I go to ChatGPT-4, I can actually just upload 50,000-word documents to there and go, here's my book transcription. You know, now I need you to be really cognitive of this is that the information you put in there is now public. So you need to hand on heart, everyone swear, I swear that I will only put my own information up there that is going to be used for good. So for instance, you know, you could go and you could pull someone's entire website or whatever and say, you know, give me this, I want, I want this for me. Or, and you know, it's, it's taking inspiration from it, but if you go and upload someone's book and say, okay, I want you to now, you know, answer some questions about the book, it's fine because you're not using their stuff, but you've uploaded their stuff to the internet that is now available for other people. So we need to, like, hand on heart, not go and, you know, take the information of someone else's information and upload it. We're not going to do that. So I need to be clear. So what we're doing is uploading our own information, but, and if we're uploading other people's information for inspiration has to be public domain. Go and find it on the public domain. Most things are on the public domain. You know, if you want to, um, come up with, uh, let's say 10 inspiring— let's do it. This is what we do with AI. We just play. We go, come up with 10, uh, let's say 3 inspiring quotes and images. No, we can't do images in 3.5. Can we? Maybe not. We ask in images that are going to inspire my audience but, uh, based on Tony Robbins inspirational quotes. Now I could actually go and grab some of his quotes and put them in there, but you know, it, uh, it doesn't necessarily— I don't know what the image is, but it doesn't necessarily, um, mean that I'm stealing his stuff. But what it's doing is taking inspiration from the web of his stuff and saying, look, the path of abundance begins with the belief that you're capable of creating it. That's me. That's not him. But it's gone and said, you know, let's get some information, get some inspiration from him. So you can see how you can use that information as well. Now I want to move on to— let's just have a look at the engagement. So this is kind of like, you know, we've got this awareness. We know who we are. We know what we offer. We know our brand voice. Yeah, we're putting stuff out there. Now people are kind of giving us the wink. So what do we do for this engagement? So one of my engagement tools is, you know, What's Your Finance Formula, your Money Mojo quiz ebook, and I run masterclasses in my free Facebook group. Now I want to show you a fun thing that I did. Everyone, I imagine, can see my screen. Yes. Yep, that PowerPoint screen. Yep. So the fun thing that I did the other day, um, which, you know, I'm all about having fun, right, is I did a masterclass. And in that masterclass, I said to everyone, hey, you know, I really want you to, um, share some nuggets. So go, go ahead and put some nuggets in the chat, hashtag nugget, and I'm gonna draw a winner. And so all I did there is I went into my Facebook page, I went into the masterclass, masterclass here. I went down here and said show all comments, view all comments. So I've got all the comments here. Usually there's like show more comments at the bottom. So 117 comments. I grabbed these. So all I did was a copy and paste. Copy, copy. I went over here and said, here are the nuggets from today. Can you please pull them out for me? And so it pulled them out and I said, now what I'd like you to do is I'd like you to go through and choose a random winner. So it is. Here's a random winner. Give me another one. Here's another random winner. Right. Tell me about some of the nuggets that April shared. So you can see here, all I'm doing is I'm just using it as a, like, God, wouldn't it be really handy if I didn't have to scroll through all those and come up with a random winner myself? So all I'm doing is thinking, okay, how can it help me? Go through, copy, pull them over, give me a random winner, and then I've got a winner. But what's more important there, I actually have all of their comments. So I can then also go and say, can you actually give me all of their comments by their name? And then I could go back to the, the people who engaged there and said, you know what, you suggested that you're really having a hard time with this. Can I send you this resource? So then you can get human. So you're using AI to help be more human as far as I'm concerned. Otherwise, we're spending all this time going, oh, I guess all this process. So let's just like crush that condition and go, let's just outsource some of the hard work so that I can get on and be more human. Does that make sense? Perfect. Okay. So I also mentioned that I have this Money Mojo lead generation tool. So I use this a lot, right? So let me just find my money mojo. Okay, money mojo and saving. This looks interesting. Maybe this. All right, so what I did is I had this, uh, no, I'm going to find another one. Can we see my— oh, see, I started doing poems. Oh, my Enneagram. Where was that? Where did that Enneagram go? One of the other things, you know, I'm often on podcasts. I'll get the transcript of the podcast and I'll go through and say, summarize this for me. Give me an idea of how I could, you know, um, uh, the stories that I told. And then I just get a collection of stories because if you have done Creative Warrior, and, you know, you know, the transformational teaching mechanism. Often what happens is you've got a premise that you're teaching. You then have a story that you share, exercise, you know, simulation. We go through that process. I actually have that document right here on my screen for today. I'm going through all of the things I wanna teach and the stories that I wanna share with you. So I use this and I, you know, and I, when I'm doing my masterclasses, my mentoring clients, I'm showing them the document afterwards because we model as coaches. What we, you know, we're actually teaching. So if you think of like all the stories that you've got and you're in the middle of having to come up with something you want to teach, having all your stories already documented is fantastic. So I have a spreadsheet that's like pulled out the last 3 podcasts I was on and the stories that I shared, and I just uploaded the transcript into ChatGPT and said, pull out the stories, tell me the main point, and tell me how engaging this is. Yeah, so we're just like just playing with this stuff. So I went in and said, okay, I would like to come up with a personality test on the 9 main Enneagram personalities. I have all the questions. Ideally, each of the 50 questions will have 3 options. You know, how am I going to do this? So basically it went through and it said, you know, how I can actually create a quiz for this. But previously what I had done is I had gone through and said, gosh, I really want to teach people how to have a money mindset. Obviously, Money Mojo quiz. I want to teach people to have a money mindset, but I want to use the Enneagram as a basis for it. So I'm like, hey, act as a world-renowned marketing expert, you know, da da da da da. This is all my products and stuff. Now, this is before they had the customized instructions. 'Come up with 10 lead magnet ideas that my ideal customer would have.' I'm like, 'Yeah, yeah, yeah.' I'm like, 'Great, thanks for that. Please create something around this.' And they came up with some more ideas. I was like, 'I'm not really into it.' And then they came up with an idea of a quiz. And so I'm just going backwards and forwards having this little chat going, 'Oh, look, you know, I'd really like to come up with this. I like this idea of Fortune Formula.' I call it Find Your Financial Formula. Your Money Mojo. Give me some ideas around this. So it's like, okay, write me a value statement of what people will get because I want to understand how this is going to help my audience. It's like, great, give me 10 more ideas. It came up with more ideas. As you can see, we're going da da da da da da da. I was like, actually, you know, I want to base this on the Enneagram. Can we now go and do that? So it came up with some emails for me, came up with some ideas of copy. And as we got further and further down, I was like, okay, this is the— do you know who the 9 personality types are? So I wanted always checking to make sure that it's a knows who I am, knows what I'm talking about. I was like, great, I'd really like to have a money mojo quiz based on this. Now, all of this pretty much went on. We had a long conversation about this, as you can see. From that, I basically created a Money Mojo quiz. I threw in what the different things that people are going to learn about it, what the different Enneagrams are. Let me just make this a little bit bigger so you can see it. Gave any information around how they would turn up in relationship with their money. And these ideas came from basically, hey, I want to support my audience. I want to give people a money abundance awareness, but I also want to be able connect with them. So I went through and said, who is a familiar face who they would engage with? And they came up with the familiar faces that represented it. Come up with a quote for me for someone who represents the helper. So you can see here, you know, we've got this kind of way that people can put up their hand and get to be known. And I've created that by just going through and saying, hey, these are the personality types. Now come up with you know, a different way that, you know, the— come up with the way that I can connect with people. So what I did next was when people download the actual awareness ebook or they do my Money Mojo quiz, I now know when they do the quiz what personality they are. And so I went back to ChatGPT and said, look, based on— and this is when we're looking at the awareness playground here, we're at this next stage. I'm like, look, based on the fact that I now know who they are, let me go into this evaluation stage where they get to know, like, and trust me. They haven't bought any of my stuff yet, you know, the little courses, the calls, the mentoring, etc. They're just getting to know me. So come up with something that makes me, you in my voice, my brand, etc., that they can actually relate to. So we, we are continuing down this stream. So basically then what I did was I created all these emails. So people are going to go through the quiz. From the quiz, I know exactly what personality type they are. And rather than just giving a generic buy my stuff, I now have these emails emails haven't all copied and pasted this. Claire's been helping me with her amazing English skills in making it more my voice as well. But we've got these emails now that speak to the person. So for the Achiever, it's like, well, unless you understand how you turn up in relationship to your money and the money stories behind you, you're not going to get the success you want. Whereas when we talk to the Helper, it's like, if you can actually be a master of your own finances, you have an opportunity of helping others. So you can see, can you see here how we're kind of, we're progressing through and I'm just using these little tools to actually take people through that journey. And it started with, hmm, here's my course. What's a lead magnet? Don't like that. Don't like that. This is interesting. Let's follow this. Oh, the Enneagram. Oh, I wanna throw the Enneagram in there. So I'm just having a bit of fun with it. We're having a backwards and forwards conversation. And it knows me because we have that template. It knows my products. It knows my ideal clients. It knows that I want to start the conversation about money because it's easy. Everyone has problems with money, but actually lead them through. So we're talking about people who, who not aware of the natural success work, lead them through going, well, if you've got a story about money, maybe you've got stories about other things. We're not gonna freak them out with woo woo and let's go into intuition. You know, I was an engineer. I'm more like woo wow, it works woo-woo. So, you know, I'm taking people on that journey that's like, well, let's have a conversation with something that kind of icks you, and let me then take it and say, well, this is your old operating program. How can you do things different? And if you then want to come and do something you love, then let's have a conversation about that business. I'd love to help you with that, but you have to be Natural Success trained. So I send them through waitlist to William's courses so people can get trained. So we're bringing through like like, you know, the messages, but it's around something like, let's do a quiz and find out what's holding you back. And all we've done is used AI to do that. So does that kind of, can you see how that works? Perfect. So, you know, the, I guess the thing is that, you know, we've got all of these things and then we kind of, we get into the offerings and we get into, you know, what people need and how they're going to do to it. So Rach here, and I don't know if Lisa's still there. Lisa did an Ironwoman yesterday, so, you know, let's hope she's recovering well. But, um, the— with Rachel, for instance, we were having a conversation in our, uh, discussion last week, and she was saying, here's my webs— here's my landing page for, you know, this product that I'm coming up with. I want to teach intuition. I want to show people how they already know this. You know, a lot people who are professionals aren't really like connecting to this. They want more science. Rach loves science. She's like, I want to take people and go, it's okay, you know, to talk about intuition, imagination, the gut feel, you know, that, that kind of hunch that you have. And so she's got this course where she teaches all these different ways that people do it. It's like, but the landing page wasn't feeling quite right. And so we got in, we're like, how, you know, what can we do with this? Like, how can we make this easier? and so one of the things, so I'm taking this to the next level now. I'm kind of showing you what you, we've, you've got the foundational information about your company and all your information, what you can now do. And this is like, I'm telling you, came out 3 weeks ago and just blows my mind. So where we are now is that we can actually create for ourselves our very own ChatGPT. So for Rachel, I created this for her. You are marketing guru for Rachel. You're an expert marketer and copywriting for Rachel's courses. So all we did was I went into the back, explore. So if you go and hit explore, you'll be able to find these and create your own, right? So I went into the back of this, I created I had this whole conversation with the ChatGPT builder. It then created the whole prompt. I don't have to be a prompt expert. And from that, I've now uploaded her Meta Myth. So we know who her Meta Myth is, image generation, etc. So now Rach can go in at any stage into this because I've shared it with her. Only Rach has access to this. It's not public. I might have to put my glasses on at this stage. And I can say, um, come up with 5 lead generation ideas for the Intuition course. So it goes away, has a think, said, come up with an idea. Hey, so we know who her ideal client is. Now we have many ideal clients for, for, um, Rachel, but we've actually uploaded Claire, who's basically a scientist, etc. Um, so she's a scientist, but she knows she wants to unlock her free potential, target a social, social media campaign, free soul purpose discovery webinar. Liking that. Offer a free webinar titled this interactive online quiz, create a quiz titled, are you living your soul? That sounds a bit too hard for me, but we could go back and say, hey, you know, come up with the quiz questions for me. Collaborate with professional associations. Very good. Content marketing through blogging and guest posting. So I might say here, you know, now you need to have ChatGPT-4 for this. It's $20 US a month, but this is what you can do. And if you're a coach, you can create some of these for your people as well. So I like the idea of the Soul Discovery webinar. Ooh. So I go, ooh, thanks. Like number 1, like number 2. Webinar. What would you, uh, name it? And give me an intro and image for it. So we know all of the information about, uh, Rachel. I've pre-op put it all in there. All this information's there. We're now creating, um, some ideas about the webinar. So it's going to create an image, takes a little bit of time, yada yada yada. And you can see here, it's like, it's just a start. So it gets you kind of going. So, Unlocking Your Intuition— Intuitive Powers: A Journey for Science Professionals. Here's a date, here's an idea. Okay, cool. What's the introduction? Unique webinar where the realms of science and intuition converge, hosted by Rachel. We know who she is. In this session, you will get this— recognize your— okay, so now we've what's going to happen in the 3. So what I want to know is, great, so they get some wins from this webinar. What are the gaps they still need? List in a table. With, uh, oh, in a stable, that'd be interesting. In a table against each of the items covered in the webinar. Webinar topic: Recognize Intuitabilities. You get to learn the basics, but there's still a gap. They need advanced training. Deeper emotional work, practical application, long-term strategy, ongoing support. Great. Give me the call to action to the intuitive— to the— I can't spell, but it knows I can't spell— intuitive, um, 6-week course, online course. So now I know what the gap is. And because we have now identified what that gap is, the copy that it's gonna send after people do the webinar is like, okay, so now are you ready to go deeper? These are the things that we can teach you now. You've already learned this special offer, blah, blah, blah. So can you see how fast this is? Is everyone kind of like, are we kind of like, yay. Carolyn. So you see, this is the thing. It's just like, well, play with it like your helper. What do you want? What do you want to create? So let's just say that I wanted to help you guys create, uh, I want a ChatGPT that will allow people to upload their company details, their unique offering, their products and services, and you please prompt them for a sample of their writing or communications so that you can identify their brand voice. So I'm telling her what I want, right? Hey, this is kind of what I'm thinking about. Wouldn't it be a let's have a crack at this. How about you, rather than we have to go through all that work, how about we create one of these GPT builders that you can just do it for them? And so it goes away and it says, great, can we call it Brand Voice Assistant? Yes, love it, whatever. And then it's gonna go away and say, how about I come up with a cover picture for you? I'm like, who cares? Now if I wanted to get all like salesy, I could put my logo on there. You could do this for your clients. Think about what they want. Think about this awareness playground. Think about how you can help them. Let's come up with a brand voice. Oh, fantastic. I don't know what it is, but fantastic. Or I can say, have another crack. Hey, I'm glad you like it. Now let's define the context of the Brand Voice Assistant. What specific types of information would you like to focus on when your helpers using upload their data? For example, should it prioritize certain aspects of the company's mission or Right now that we have a name, a profile, brand voice, let's define functionality. When assisting users with the company details, should Brand Voice focus on specific aspects such as company history, mission? Well, they'll be telling them, okay, I want you to prompt them to add company details first. Then product details, then their personal details, and then to upload their examples of their writing. So you can create their brand voice. I want you to act as a high-end marketer using visceral, emotive language that allows them to look amazing to their audience. So what's happening in the background here is it's taking all the information that I'm giving. Now, if I was doing this for someone specifically, I would upload the information about them here, and, and I could say, you know, start with the brand voice, and then we're going to do something else. Okay, let's make sure the brand voice communicates. How would you like to express So formal language, conversational, conversational, conversational, and engaging. All right, so we're writing this away. Now here in configuration, it's there actually writing the prompt. As a brand voice assistant, your primary task is to guide users through a structured approach, upload their company details, begin to prompt them to add to the— it's actually writing it so that you'd understand. Business because I don't. So it's— and it has these starting conversations. Start by adding company details. Describe your product. So now we can play over here and we're like, okay, start by adding your company details. Okay, let's embark on this journey together. Let's craft the essence of your brand. To begin with, I need to know your core story. Let's have a hand— the name is the first handshake. Your mission, your values, etc., etc. So I could just jump back over to my document, wherever that is, and I could pull up all of my information and I can dump it here. So this is where I get to test it, right? So I'm testing in all of my information and I throw it in there. And it's then going to say, great, thanks for sharing this. It's clear that you have woven a beautiful tapestry of da da da da da da da. Let's do your brand voice. Let's craft it, the journey. So these are different ways that I could actually explain myself. So let's give that a red hot public. Anyone can have it. Confirm. And now there's this ChatGPT thing called Brand Voice Assistant, and I can copy the link. I'm just throwing in here, and there you go, guys, you've got that too. So now there's an assistant that you can just jump in and it's gonna help you have the brand voice, and you can then come and take this, put it down here in your custom instructions, and now you've got your brand choice. So see how we can take, you know, our kind of client experience further. So we've kind of looked at a few of these things now. We've looked at, you know, that was pretty. We've looked at the, you know, evaluation. We've looked at, you know, bringing people in. There's also the, and then obviously when you're delivering the goods, you know, you potentially could use AI to help you come up with ways that can help people. So for instance, Business Accelerator Mentoring, as I just showed you with what I developed for Rachel, that's something that we could do. There's so many other tools. How are we with time? Are you guys good so far? Are we okay? We're still with it? Yep. So we've got some walkaway things, your template, and now you've got your own little chat brand voice that you can go and play with. And you can now know how to customize your instructions in ChatGPT. So we've got some real solid takeaways. Yeah, I'm so excited. Okay, so now on to the next thing. So for instance, one of the— I'm just gonna show you. So what I've shown you is like the free ChatGPT. I've shown you now know that you can only use that brand assistant I just developed if you got ChatGPT-4. But imagine what you can create with ChatGPT-4 because you can upload all your documents, you can upload things, yourself as well. You can create these for other people. And if you're really like tech savvy and you're, you know, you want to make millions off apps, in January they're launching like an app store where people can buy that, your apps, buy your own brand assistant. I don't know. But there are other than software and different programs that you can use that are also going to assist you. So I want to show you another one that I use. It's called FormWise. Has anyone here done my— did use any of the Natural Success tools that I created, like the Dream Life Generator? Yeah. Okay. So what I thought was I'd create some tools that could help people in the Natural Success community. Now, I used a program called FormWise, and I used their $29 a month service to do this. So what I did, you know how, you know how a lot of people, like, they— the thousands of people that William educates and his amazing, um, you know, uh, educators in each of the country, they do their CYD and they come up with their land of plenty and they come up with some themes, and for whatever reason they don't continue. And I was like, ah, we want them to continue. Even if they don't continue through the, the rest of the curriculum, fool them basically. But we know how hard it is and how important it is to come up with really juicy choices. So I created this choice— no, not that one, that was a whole different— I created an image generator for choices, didn't work. And we have fun with these things, right? So I came up with this choice wording assistant. Now, what I did is essentially the same thing. I created these questions. What's your name? What's your last name? What's your email? Choose a theme from your Land of Plenty and write down everything you can recall from it. Now, what you need to do in here is you actually need to be a bit of a prompt engineer. So you do actually have to come up with the right prompts. But of course, you could use ChatGPT to help you. So I've like, hey, act as a world-class copywriting expert, use emotive language, take their Land of Plenty theme, tell them this. And you can obviously have a call to action as well. Now, I don't do choice making with my clients, but hey, Rach is in here. She does. So she, and she runs a free Facebook group and helps people as a group to actually do that. So I then have this, basically I have this choice wording assistant, and I have a look at the responses and you can go and have a look at some of mine because I test it out. I'm like, I see myself skiing in the Alps, living a life of freedom, going where I want, when I want, and having financial means to support that lifestyle. Spoiler alert, I don't ski, but I'm making things up, right? So it came up with 5 different, um, ways that I could word it. I choose the end result of effortlessly gliding through the majestic peaks of the Alps, living in a life of boundless freedom, unstricted exploration, and abundant resources sustain this extraordinary existence. Now, there's some juicy words in there. We all know you need to be working with a coach and you need to have the information from your land of plenty. But this is even for coaches who are kind of like, we don't have the adjective here. I ate my end result gracefully navigating the breathtaking slopes of the Alps, you know, exhilarating carving through the majestic Alps, embracing a life of boundless freedom, unrestricted exploration. So So my thoughts around creating these is that what I wanted to do is I wanted to be able to give people an opportunity where they get stuck. So what's their objection? I can't connect to my choices. I don't want to do it anymore. They're not juicy. I'm like, okay, let's give them juice. For my mentoring clients, I have created the Meta Myth Path. So this does their fears, pains, the desires. This then goes through a tree of beliefs for them, and it creates basically a tree of beliefs is why they're identifying with the problem, what the solution is, why they should engage me to help them with solution, and then having a look at why now. So we have this kind of like a tree of whys. So we, once we kind of know that information, we can go to next step. So as you can see, you know, it's not just about using AI with the, you know, generating sea shanties, but we can actually use these as lead generators too. So, you know, if we look over here at Your Success Club, okay, what would I have here? Dream Life. Perfect. So here, you know, I've now created a nice page where people can actually go through and go, hey, I want to know what my dream life's like. I'm like, cool, put some— all your choices in here. So all I did is I put all of my choices into this, and what it comes up with at the other end is this beautiful narrative about, you know, this day, this life that I'm living. And it's like, oh my God, how wonderful could that be? And I used I use that at the beginning of doing my choices every day because it connects me to the big picture. So, you know, it's just around finding these tools and assistance. So as we kind of progress through, I want to show you this kind of final thing. So, you know, one of the things that we do with this nurturing is, you know, for me, it's around, you know, keep giving the goodness, give the goodness, etc. So for my clients, for instance, this is what I did. So Lisa, who's here, I have a podcast and I use this software CapShow. Now, if you don't know about CapShow, where have you been? Because we talked to the founder of it last month. But this is really cool, right? So I uploaded the whole podcast. You can upload your masterclasses, you can upload your discovery calls, you can upload the Zoom that record yourself about you teaching something, and it will come up with this amazing stuff. So I just uploaded for Lisa. You know, she's an incredible woman. She's just done so many different things. And what I did is I'm using this to actually create the copy that will then be shooshed up to be more human for me and in my voice. But I created this copy, you know, by just saying it gives me some opportunities to go through and say, hey, you know, maybe I would like to use this instead. So I went through and I created, I basically added all of these kind of headings which clarified this beautiful story that she'd shared. And then as you probably saw that Deidre talked to us about, she's the master of the honey trap. So that I, not being a marketing guru Honey trap is somewhere that creates a hook for people's audiences. Now, these honey traps are so cool. It's like, you know, unleash your inner power and defy societal expectations as adventure-driven caretaker coach Lisa, you know, breaks free from the matrix, embracing her true essence in a world where societal expectations weigh heavily on us. So all I did is what I would normally do is I'd use this as the book for just a description that I'd put into the page of the podcast. But by pulling all of this together and then going into the social media stuff that says, hey, create some tweets for me. So it's gone through here and it's gone main tweet. So if you're seeing tweets, people are now putting tweets underneath the tweets. So it keeps the conversation going. Are you struggling to find balance between taking care of your others and yourself? In my latest episode, So what I did was I created all of— I added all of these tweets to this document and went in and created the Facebook post. You know, how do you undiscover stories? And I created all of that and then I said export it. So I then actually exported all of these things that I'd created and sent them to Lisa and said, hey, if you're needing some inspiration about creating maybe 5 posts for the week or, you know, things. Why don't you just go through, grab this, chat, throw it in ChatGPT? Or as you can imagine, we created a brand voice, you know, that will allow you to actually have some interesting information. So what we did was, you know, as part of my kind of nurturing of like, oh, I've already done this. For myself, but this would really help her out. So I've sent that to Lisa. So, you know, when you kind of thinking about how you can integrate the AI into your business, you can do it the whole way through. You can start at the beginning and understand how we connecting with people from an awareness point of view. You can take them on the journey and come up with lead magnets so they can put their hand up or give you a wink across the bar, you can then get them in to know you. Because the reality is most people don't want the spotlight shone on them going, hey, are you someone who's suffering from burnout and you want to have good gut health? Then come talk to me. Now, Christie here, she's got Goody Guts, amazing business. And we use some of these techniques to go through and have a look at how she could engage with parents who have kids that are suffering from, you know, health issues and how good gut health can support them. So we created a narrative that allowed her to then create the website, create the offerings, et cetera, that lets her connect. It's not about going, hey, do you have worms? Let me see your poos. Because Christie's the poo girl. She's the only person I'll ever talk about poos with. But, you know, we don't want to have these conversations. What we want to do is we want to go, go, hey, look over your shoulder. So you're putting a spotlight over the shoulder of the client going, you know, are you feeling run down and, you know, just not yourself anymore and you don't know why? And they're like, hmm, awareness. And then you go, you know, what I've found in my experience— so the spotlight's still over the shoulder— in my experience is that sometimes, you know, I struggle with a daughter with terrible eczema You know, she was waking up scratching, covered in blood. We're changing the sheets every day. This poor child can't go to school because she's so upset. You know, what can we do? We tried everything. The doctors didn't know. Did it? Christy, I'm probably like doing you a great disservice here, right? Because there's so much more to this. But you know, we, we actually went through and found a way, and you can too. Do you want to take this 3-step quiz to see if, you know, gut health could be something for you? Have you looked at your poos recently? Here's the different pictures of what your poo should look like. I don't know, but you know, we could come up with something like that. And then they go, oh, I'm actually interested in here, I think I'll click the link and have a look at my— yeah, analyzer. And oh, you know, Christy, we came up with a, uh, what did we come up— we came up with the cupboard or the pantry audit. It's like, click the link, yeah, I'm interested, you know, what things shouldn't be in my cupboard cupboard. And then they're going, wow, actually 80% of things shouldn't be in my cupboard. I actually need to then and get an offering from Christie, which is I need to do— get her to do a kind of Zoom pantry audit for me so I know what I should have in here and what I don't. So we're taking people through the journey and all we're doing is we're kind of using AI as this handy little puppy dog that sometimes gets it right, sometimes gets it wrong, but it's creating the information for us so that we can actually connect with people and then have more time to be more human and have those DMs about, you know, what's really happening to you, you know, what is holding you back, you know, tell me more about your situation because now I'm not out there, you know, coming up with lead gen things that are trying to get people into conversation. I'm actually having the conversations. And at the end of the day, as, you know, creators who want to create a transformation in people's lives through our own specialty, be be it intuition, be it, you know, gut health, you know, be it around helping people with trauma, be it around being a natural success coach, being a financial planner who wants to connect with more people, being an international speaker, running retreats, whatever that is. It's around being more, you know, authentic, knowing who you're serving and knowing how you're serving them and that client journey that you're taking them through. Because someone at some stages is gonna call out and go, go, hey, you know what, I want you. And you've got to be able to go, okay, I'm ready. I know how I can deliver it. I know how I can serve you. But I also know if you're not a good fit, I have the ability to go, you know, we're not gonna go down the path together and you're gonna be upset. I'm gonna be wasting my time and we don't work together because, you know, and I know, you know, I, 10 years ago, a publisher asked me to write a book about property investing and renovation. I'm like, I've got 121 books on property investing and renovation. Like, there ain't no need for a new one. And they said, no, but no one's heard it in your voice. I was like, hmm, interesting. So I wrote a book. But the thing is, even though there's other people out there who might be coaches or online courses or provide something in your niche, you know, what we're doing is we're actually we're elevating the information so that people who don't just buy one course, they do buy other courses. But we're actually helping everyone by actually being more authentic, turning up as ourselves and not be salesy. You know, have your brand voice, know that you're a little bit goofy or know that you're a bit fun and, you know, call that out because you don't want to have a false impression of who you're working with because when they start working with you, you're like, nah, this is a bait and switch. You are just like too out there for me. And so you, you need to be able to call out your ideal client in the beginning. It all starts with your Meta Myth, your great coach, understanding who you serve, how you serve them, but then using AI all the way through to just help you get some insights of how you can turn up. That's it from me, guys. I am going to be putting this up in the next 24 hours. I'm gonna put some of those prompts into that sheet. That as well and share it with you. Copy it, make it your own. All you need to do is go File, Copy, and it will make it your own. And yeah, that's about it. So you should have those custom instructions. We now have a little bot to help you with the custom instructions. If you don't have ChatGPT-4, then you've got the how to do the custom instructions. You got a little template of knowing how and who you serve. So yeah, we should have it all. So questions, clarifications, feedback? Christy? Thank you, Jane. I, I really need to go back into those Meta Myth stuff and do all these right now. No more excuses. You're on it. Christy Pinto, another Christy. Yeah, nice and confusing. Hey, uh, Jane, yeah, that was great. Um, I just wanted to— I really love that tool you showed with, uh, the choices thing. Uh, is there a link to it somewhere? Yeah, I'll put that in, in the, um, in the, um, whatever you call it, in the chat. But that's just a tool I created for the Natural Success people. So it's yoursuccessclub.com.au/s/nstools, and the Dream Life, um, generator's there as as well. So I'll put those— actually, I'll just put it here so you've got it. Um, but yeah, it's— and that just basically, I think what I'm going to do is I'm just going to be adding more and more tools. So as, as I kind of— it's obvious that people need something, I'll be like, oh, I can make that. So NS Tools, and that just sends you to a page that says Here you go. Now the reason that I'm getting your emails is that when you actually, um, go in here, so let's just say Dream Life, uh, Dream Biz, Dream Life Tool. When you actually go in here, if you don't copy this information, you can lose it. So if I really need to go and find out the information for you at some stage, I could do that. So that's the NS Tools. Cool. But yeah, go and have a play with them. They're so much fun. Any other questions, clarifications, ahas, feedback? Yeah, Al. Yeah, just feedback, Jane. That's so mind-blowing. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I loved it all. And yes, I will have to just dive in and just look. I love your analogy of the puppy because that's just, you know, it brings play to it. So yeah, it's just so much and the speed, the speed at which it can spit out all this info for you and the brand voice. Yeah, it was brilliant. Loved it. Thanks so much, Jane Slack-Smith. You can see though with the Money Mojo, I'm like, nah, don't like that. I wanna do a course. Nah, not interested. Try again. Try again. Try again. Like, you know, it doesn't upset. There's no emotion involved. It's good. Yes, thank you. Thanks, Al. Uh, Catherine, winner of one of the nuggets. Yeah, that was, um, really bizarre because I had struggled to get on, and when you said you won, I thought, I'm not sure what. But, um, that was really good because I have to say, a day or so before, I thought, wow, I do love his art. I wonder how I can see it. And then I won it, so it was great. Great. Um, I had been trying that and had both ChatGPT and Jasper and then got rid of ChatGPT, which was probably a mistake now. But it was funny, I can see where I was going wrong because I'm desperate to try and get some pamphlets prepared because I was going to run at the Mind and Body and Spirit Festival. Wow. Yeah, I just joined it up. I thought, what a great idea. Well, I did. And, um, I'm trying to get stuff together and I I was putting my information into Jasper and it'd spit out stuff and I think, oh, that's, that's just not right. And I do it again and I can see that I'm trying to prepare without any background information. It's not my voice, it's not my brand, it's just taking information and trying to reassemble it. So I can see where I was going horribly wrong. Well, I just, I just did the reverse. So I've been working with, uh, obviously with William as a coach for a number of years, but I've also been working with a marketing coaching Molly Mahoney, and she's just extraordinary. And, you know, on the shoulders of giants basically is where I am. And she introduced me to Jasper 2 years ago. So Jasper's been around way before OpenAI. So it's been really great because it would do the prompts for you and you say this is kind of what it wants. And then around about March this year, I was chatting to Molly. I'm like, I got Jasper and ChatGPT. She's like, get rid of Jasper. Like, okay, And so I just went into ChatGPT and they're changing things all the time. Like one of the people who commented on my personal Facebook post said he'd come up with a choice image generator and in as his personalized ChatGPT to help him with his choices and bridges in the morning. I'm like, oh, could I use it? And so I put in, you know, what had come to me as a bridge and it came up with this beautiful picture. I was like, ooh, because ChatGPT 4, you can ask for choices. So it's just about, you know, that connecting. It's where I'm always looking for where people drop off or where people find a rejection or where it gets too hard. I'm like, let's bust that. So, you know, if it's like, I can't connect to my choices, like, well, how about an image? Does that help? Or the song generator. It's like, well, how about it— have made a song about your choice? Let's do that. We'll have a bit of music in the background while you do your choices in the morning. Like, just, you know, have fun with it. So thank you, thank you very much. Although at times I was overwhelmed. No, I've got this. Overwhelmed. No, I've got this. So it's a real learn. And, and that's just it, you know, it's around feeling into that tension and going, hmm, okay, why am I feeling that? This is a bit different, it's a bit awkward, it's a bit unusual, I haven't done it before, scary, how can I do it, do I have capacity, blah blah blah blah blah. And you go, yeah, I got this. So, you know, you went through all that. Perfect. Hey, Pete. Jane, I, I love you. I love you too. Yeah, we were in a relationship together. Only, only, only a circle relationship, right? A circle relationship. That's it. You're one of those breakout rooms. That's it. Um, Jane, I noticed that you, uh, talk to it like a human being. Yes, thank you. You know, do you get extra points for that or? I don't know, but I'd like to think so. Yeah. No, it's great, great work. And but like it is my assistant. I'm like, nah, you kind of like lost the mark on that. Yeah. So I'm feeling the tension of jumping into it, to be honest, because I'm a bit of a technophile and I know it's making mistakes and it's that condition that I don't have time, right? And I've tried other things, I put in time and then let it go, and I see that as wasted time. But with this, I'm, I'm going to give it a crack. Perfect. Thank you, Jane Slack-Smith. Thank you. That just start with that document, the template, and, you know, come up with, just know who you serve, how you do it, the information you have, fears, pains, and desires. Know your client and know who you are here to serve and who you are and how you can stand for, for you in your sovereignty of, of how you're gonna do that. And then upload it as your custom instructions or whatever and go, okay, you are now my marketing assistant. I am lost and I've got no idea how to get my message into the world. Like, you don't have to start with anything fancy. Start with that, hey? And it's gonna go, okay, I've got your back. What do you know? It's like, here's my skills, here's my resources. I'm not really tech, you know. What can I do? Give me some ideas on how I can find my people. What's the worst that could happen? No one's gonna That's it. Just find the right person who's gonna go, Pete knows me, Pete can help me, I can have a transformational experience. Have fun. Let us know how you go. Will do. Okay. Any final questions, clarifications? Yeah, Carolyn. Um, I am just completely blown away and I want to say thank you. I have watched every single time one of your masterclass has come up for the last year and really wanted to do it and put it off because I'm dyslexic, so quite profoundly dyslexic. And I, I just had to do this class. It was like, it's 12 months later, if you don't do this one, you're missing out. And I am so pleased I have because I can see it was a bit of a flood of information, but I'm going to watch this again and break it down and just listen to this in small parts for Um, just that's how my brain operates. But I can actually see that this tool won't overwhelm me. It will support me if I just trust I can see it in little bits. And it's just such a change for me. Tell me, Carolyn, who do you serve? Um, I— as in, what do I do? Yeah, okay. So, um, two parts, and I'm trying to move over. So I am a counselor I work with people who are in trauma. I'm a sensory motor psychotherapist and I work with EMDR. And what I'm trying to move into, as I'm, I mean, 62, I want to kind of come out of the high-end trauma and work a little bit more with people, um, in coaching. So that's where I want to try and move across to. So one of the things that you could do is is, you know, make, make ChatGPT aware of the fact that what, what you want to do with this transition, where the, you know, if you think of those Venn diagrams, it's like, this is where I am, this is his, where's the middle bit? You know, I want to find out how I can bring these clients to here, but I'm dyslexic, so I need information in small chunks. I need information delivered to me me so that I can understand it. Wait and tell me if I— and ask me if I understand this before proceeding with overwhelming me. That's it. Oh my gosh, I got goosebumps! Did you get goosebumps? I'm almost in tears. It's like, I didn't go to uni until I was 40 because I kind of got kicked out of school, and it's like that it can do that for me. Yeah, like, think about where you feel that you have, uh, something holding you back and go, okay, if I had the best supporter beside me who understood that and understood how I learned or how I communicate or who I am, how would I tell them to give me the information so I get it? Oh, that's just, um, that's just amazing. Beautiful. And you know what? You could then help others. So you could go and make a custom GPT chat and say, this is for people with dyslexia who wanna create a business. Far out. And now you're serving others. Now you're calling out your ideal clients too, potentially. Yeah. Or you could say this, you know, but you could go through and do that. Wow. Thank you, Jane Slack-Smith. Thank you just so much. I'm going to be watching all the replays now. Good, excellent. Well, we better wrap. Oh, Pamela, everyone has to have a share. Thank you, Jane. I want to just honor your heart of service and the joy that you brought to a subject that for me I've been holding at arm's length. I have been avoiding. It's like head in the sand. No, that's not going to be me. I have to— everything I get needs to be through a circle and just intuition. And just, you know, one of my choices is about being in the magic of innocence. And even your delivery today and the way that you introduced me personally to this subject, that's— you've given me this gift of magic and innocence related to something that I was just making so heavy and out of reach. And you've shown me it doesn't have to be like that. This is about playing, playing, playing, and having fun with it the entire time. And if I'm not having fun with it, I need to pause and take a breath, maybe go for a walk, whatever I need to do, drink some water, and come back and start playing again. Because I always have that choice. I always have that choice. And so thank you. The foundations and the Natural Success work, like for instance, when, when Rach and I created that Intuition and the Marketing Guru for her. She was sitting there going, oh, I don't know. You know, I've got this beautiful 369 Align program. I've got this Soul Affinity program. You know, I've got the intuition. Shall I stick it together? Shall we have it separate? I'm like, let's just do a circle on it. What's obvious? You know, so it's not like you're going, there's an either or. It's like, no, we're actually bringing complementary information and going, I need a bit of inspiration. I'm going to source that and then go, okay, now let's build it. Absolutely. So thank you so much. Well, thank you so much, everyone. I really appreciate it. I'm excited that I get to, you know, present myself this time. But, uh, as I said, you know, we're on the shoulders of giants here, and all this information is, is, uh, just for us to be inspired by, not overwhelmed by. And if you are overwhelmed, jump into ChatGPT, tell Tell it you're overwhelmed and tell it to explain it to you easily. Download this transcript and say summarize it. In actual fact, I'm gonna— I use a product called Grain and it comes up with a summary and I'm just gonna go into it and say summarize the key points. Grain, if you're listening, do that for me and we'll put that below this recording so you can go and do that. Cara, you're looking shocked. Shocked. Happy but shocked. I'm just like blown out of the water. And, um, like, you know, but I'm kind of on this ride, like, I'm here, but I've got some questions I might be able to ask. Like, awareness playgrounds. Um, yeah, every day I keep getting blown away by something different. Um, yeah, and I'm a bit like Carolyn. I think I can see it as a tool because my struggle is not being able to— I got this block around, you know, not finding the words. And I've been looking for an assistant, you know, like the virtual assistant and everything, and they never show up. I can see this as being that tool to unravel those communication gaps. Um, I, I, I— whatever it is, like, yeah, I can see how people are using this. I'm just blown away that shit, people out there are using this. And what happened to the little person that was like trying to get their message out? It, it's just— I think the gap between the what's available for people and what even where people are currently operating from. And, and, you know, I, um, I, I spend a lot of time imagining things, and then I think, wouldn't it be wonderful if this existed? And I put it out there and then it turns up. And, you know, I think, and I think if you just like, look, I know we're running over time. If, if you guys are happy just for me to give you a few things just to, to your point, because I wanna, you know, give you a, an opportunity to have a, a think about this. Let's just go, okay, so this is my marketer that one of the copywriter people, friends that I have that helps me. Right, so I've got my own little marketing tool here. And say, you could, you could do this, right? You could say, hey, I want to come up with a social media schedule with a different theme on each of the 5 days I post. What themes could I use? Mm-hmm. It's all prompted with my information, as it could be prompted with your information. And so it's going away and it's reading all the stuff and it's having a little chat to itself. And I've got lots of documents in there and it's saying, hey, this is a great way to do it. Maybe Mindset Monday, maybe. And so it's linking to my courses etc. Transformational Tuesday, maybe Wellness Wednesday, yoga, meditation, Thought Leader Thursday, Feature Friday. I'm like, love it. Okay, yeah. And then you can say, in a table format, please provide 1 week's of posts. Yeah. Yeah, I've wasted so much time in, in, you know, learning it all but not actually actioning those steps. Start the week by embracing new possibilities. Remember, mindset shapeshifter. There it is. Like, tell me your problem, I'm going to crush it, right? So let's not get upset about this. No, I'm not going to copy and paste that. First of all, Claire wouldn't let me. But I'm not going to copy and paste that. What I would do is I'm going to take that, we're going to shush it and make it our own. And I might say, ooh, Thought Leader Thursday. Ooh, I like it. Come up with a 60-second video script for me, right? Hands off. Watch it. Okay, here it is. Opening shot. There's Jane, comfortable in a well-lit office. Hello, welcome to Thought Leader Thursday. I'm Jane, here to share a snippet of wisdom today. Let's talk about something close to my heart, intuitive decision-making in business. In a world ruled by data and logic, we often overlook our most powerful tool, our intuition. It's that gut feeling, the inner voice that guides us, especially in complex business scenarios. Over the years, I've learned that combining intuition and traditional business strategies a formidable force. It's like having an internal compass that points you towards opportunities and away from pitfalls. Like, boom, there you go. Now I've got a, a YouTube reel. Give me a problem, let's solve it. Do you know what I mean? Like, let's not hold ourselves back, you guys. You're geniuses. You have visions of things you want to create. Don't. And this is, I just find AI a way of, it's a tool, it's a resource. Next month I'm telling you about something else because, you know, that's my genius. I create things and I am a pioneer and I'm a scout. I like doing it. I then apply it. I then teach it. You know, I don't have a, what if it doesn't work? What if they're gonna think I'm a like, whatever, I don't need external validation, I'm okay. So, you know, if I'm enjoying myself, maybe there's the people who want to hang out with me want to enjoy it. And that's how you got to look at it. You're not, you're not for everyone. You are for those people who are going, Tara, I don't care the fact you don't get the words. Sometimes I don't get the words either, but I want to hear what's in your heart, so just tell me. There you go. And now you could build your own ChatGPT thing. $20 US a month. I should be on commission, right? But you just, just like have some fun with it and just make, you know, just make sure that you, you use it for good. And I just see it as a, a way for you to magnify your message and connect with the people that you can have transformational moments with. And, you know, I was on the COVID of Money magazine back in 2007, and I was like to my hubby, we need an extra phone line, you know, my phone's gonna ring off the hook, everyone's gonna want my mortgage broking services and my property investing services. And Todd's like, when success comes, let's deal with it then. And no one rang, it was crickets, like no one rang. And then in 2015, this lady came to my office, ripped off the COVID of the magazine, said, knew, I knew when I needed a mortgage I'd talk to you. Now I'm not selling mortgage services here, I no longer do that, but you know, I was just like, you never know, time, you know, it's an illusion. So it's, it's around, sometimes people have got their own personal stuff going on, circumstances, whatever they've created, that it's not the right time to talk to you. You know, put out the information, it's gonna be there forever. Create a lot of those little you know, little reels. I mean, on my Facebook channel at the moment, randomly walking to work, I'm doing a message from the universe, you know, a 15-second little message. I don't even think anyone's seen them. I don't really care. I'm going to go back and listen to them, and maybe in 10 years' time, if I'm like, you know, someone that people are going to Google and they're going to go, oh, there's like 300 little messages from the universe, wouldn't that be interesting? Whatever. So, you know, be light with what you to. Okay guys, I'm going to let you go. Sorry I've kept you so long, but I'm so glad that, um, I could— I can see the joy in your faces and, and just the opportunity to have a bit of a play, have a crack, you know, and, and treat it lightly like a little bad puppy. And, uh, yeah, enjoy. And as always, here's to your success. Bye for now.
