June 24 Bridge to Business Success with Nyrie Roos using AI powered Live Events to engage & convert

In this July 2024 Bridge to Business Success webinar, host Jane Slack‑Smith welcomes digital marketing veteran Neri Rouse, who presents a practical, AI‑driven system for creating high‑converting 30‑60 minute live online events. Neri walks the audience through a three‑step framework: (1) crafting a "Grand Slam" offer, (2) generating high‑interest headlines, and (3) building the Lead‑Story‑Roadmap (LSR) content structure. She demonstrates several proprietary AI tools – the Conversion Launchpad, Offer Optimizer, and Roadmap Generator – showing how prompt engineering, example‑filled prompts, and quick AI outputs can produce headlines, slide decks, and story elements in seconds. Throughout the session, Neri debunks common myths about webinars (e.g., they’re dead, require huge budgets, or need copywriting expertise), shares client testimonials, and emphasizes the importance of trust, clarity, and certainty in sales. The presentation also covers practical tips such as the 80/20 content rule (80% context/concepts, 20% supporting content), the value‑stack approach to offers, and how to handle tech glitches. The webinar concludes with a special invitation for attendees to book a call or receive a free AI‑Powered Events PDF, followed by a brief Q&A.
Chapters
and get going here. Welcome to, well, this is July, the July 2024 Bridge to Business Success, and I'm really excited to introduce another one of the amazing people that I've seen in a number of my business and marketing networks. And every time, you know, I see people presenting to these groups, it just blows me away on how many different ways there are for us to connect connect with our tribe, find our ideal clients, and get something to them that resonates with them, that gives them an opportunity to then interact with us. And you know, we always hear about this know, like, trust. You know, we're building this relationship and sometimes people have to look at us a number of times before they're comfortable to reach out and say, hey, you know, I would like to be able to, you know, participate in your course or your program or whatever it is that you have. And today I'm really, really fortunate to have Neri Ruiz with us. And look, she's an incredible person. I like a lot of her. She's, she's moved from a corporate career and she left her corporate career in 2008 and she started her own digital marketing agency and she's helped over 1,000 businesses internationally, 4 continents to create millions in revenue. So tick that box off. We would really like to have some of that knowledge. And what I find particularly exciting about Neri is that, you know, she's at the cutting edge of technology. She's using AI and integrating it into frameworks and programs that she has tried and tested through these thousands of companies. So she's always navigating and iterating to make sure she's got the latest information. So we're really, really lucky to have her here today. And she's gonna be taking us through her exclusive, exclusive system, which is an AI-powered live training event and how to run those to get consistent income so that you can just turn up, once a month, run your event for a small group of people that just wanna throw money at your face, learn all your goodness, and so that you can take your message and your marketing now to the world and actually get out there and create a business that you are proud of. So I'm going to invite Nirri to come along as well. Hi, Nirri, how are you going today?
Great, thank you, Jane, and thank you for that lovely welcome.
Oh, it's so good to have you and I really appreciate it because, you know, we've got this opportunity often to, you know, interact with people and to, you know, leave our marketing message and, you know, create some real abundance in our clients' lives. And you've been doing that for years. So I'm going to throw over to you. I think that you've probably done a lot more around this than I've given you credit for, but I'm going to throw to you because I'm really excited to dive into this topic today.
Okay, thank you very much. Hi everyone, lovely to meet you online. Okay, so I'm just going to go ahead and I'm going to screen share with you and start my presentation. I've had a bit of a cold, so if I cough or anything, I've got water here, so please persevere with me. Okay, I'll do my best. Okay, so I'll just start the screen share. Okay. Great.
We can see the blue screen.
Okay, fantastic. And can you see my slide?
Yes.
Fantastic. Okay, so I'd just like to officially welcome you all to the High Converting Live Online Events Demonstration Using AI. And what I'm going to walk you through today is how to drive more monthly sales using quick and easy 30 to 60 minute live events, even if you don't have a big following. And if nobody knows who you are, uh, as Jane Slack-Smith said, my name's Nayri Rouse, and for the past 17 years I've been helping coaches, consultants, course sellers, and professional services providers sell their products and services with live online demonstration events. And today, I want to share with you the process that I use in our digital marketing agency to generate high-quality leads, um, so you can use it in your business too. So let's get going. Um, what I'm going to share with you today, one of the points I'm going to share with you is how you can put together your own high-converting 30 to 60-minute live events in literally hours instead of the weeks and months it can take. And I'm sure for those of you that have done live events, you've all been through that arduous process where you think it's just never going to end. And how you can use AI not only in your business to generate the leads and clients, but how I use this for the clients that I work with as well. Now, this includes creating your headlines, your stories, your call to actions in a blink of an eye. And it sounds like— if this sounds like something that appeals to you, please type a 1 in the chat now, just so I can get a bit of a gauge if this is something that is resonating with you. Fantastic. Thank you. What I'm also going to do is show you with demonstration how you can write 10 high-converting headlines in less than 10 seconds for your live online sales presentation using the specific AI framework that I've built. I'm also going to, um, show you AI prompt sequences, and I'm sure Jane's familiar with prompt sequences and all about those. And I'll tell you what I mean by that. And that's about creating captivating demonstration event content that converts. But we'll dive a little bit deeper into that without getting overly technical. I'll show you how to create your live online demonstration event content in seconds using the AI-powered application. And I'll be doing some really cool demos of this and showing you how you can create your content really quickly using the applications that I've developed.
So I love this idea of creating this in a blink of an eye.
It's really cool. Yeah, it's fantastic. When you get into it, you just go, wow, if I'd had this before. Um, and part of you— part of what I want to share to you today is the plug-and-play system that I use and I've developed that I've put out to market and that I've launched. Just a couple little testimonials here from, um, some of our clients. Uh, this is a— this is Ashley, and she's one of my clients. It's used, and she said it took all the guesswork out of creating her online event for her. And Grant Lewis said that he, um, it saved him weeks and months and took out all the frustration and anxiety of putting together his own online event. And just so you know, in all transparency, at the end of this presentation, I will be making a special invitation to you about how you can actually implement the process and system I'll be sharing with you today. And this is an exclusive offer, and I'll talk more about this towards the end. Uh, just a quick disclaimer, I'm incredibly passionate about this topic. It's something I've studied for the last 7 years, and I've blocked out about 80 minutes for this today, so make sure you have all distractions turned off because I've condensed what I normally teach in 3 hours here and I'm trying to do that in 80 minutes. So I'm going to try and move at a pretty fast pace. I want to be able to teach you as much as I can in as far as the detail goes, leaving with you with a bit of a schematic framework at the end. I can tend to talk very fast, and so make sure you have pen and paper handy and you can take plenty of notes. And I don't mind if you screenshot anything, it's no dramas. Happy to share, happy for you to take whatever you can from this today. So lots to cover, so grab that pen and paper, strap in, and be prepared to take plenty of notes. And if you could do me a favor and just put a number 1 on the chat so we can see how many of you have pen and paper handy and ready to go, okay? And there'll also be time for Q&A at the end. Now imagine having that signature presentation that every time you present it you know you're going to make sales. Does that sound good? Sounds good to me too. Yeah, it sounds great. But first, just let me share with, um, you the elephant in the room. Some of you have already been sold on doing live online events. Often people will call these webinars, but I do them a little differently. The power they can bring, the leverage they can bring to you and your business, the clients they can bring If this is you, put a 1 in the chat. And I know you— I know that some of you understand the power and the leverage of learning to do this skill well, but some of you may not be 100% sure and sold on the fact that live events are the thing for you. In fact, some of you may have heard things like live events are dead, they're saturated, they don't work anymore. And certainly things have shifted in the world of online events, particularly in how they are marketed and presented. But the truth is, live online demonstration events have never been more alive and well and converting at incredible rates. You also may have heard or be hearing that they're too long, too many people are using them, using them, the tech is complex, they're too difficult, you need to be a copywriter or a marketer to have success with them. And you need to have a huge marketing budget, which is totally not true. The reason people come up with all these claims is simply because of two things: they genuinely don't know how to make them work and are using an outdated model because live events keep evolving. Sadly, they have no clue what they're actually doing, and I'll give you some examples of this when we go through. On how you can have success. Secondly, they have something else that they want to sell you, so they discredit live events to amplify what their agenda is. And it's a marketing ploy. They are false amplifiers. And here's a marketing tip for you, so write this down: use what others are saying and offering as alternatives to what you have to offer is not the better solution, and show this in your presentations. And why yours is superior, as long as it's truthful. So take what they're saying and flip it on its head and use it to your advantage. Big tip there. And whilst they are evolving and the future of them is changing, more businesses and entrepreneurs are using live events as a vital strategy in their marketing for 2024 and beyond. The earnings from live online events have exceeded over a mill— a billion dollars as of 2023, and it's climbing. The trend is only going up with the global market set to triple in size by 2025. Now, who here would like to be part of that? I know I certainly would. I'm part of it, which is great. Then today, then today, more businesses use live events than ever before in history, and more businesses and solopreneurs are using live events today than ever before, with a 15% increase in usage since 2020, and we can probably thank COVID for a lot of that, which has been a good thing that came out of COVID And interestingly, live online events with less than 200 people— so you don't have to have thousands of people on them— have the highest conversion rates because people like to be able to interact. Now that might sound like a big number still. I like to keep my numbers fairly low because you can get more interaction So don't be scared of your numbers, okay? They actually can work in your favor. Never discount the value of live versus automated webinars or live events, because automated events are best for cold traffic and just in time for busy people who can watch when and how they want to consume your content. Though the testing we have done over the years, or through the testing we have done over the years, I've got a whole range of data for both types of events, automated and live. However, we don't really have time today to dig into this, but it's certainly something I dive into the clients I'm working with. So it's not just about live events. Automated work really well too, just a different type of demographic target market. Live online demonstration events allow you to build trust with prospects And when it comes to sales and conversions, trust is the most important word. Now, live events are the easiest, most profitable way to land clients, period, and the most inexpensive way to do it when you get the strategy right. And you can do this without needing to have or even grow a big following on social media. If you want to have that, that's fantastic, Stuart, too. You don't need it without a complicated brain frying sales funnel, or without killing yourself posting content on social media day in, day out. Really important point there. And you can do this without needing to have or even grow a big following. And the good news is the technology has literally never been easier. All you need is a simple, simple Zoom account and your presentation. So you can literally get up and going, just a few clicks, and it works really well once you get to know how to use it. And I still have a few glitches along the way. Without needing to rely on word of mouth, without needing expensive equipment, and without any previous results, you don't need to know how to do any of this stuff because you can get started on your path today to getting more leads and conversion conversions for your events, and you don't need a huge marketing budget, like I said. And the good news with technology is it's literally all you need to get yourself going, and in just a few clicks you can get it up and running very easily. So don't be afraid of the technology, because it's one of the biggest hurdles I hear people come up against. They're scared and fear technology. Don't be. Did you know that 73% of marketers consider live online events to be the best way to generate high-quality leads? And that's the key word— quality. Today I'm going to show you how to create quickly and easily demonstration-style live online events to make more consistent sales. And I'm also going to share with you the most important word when it comes to making sales. Trust. And it makes sense, right? You need to trust people that you're interested in working with. Live events allow you to build the most important word in sales, and that's trust. And that's because live events done right help you instill the most important word in sales into your audience. And I can't say it enough— trust. Trust, clarity, and certainty sell. That is something to write down here. So grab a pen and paper and write this down: trust, clarity, and certainty sell. And that's what you want to promote through your presentations. Think of the last time you hired a coach or bought an online course. You trusted the person certainly enough to give them your money. You were clear on what you were getting, and you were reasonably certain that you would get the outcome that you were after. And live events done right allow you to build that trust around your programs and your service offerings. They allow you to give value first before making the ask, and that is why they are so powerful. They allow you to be seen, become visible, and that's something that most of us aren't getting enough of today because we live in a saturated world. They allow you to be heard and they allow you to be experienced unlike any other medium, 100% online. To anywhere across the globe, no matter where you are, without traveling to events or networking. And you can still do that if you want to do that in the hope of getting a client. You can literally host them from your home office and reach people wherever they may be. You've just got to get the time zones right or use automated. But the issue is, and always has been, with live events and putting one together that converts into sales is really that. It's the putting it together that people often get stuck in. The traditional live event model is simply too overwhelming and difficult for most people to accomplish and do correctly, and that's a fact.
Just a, a point on, on that. I, um, used to have a team in my property investing business, and you know, there was a a copywriter, a producer, an editor, ex-journo, and they'd sit down, they'd interview me, and they'd spend the next 6 weeks coming up with the content for a webinar. And, you know, going the needs analysis, what wakes people up at 2 o'clock in the morning? And, you know, it was really intense. But to your point, you know, there was so much time and effort. And I know just even looking at the testimonial that you shared straight up where the guy's like, you could save weeks, or months. And I'm excited for your demonstration on how to do this. But literally, you know, we used to spend a month and a half getting ready for every single webinar. And you know, that, that is a model that, you know, is just, um, when you're trying to build a business as a, a side business for it to then have the legs to become the full-time business, you just don't have that effort. And if you're doing it by yourself, you know, finding these type of techniques are just so valuable. So yeah, I can just reinforce, I've been there, I've done that.
Yeah. And not to get sidetracked, but I think it's important, like, especially with AI, you can get in, you've got a product or a service you want to promote, do a quick, um, you know, 30-minute presentation and get it out to market. You can always keep going and refine, but thing is, get it out there, launch it. It doesn't have to be perfect, just get it done.
Good advice.
Yeah. Um, so it requires way too much time and effort pushing that rock up the hill to get it done. It really does. So given that technology has evolved and people like me live and breathe this stuff every day, I've been hard at work putting together ways for you to use these new technologies to build your event faster and easier. And that's what I want to share with you today. So how did I get here today? Well, let me briefly share how we got here today. So just a little bit about me. So, you know, get to know me a little bit before I get into it real quick. I'm not gonna go long on this. Um, I've consulted on hundreds of online events across multiple industries, had hundreds of clients go through my programs. I've had great success and helped generate over $47 million in accounting and sales for my clients using events. My passion is helping my clients optimize their lead generation and events in a way that maximizes their conversions and business revenue. I'm a co-founder of a digital marketing agency, as you know, And as you know, also as Jane shared, we use this exact same process to generate leads in our business. So what I'm sharing with you today fuels the revenue in our agency, and I've hosted hundreds of webinars, analyzed hundreds for my clients, and my clients have done really, really well out of this, which is great to see. I love seeing that happen. In 2008, I founded the agency. After spending years with the, um, in the corporate sector. And I've worked with private clients including global speakers, coaches, and consultants. That's basically where I started out, consulting on their marketing, their webinars, events, and managing their client services, resulting in millions of dollars in sales revenue and some very happy clients along the way. So I've been deep in the world of marketing, not in our own business but for others as well. Um, so over the last 15 years, my clients have included people like John Assaraf, Steve Grossman, Sean Roach, Brett Thompson, to name a few. I've also mapped out and built multiple sales funnels, both complex and simple, run marketing campaigns on social media platforms, and built hundreds, if not thousands, of landing pages and websites for our clients, and have been retained as a virtual marketing manager as well. Now this is great and every— and really good, but the real reason that I share with this today and why you should hear me out is that I've helped some people get some pretty good results with the systems, processes, and the roadmaps that I use for success in business. I love sharing my knowledge with others and I've written a number of bestselling series of books on different marketing topics, and I run a regular podcast interviewing some amazing experts on business growth. And marketing topics as well. I've also hosted a number of online events myself showing people how to generate leads just like I'm showing you today, and how to use AI and create that perfect product as a lead magnet or an offer for their clients as well. Because not everyone comes to us with a product in place, but they've got services and they've got knowledge in their head that can be put into a product. Given all of that, I would say most recently I've had what I called an aha moment. It was around late 2022. I was listening to a podcast and they were talking about this new thing that they were launching called ChatGPT. Now most of you likely would know all about ChatGPT and have used it. I must say when I've used it in the past, I wasn't overly impressed with its ability to create customizable, individualized sales presentations for my event demonstrations the way that I wanted it to. But there was something about it and what they were saying that inspired me to take another look. And I signed up for an account with ChatGPT and an OpenAI account. And I found out that ChatGPT, like so many other AI platforms, are pretty bad at creating on-brand custom live online demonstration events. And all the assets and marketing resources that go around that. And I needed something that was specific to what I wanted to create. And that was always my struggle with AI. And I could see the potential still, but I needed to really figure out how to make this work. And I could see that this is where marketing was going. So I had to get on board and work it out. So I set out on a mission and, uh, to figure out how I could get the AI to write on brand. Content for events and sales presentations, masterclasses, workshops, and all those kind of things the way I wanted it to and the way I wanted it to do it for my clients. So what I discovered pretty quickly was it's all about how you prompt the AI. So if you're not familiar with what that term is, a prompt is how you communicate with the AI. It's the set of instructions that you give the AI to get a specific output. And when I started digging a little bit further, I found this whole new field called prompt engineering, which is all about the skill of how you communicate with your AI. But you can't just— can't go into ChatGPT on its own and say, hey, write me a live online event on X and expect an on-brand customized event. It just won't happen. It's like garbage in, garbage out. What you give the AI is what you get back. I can see Jane smiling. You need the right prompts in the right order, following a structured sequence, if you want to get the best results with AI. Look at it like this: AI is like a magic wand, and if you're new to using it It's like being new wizard. You're going to cast the wrong spells at times. Takes a bit of working out. So I spent many hours banging my head on my computer trying to work it out, researching and learning how to best prompt it, uh, and getting the creation frameworks that I needed in place. I spent dollars on experts and a new developer to help me figure out how to best use the AI to create live online on-brand demonstration events. And how to incorporate it into what I was doing. And after all of this, we finally cracked the code and found the winning formula for creating those customizable, specific-to-you online demonstration events we were wanting to create with a combination of the technology that AI offers with the right prompts. And I put together special instructions on what I'm going to call an AI-powered framework. And these are absolutely the key to nailing AI. And I'm going to show you what this looks like in the following on-screen demonstration. So I built an app around this, an app that helps me and can help you, um, and helps my customers who actually— or my clients— to achieve this same thing. My goal for you by the end of this presentation is one, for you to have a good understanding of what makes up a great converting event, and two, how you can use AI as your PA to produce everything you need to prepare, launch, and remarket your live online demonstration event in record time. So let's hop into this process. It's a 3-step process that I use for my own and in working with my clients to build the presentation. And as I said, can be a masterclass a live event, workshop, whatever that may be. And it doesn't matter what niche you're in either. It will work in any niche successfully over and over again. First thing is, when I work through with my clients, we have to nail your offer and get your offer right. That's really, really important. Once we've got this nailed, we can create what I call a high-interest headline, and I'll explain what that is a little bit later on. And finally, once we have that in place, We create the content to make your presentation. So let's, like, dive a little bit deeper into each of these. So the first step is to create that Grand Slam offer. Now briefly, just so you know, the number one cause of success or failure is your offer. Your offer is the number one cause of success or failure for any marketing campaign, and this is no different for events, masterclasses, or workshops. If you're having issues with selling, the first place to look is your offer. Most conversion problems are offer problems. In fact, 80% of your success is getting the right person to the right offer. 20% is your messaging and delivery. Yes, it's an important 20%, but if you get the 80% wrong, your results are going to really suffer. Write this down and never forget this: people don't buy your program or service, they buy your offer. They don't buy your course, they don't buy your coaching program, they buy the offer that goes around what you deliver. And those are not the two same things. So what you are ultimately selling is a conversation with you in whatever form that may take or lead into. You are selling them on speaking to you. That's the aim of the game. And one of the biggest mistakes for everyone that put a 1 in the chat is really often a lack of call positioning. So if you're wanting people to have a call with you for conversions and you're not doing a direct sale live event, it's your call positioning that can make or break it. With your offering. For example, which of these calls would you rather book? Let's say you're in the market for some intuitive coaching services to help grow your business. Would you rather book vanilla offer number 1, which is no obligation call to discuss your ability to use your intuition, or would you rather book in for an intuitive coaching analysis and for attending audit you're going to get one-to-one growth strategy session for the first 10 people, you're going to get my First 10K Subscribers course, and you're going to get access to a Clients Come to Me Masterclass. Which one would you rather book into, one or two? Of course it's going to be two. But why is two better? Well, for one, the call is positioned as a valuable product. It's an intuitive coaching analysis worth $500. It's positioned well, valuable within itself. And the second thing is there are all these add-ons, these value-add, and they add even more to the initial offer. And again, it doesn't matter if you're selling coaching, life coaching, metaphysical stuff, whatever it is, you can position your core offering more effectively. Get the vanilla out of it and really boost it up. So how can you use AI-powered frameworks to get more people to speak with you from your presentations or in general? What I want to do now is do a demo of my AI Sales Call Structurer. So what I'll do is I'll just stop the screen share and I'll set— share the other screen with you, and this is directly on my learning portal.
I, I think we're all committed to no more vanilla. Just seeing that grand slam, that's amazing.
Yeah, just keep, just keep in mind I'm only showing some of you some of what I can, um, can you see my screen? Yep.
Conversion Launchpad.
Okay, great. So this is all about naming your roadmap steps. Okay, and what I've done here is you come down here, I've given the instructions on what you need to do. Copy the core prompt and paste it. Adjust the bracketed areas. Click Generate Script, and if need, adjust it. And you can reprompt the AI if you just want to keep running through different things. So the core prompt, which is down here, is the one that I've provided, and you need to fill in the bracketed areas, including insert your ideal buyer, what you were teaching them, the 3 steps you could share with them. So I've got an example here so people can just take the example and I'll just take that and I'll copy it to make it really simple today. Okay. And this is about what I've used in one of my presentations around LinkedIn. Um, so it's basically saying I'm hosting a webinar called How B2B Consultants Can Land Their Dream Clients on LinkedIn in as Little as an Hour a Day, helping consultants use LinkedIn to attract high-quality paying clients, what are the 3 steps I could share with them in my webinar to help them achieve the goal? Think of it step by step. So I paste it in there, generate the script. Sometimes this can take a little bit of time, and we were talking about this before, and it's come up with 3 really nice roadmap steps here. 3 things that I could be using: optimize your LinkedIn profile, The first step to attracting dream clients: build and nurture your network and showcase your expertise through thought leadership. So it's given me some ideas, and I can actually— I've got re-prompt in here, so you can re-prompt it as well. So it's a really, really good way of actually generating very quickly what you're going to need for your slide presentations. And I'll dig in a little bit more about that. So I'm just going to flip back out of this screen. And actually go back to our presentation screen. Okay.
And those 3, um, ideas that it just came up with, they were 3 ideas that you could run your webinar on.
Absolutely. Yeah, absolutely. So it, it just gives you so many ideas because of the platform that it's working on. And ChatGPT, as you know, is moving to 5.0, and it'll actually be updated to do that as well. So as ChatGPT actually evolves, so will the, the power of the framework that we've developed in the backend for our clients. Okay, so, okay, let me just restart the slide presentation. Can you see the slide?
Not yet.
Okay, can you see the slide?
Not yet.
Okay, let me just stop that and start again. Okay, okay, we've got blue screen starting. Okay, fantastic. That's great. Sorry about that. So you can see the slide now? Yep. Okay, fantastic. So my question is, who here is selling an online course? If you are, drop a 2 in the chat. Or if you'd like to be selling an online course, because I'm going to show you some really cool stuff here for those that are interested in online courses and developing that as part, part of their offer.
Lots of twos.
Cool, good stuff. And the number one offer mistake, and I want to talk about that, that people make, is really a lack of a clear value stack, or what I call a value stack. And a value stack is how you position and share your offer. It does not mean that when you change your offer per se, or change your product or service that underlies your offer. It's really about how you position your and present your offer that can make a massive difference. Okay, for example, um, let's say you're selling a marketing course for coaches. Now if you look at the vanilla offer here, okay, it's an example. You're telling people, okay, um, the program's called Get More Clients. We're going to give you 12 video modules, PDF guides for each module, pre-written emails, random bonus number 1, unrelated bonus number 2, confusing bonus number 3. Now how many times have we all seen this? Mhm. Okay, but when you think about it and you use AI, you can actually change that around and you can actually develop a— let's say it's a get more clients program with 7 proven marketing campaigns to model. What you're thinking about are what their greatest pain points are. Okay, trust-building sales scripts to enroll clients with ease, simple tech checklist, their biggest fears That's what you're honing in for. That's the language you're using. One-to-one growth strategy session for the first 10 people that sign up. Okay, and all this is going to help for them to actually develop their presentation and get past those fears and those hurdles. You're speaking directly to your target market fears, and that's really, really important, rather than your vanilla offer number 2. Okay, so how can you use AI-powered frameworks to sell more courses or even develop courses? We've got a program that we use to actually develop courses, courses with our clients as well. So what I'm going to do is share screen again and I'm going to show you our OPS Offer Optimizer. Okay. On Google. Where's Google gone? There's Google. Great. Can you see Google? Yep. Okay, okay. So the OPS Optimizer: what are the solutions that you're willing to provide— problems to provide— to solve the problems that your target market have? Once again, I've got the instructions down here. Okay, and what you're asking it to do is, how can I solve the problem in less time and less work required for my client? Okay, so here you can add your prompt down here. Think step by step of some easy button solutions like checklist frameworks done for your services and trainings. Then of course the bracketed areas that you need to actually insert what is relevant for you into. Okay, and then you can copy the text to the clipboard as well. So we've got that capability there. So I've got one example down here. Okay, think step by step, what are the easy button solutions like checklist frameworks and so forth that a LinkedIn coach could provide to solve the biggest problems coaches and consultants have to get more clients with LinkedIn. So I paste that into there and generate the script. Okay, so these are the 3 things that it's come up with, and you can reprompt it, as I said. LinkedIn profile optimization checklist, always a big winner with people. They want to get their profile right first up. Outreach framework, love to know how to make connections. Done for you LinkedIn lead generation services, if that's what you're into. LinkedIn training program, content calendar, profile review service. So these are just some of the ideas that have been generated by the AI. So it's really, really powerful and you just re-prompt it if you want more ideas. Just copy and paste them onto a document and off you go. Okay, so you've got stacks of potential.
Neary, this is so good because you know We've spent a bit of time in talking about, you know, knowing the problems and the fears and understanding your ideal client in numerous, you know, past masterclasses. But this actually takes that fear, like, you know, you said one of the biggest fears people have around technology or they have around, you know, I could buy a course, but then what? And this actually, rather than just selling the 12 modules or the, you know, here's, here's, uh, the answer you're seeking. It's just like, well, here's the answer, but here's actually the steps that are going to allow you to do this with confidence so that you can actually take this information and implement it. And I think that's the biggest thing when I see people's offers is that they're missing that, um, targeting what you are doing here. The, the pain, the fear they have is what if I do spend $300, $1,000, $3,000 on a course and I still get nothing from it? And so this really calls out all of those pain points and actually says, and this is specifically what you're getting, which is this, which is, um, yeah, genius.
Yeah. And part of the program actually goes through identifying those pain points for you as well. So, but I can't show you everything, unfortunately.
Of course, of course.
This is great.
Thank you.
Thank you. Um, okay, so what I'll do is I'll just go back to, um, the screen and we'll get back to the slide presentation and keep going there. Okay, so I'll share screen again. Always got to remember which screen to share.
So many screens.
Great. Okay, um, okay, so can you see my screen?
Yeah. OPS, what does that stand for?
The Offer Optimizer. Optimizer. Okay, good, which we just had a look at. I'm just going to stop that share because it's not moving the slides along. Let me do that again. Okay. Okay, I'll just move it along manually. I don't know why it's doing that. Okay. And really, offer is where the rubber meets the road. Um, we've got to optimize your offer and use AI with the right prompts and framework to nail that offer and make it a home run. So once you've got that offer right You're going to move people into step 2 with your offer. I don't know why this screen share is not working properly, but anyhow, we'll keep persevering. So step 2 is your high-interest headlines. So let's just dig a little bit deeper into that, okay, and have a look at that. So what's a high-interest headline? It's the message that attracts and pulls in quality leads. And that's the main thing, that it's pulling in quality leads. Okay, it's the big idea of your presentation, what pulls in the right type of person to attend your presentation. That's really important that you're getting the right people along. It's 70% of the reason why people register and attend your live online event and Your headline is one of the major things when it comes together to putting together an excess— a successful event, because that's your first point of contact often with them, and that's what will attract them. So the main headline mistakes that I see, uh, with sales presentations is that they're too vague and non-specific, they're too short and nondescript, there's not enough curiosity or clear benefit from them. And you have to, um, understand that a common pain point and a common mistake that people I see often make is they're really bad at putting to head together headlines. And let's face it, we're not copywriters, most of us. I don't know if we've got any copywriters here, so I shouldn't say that. But I don't know about you, but it takes a lot for me to actually come up with a headline. And that's where AI is absolutely brilliant in making this happen. So when we look at the typical headline here, and this is just an example, let's say you're a busy mom and you've got kids who are misbehaving and they won't listen to you and you're getting really frustrated with the whole thing. Which one would be more appealing to you? The typical headline, which is how to get your kids to stop yelling and start listening, or 3 simple steps busy moms can use to get their kids to stop yelling and start listening. In as little as 10 minutes. Now to me, that would be gold if I was a busy mum with 3, with kids that just wouldn't stop yelling and not listening. So to me, what I would do, I would actually gravitate towards the high interest headline. And I think you'd all probably agree it wouldn't be the typical headline, it would be the other one, because it's speaking to the mum, it's specific, it gives clear deliverables there, and it says it will do it within 10 minutes. So there's a lot of, um, a lot of promises and a lot of specificity around this. And AI can fix and create their specificity for you in your demonstrations, which is just fantastic. So let me show you the next piece of the puzzle here, which is high-interest headlines. And hopefully then when I flip back, this, uh, screen share might start working for me again. Let's hope so. Okay, so new screen share.
What's interesting there, Neary, is that first headline I would've clicked on. I'm like, that's, yeah, that's gold. You know, if I could, if I could me stop yelling and getting my kid to start listening, that'd be great. But when I see the second one, it's obvious how much more powerful it is. Yeah. So, you know, it's, it's, we settle often with the, what we think is, you know, the right way. But this is definitely showing the other way or how to actually maximize what we've got.
Yeah, and this is where AI opens up a whole other world. You've just got to know how to prompt it and engineer it. And as I said in the beginning of the presentation, ChatGPT, just basic ChatGPT, garbage in, garbage out, won't give you the results you need. So this is about, um, high-interest headlines, and this is the generator for that. Once again, instructions down there, and then the core prompt, which is what our we use and have built in the program with the bracketed areas that our clients fill in. So, and it gives examples to prompt the AI as well. So I've got a, an example here that I've actually used myself, and I'm going to just plug that into the AI and generate the script. So I'm asking it here to actually create high-interest headlines for me. Okay. And it's done that. It's given me 10, and I can regenerate those if I don't particularly like any of them. So I've got Unlock the Power of LinkedIn: 5 Simple Steps to Attract High-Praying Clients Without Breaking the Bank. Stop Wasting Time and Money on Ineffective Marketing Strategies. How to Use LinkedIn. Double Your Client Base in Just 30 Days. Now that would speak volumes to a lot of people. Crush Your Competition, Master LinkedIn Outreach in 4 Easy Steps, and so it goes on. So this is just so powerful. And it's this one here, From Struggling to Thriving: Learn How to Get More Clients on LinkedIn Without Spending a Fortune in Just 45 Minutes. There's your webinar headline.
Yeah, just, just, um, out of interest, I see there that you're including examples in your actual prompt. And, and I've seen a couple of prompt engineers recommend this. Do you want to just speak to that? Because it does actually take that prompt to a next level, doesn't it, by actually indicating what type of output you want?
Yeah, sure. So the thing is, with, um, the ex— the reason I give the example prompt is so that people can actually see the information that should go in here. Because up here where I've got the core prompt, where I've got insert the biggest desired outcome. And this work has been, been done previously in the program, so clients have got that there to actually draw upon. Um, so just by expanding out and being very specific here, I've got, um, I'm hosting a sample in the core prompt. In the core prompt.
So see that? So when you actually include, put a core prompt into, say, ChatGPT, or, you know, you're using this in your program, actually including an example of what you expect ChatGPT to come back with?
Yeah, so it's coming back with, um, the 10 headlines that are really going to speak to your target market based on their biggest desire and outcome. That's what you're actually doing, because you don't— you, you're talking about your ideal buyer in the prompt and who they are. So you, you're identifying who they are busy B2B consultants or whatever that may be, and their biggest desired outcome. So that could be, you know, getting more clients without spending a huge amount of money. Yeah. On marketing.
But you've got example, how to grow your business in an economy without limiting yourself.
Mm-hmm.
That's what I found with my prompts. If I actually putting in the, what I'm kind of wanting to give ChatGPT the indication of what I'm expecting to get by actually putting examples into the prompt. It actually comes back with a better quality of answer.
Absolutely, because you're guiding it. The more information you can give it, the more specific information, the more specific and, um, relevant is the response that AI is going to give you back.
You don't have to keep going, regenerate, regenerate.
That's exactly right, exactly right. Okay, so I will stop the screen share there. Okay, and let's just see how we go this time, and let's see if it's going to work for me. Okay, it's worked. Wow, can you see my screen? I'm excited when technology works. So it's really all about the prompts and, um, not only knowing how to prompt the AI but knowing what to do with the outputs, and that's really key. Okay, so that's step 2 that we've been through. We've got our offer, we've got that done. We've got our high-converting headline that attracts the right persona, and we know we have these two in place. So we can create the actual content now. Okay, so I call this step 3 LSR content. Okay, so what is LSR content? What do I mean by that? And here it stands for Lead Story and Roadmap. And a lot of people do this in the wrong order. Um, it's really the right way to do your content when you're putting it in your slide presentation You do your lead out, then you give your story, and then you provide your roadmap. Okay, so that's the right one, and that's the way the program and the— is configured to actually deliver through the AI. So it's about having the right type of content, um, that actually opens up your attendees to the new opportunities that you're going to be sharing with them. And that's what you were doing when you're doing a sales presentation. Or your event. You're opening people up first before you share your offer, before they move forward with you. And we want the content that you deliver on your event to do the hard heavy lifting for you and to do this work. So one question I often get asked is, how much content should I teach on my live online event? And people tend to do the fire hose, okay? And they tend to give heaps and heaps of content. It's a really common question, but it's the wrong question to be asking. It's not how much content to teach, but what type of content to teach that makes all the difference. So to be sure to write that down— it's not how much, it's the right type of content to get them to where you want to take them. The biggest mistake that people tend to make when it comes together when it comes to putting together an event demonstration is they tend to over-teach. Okay, that, like I said, they literally turn on the fire hose. And from that, people do one of two things: they either leave your presentation more confused than they were when they started, or they think, fantastic, you're great, I'm going to take that and do it myself, and they're off and you've lost them. Okay, so the main thing is we want to be leading them to working with you as well. And you want to enroll more clients. That's why you're going through the whole process of doing an event. So your event should be about 80% content— context and concepts— and this is a writer downer— and 20% content. 80% about context and 20% content. And most people have this in reverse. So what does context mean? Context means the why. Why is this important to them, and why are you the person to lead them? Concepts are high level, the aha, the light bulb moment, the steps in the process. That's what concepts are. And content used in this case is supporting material to the concepts. So they could be case studies, could be examples, could be statistics. That you're using, the items you use to prove the concept and make the case. And when you do this right, you will delight people and make a lot more sales. That is your presentation. And you would have seen in this presentation how I used some statistics earlier on. So let me just walk you through LRS con— LSI content. And again, this is the meat of your presentation. It's the content of your sales presentation. We've talked about the headline, the offer. So the, the first part is what I call your presentation lead. Okay, so it's really the first 5 slides of your presentation, and their sole purpose is to build intrigue, excitement, and hope for a better future in a few minutes for the people watching your presentation event. It's really just the first couple of minutes, and you saw me do this at the beginning of this presentation. Because I did it in the AI framework. When I talked about what you were going to learn in this presentation today, that all came out of AI, out of the framework we've built. And let me show you how to literally write the first 5 slides of your presentation in seconds. So I'm going to go ahead and I'm going to risk the screen sharing again, and let's see how we go.
Okay.
So back to here. Okay, so this is the Intrigue and Enticement Opener. Okay, so once again, here I've given you, uh, the instructions of what to do. We've got the core prompt here, okay, and the insertion areas including name, high-interest headline, list of bullet points, and inserting these from the previous section. So the example that I've used here is one that I've completed to give, uh, people an idea of what to put into it. I pop it into here and I generate script. So once you've plugged in into the bracketed areas what is relevant for you, which only takes a few minutes because you've done a lot of the pre-work, it actually comes up with it. So slide 1, and this all plugs into the pre-made slide deck. That we've actually provided in the program as well. So every slide written, well, it relates and mirrors the slide deck. Okay, it doesn't mean you can't add more or you can take away, but it actually mirrors it. So it tells you the webinar title, welcome, you're going to learn slide 3, you'll also learn 10 high-converting headlines Slide 4, I'm going to be showing how to use AI. Slide 5, get ready for screen sharing. Now how cool is that? I think it's pretty cool.
That takes a lot of effort out of it.
Yeah, it sure does. And I've got re:prompts down there as well. So yeah, so it's really, really cool. I love it. I just love it. It keeps getting better.
What's really good about this, as we know, you know, but as you said, crap in, crap out, but also you know, AI gives us those starting points that we can then just put a little bit of our humanity, our twist into. But a lot of times people stare at a blank PowerPoint slide and go, what do I need to do? And just having something that's like, okay, so here's the first kind of 5 slides, build intrigue, build interest, get excitement, tell them what you're gonna tell them and then tell them what you're gonna tell them. So it's, it's, Often as creators, we're so excited about getting into the stuff that we kind of miss that, you know, the roadway that's going to give us that leverage to keep people engaged and be interested. So this is a really quick way to be able to get into, you know, the teaching component of it.
Yeah, absolutely. And the way we've structured the slide decks, and it's a proven methodology. To follow and process to follow. And the end of the slide decks, you can actually— they diversify depending on whether you're doing a call, um, a call to action for a call with you, which can go through an application process if you need to, or you can do a direct sell. And I, you know, um, so the endings, you know, vary too. And the AI is built for that as well.
So, and, and having that mapped out and from a timing point of view as well, Like often if I'm actually doing a presentation, I get to like the top of the hour and I go, oh, never got to the offer. Oh well, I guess we better finish now. And we're so excited about teaching it. So actually having the framework that takes you through that specific is, is, uh, you know, gold in itself.
Yeah. Yeah. It's really cool. I really love it. Okay. So we'll go back here to the presentation. Okay, screen share again. Excuse me. Okay, okay, it's not working again. Oh wow, we should have work.
Okay, well, this is an active demonstration of what happens when the greatest fear happens, which is your technology doesn't work. You just go with it, right? You just rather than shutting down.
Yeah, that's technology. Okay, so that's the first part of the presentation, and that's the presentation lead. So we've got to start and build— we've started to build some intrigue. And after we've built some of that intrigue, we want to share our discovery story and answer the question, why are we here today? And you also saw me do that today as well. So it's really, um, about when you discovered or had your aha moment and made the decision to present what you're presenting today. And this can be a negative thing, it can be a positive thing. The important thing, it's your story, and people get to know you through your story. And it's really, really powerful that people then start to build a connection with you early on in those first few slides of the process. Okay, so what I'm going to share with you now is actually my Discovery Story Designer and how that actually works. So I'll stop the screen share again. Okay, and we'll do the Google Share again, and I will show you how that works. So this is the Discovery Story Designer, okay? And this is where it creates your story. This one takes a little bit more work because it's more personable, so there's a little bit more information that you've got to put in. Not just— it's not just going to generate 10 headlines for you, so to speak, okay? So once again, you've got the instructions down here and You know, there's a note here saying to put in at least 2 to 3 elements of authority in your story. So coming up with those lines of authority and what makes you the person that they want to be connected with and work with ultimately. And you've got your call prompt down here, and the main thing is here in the brackets, um, sh— sharing your background, sharing the moment you made the discovery What you did after the discovery, um, and what you did after the discovery part 2, and then part 3, and why are you excited to be sharing this with the— your audience today. So I've got the example prompt down here, okay, that I've developed as an example of what this would look like for someone writing this out or generating one for themselves. And I pop that into the generator Click Generate Script, and I've got my slides done from slides 9 to 14. So it goes through that whole process, your story, what you discovered, how you determined to make it work. So you embarked on a mission. You heard me say that Hours of trial and error, and I'm thrilled to announce that it walks you through. So you've just done all of your slides up to slide 14, and the whole AI we use takes you right through all your slide presentation. So it's got you covered. Really, really simple. Really cool. Okay, so what we'll do is we'll go back to the PowerPoint presentation. Share screen. And now, now that we've done the discovery story, we've got the lead, we've got the discovery story, and the third part of the— is the content for your live online event demonstration, which we're going to do right now, which is what I call the Roadmap to Results. And what the Roadmap to Results is, it's your presentation of your roadmap. And some of you may have these already, and some of you may not. It's the steps or the strategies that you use to get your clients results, right? So it's a process you take them through, and we want to walk them through how you're getting your clients results. So every time you create a new product, you need to— or a new service, you should have a roadmap that you take people through so you can explain to them the steps in the process that they're going to be going through. Okay. And for this example, this very framework that I'm walking you through and demonstrating right now is an example of a roadmap. It's a visual presentation of a series or steps, there are strategies that you can use to get a client result. And again, if you have a roadmap, you're ahead of the game. And some of you don't, and some of you will want to create these for your business. And it's really important that you actually do this and create it. And I like to think of it in this way. Let's think of your ideal client wanting to cross a canyon to work with you. Your ideal client is the one on the left side of the canyon. Canyon and they're stuck with their problem and they want to get to the right side where their problem is no longer a problem. Question for you: what would you do or build them to help them get across that canyon to work with you? That structure and the steps they would take to cross the canyon are the steps in the process. So think about this as the steps in your roadmap to results. It helps to instill trust— that big word— clarity, and certainty into your prospective buyers. And often people will do this with a visual presentation of what the process is and the steps that they will work through. And it helps to get them to the important stage where they actually say to themselves, I can see how this can help me. And that I want to work with you. And this is really what you want them to say. So let's have a look at our Roadmap Generator. So I'll stop the share and I will go back to, um, share screen. Okay, to the new share. Sorry, I got that wrong, pushed the wrong button. And we're going to look at the Roadmap Generator. Okay, just going to reload that because I was playing with it this morning. Um, naming your roadmap steps. Okay, so once again, instructions, a core prompt with bracketed areas for insertions around your ideal buyer and what you're teaching them. Okay, and here I've got the example. Here I'm hosting a webinar, webinar called How B2B Consultants Can Land Their Dream Clients. Okay, so if we pop that in here, okay, generate script, it gives you the steps. Okay. So it gives you the 3 steps that you're going to use for a particular model, potentially. Okay, if you want to change it and you want to have 5 steps, you just ask the AI to give you 5 steps. Really, really simple. And that's got it written for you. And there's your model. And you can build that into a visual model if you want. Of course, not with as many words, but there's the process that you're going to use. Okay, so really simple process and the work's done for you, which is great. Okay, so can you see the screen?
Not yet.
Okay, let's try that again.
So essentially what we've done is you've created like the, the, uh, initial engagement, the excitement in step 1, and in step 2 you've got the validation why you are the person to share this. And now in step 3, you're actually creating, you know, that entire, um, component around why they need to be listening and what the engagement is for them to be able to progress their journey with you.
Yeah, absolutely. So by that stage of the game, they're either in or they're out.
And you— that, um, when you just did that roadmap generator, obviously it came up with 3, um, examples there. Would you teach those 3 things, or would you choose one of those?
Well, with that roadmap example, for exam— for example, um, You could teach those 3 things. You've asked it to come up with 3 points to your roadmap. Yeah, so you could choose to do that, or you might actually break it down and just decide, well, I'm going to do a short course on point 1, I'm going to do a short course on point 2, I'm going to do a short course on point 3, or product, create those products. And at the end of the day, um, you could end up with 3, you could end up with 12 points that are going to make up a whole big program. And that's when we talk about, um, we often talk about, you know, your program offerings and the sort of tiers that you've got there. So you can start off with simple products and build that up to your main offering.
Because I think part of that curiosity as well is, you know, if you did have— you should show the client journey, like the framework that you have that you can take them through. And you say there's 6 things in the framework or 3 things in the framework, and with the time we have today, we're gonna go deep into this number 1. But obviously in my program or sign up to call me for my discovery call or whatever it is, you know, I'll, I'll take you through point 2 and 3. So that curiosity also is interesting. Mm-hmm. Because you don't have to teach it all, but you can show it all.
Yeah.
And, you know, show your expertise and the knowledge and, um, the importance and relevance for one of them. But it actually gives you an opportunity to state the entire journey for them without having to teach the entire, you know, journey within your, you know, live event.
That's so true. And that's where you come back to your concepts and your, your context. And if you're teaching all three things, um, on your live event, then you've, you've given your program away. Yeah, you can only teach a certain part of it. So it's a really valid point that you make. Thanks for that, Jane Slack-Smith. Yeah, so we've covered the 3 big steps to go through to create a sales presentation, um, and to create, you know, that for your masterclasses or your workshops or whatever that may be. And just to give you an idea, when I was talking about the pre-made slide deck, um, you know, the program actually provides the slide decks as well. So you've got— it really spells it out for you and plugs into the AI, so it just mirrors it really well. Okay, so the guesswork is taken out, you know, completely out of it. And this is how you can get your, your webinar up and running. All you've got to do then is practice it a couple of times and you're off and running. You've just got to get people to register, which is another part of the program, how you make that happen. Okay, um, so what we've covered— we've covered a lot today in this demonstration, uh, including breaking some of the myths about, you know, live online demonstration events. We've covered how they build trust, clarity, and certainty around your coaching, your courses, and your services that you can be offering. Um, we've shown that online events done right allow you to both delight your audience while getting them to want to work with you as well. So it puts together that. It shows you how AI-powered frameworks equals your presentation done right and done fast. So it takes all that pain and that grief out of it for you. We've talked about the importance of a grand slam offer and how to build one. We've talked about high-interest headlines and how to use powered— AI-powered frameworks to create high-converting events in seconds. We've talked about the right type of content, that LSR content is going to get your buyers excited about to want to speak with you instead of overwhelmed with information. And so at this point in the presentation, and we're not quite finished yet, I hope you can say that you got good value out of this, that you've learned something, and there's parts of it that you can actually take and implement into your business. Uh, look, things have changed quite dramatically in the world of course creation and coaching and consulting and how we build things, how we create emails, how we create presentations, headlines, all of this stuff. Is never going to be the same again. And there has been a seismic shift in the marketplace, and AI is now at the cutting edge of this and all successful marketing. So it's really important to get in the flow with it, or you're probably going to stay behind because you're not going to be able to get things to market quick enough if you want to actually move forward quickly. And if you choose to embrace these technology technologies, you're just going to see that huge shift in your business, especially in your conversions and your clients. Okay, so I hope you can say yes, that you've actually got value out of this today, because that's the main aim. So what I've shared with you today is simple enough in concept, however it's still nuanced in each execution. It's not enough to just understand the concepts or to see a demonstration of me using the AI tool. You need to be able to assimilate this, and you need to be able to use this in your specific business and in your specific situation. And it's not good enough just to wander off and go to ChatGPT and think it's going to do it for you, because it's just not going to cut the mustard. It's not going to deliver what you're after. So like I said, with your permission, I'd like to extend a special invitation to those of you are here that are here today um, that are interested in the power of AI and accelerating your business and getting new clients. And I'm quite happy, um, the offer is for you to either book a call with me, okay? So you can scan the QR code. I'll also drop the QR, um, the link into the chat. And also, if you put— if you don't want to book a call and you'd like to get a copy of my new PDF, AI-Powered Events, If you leave your name or your email or both in the chat box, then I'll grab those and I'll make sure that I'll send off a copy to you on email. And this will help you, um, actually no doubt help you with your, your events. Once you get into AI, you'll just— if you're not already, you're going to love it. And the more you get into it, the more you're going to love it. So that's the end of the presentation. So what I'll do now is just stop screen sharing and just open it up for any questions and answers.
Yeah, look, I can help you with that, and I encourage you to, to, um, and you know, if you put your, your details here or email me, I can get you the, um, uh, send them over to Neri so that she can get you the AI-powered event PDF. Because I mean, what we've covered today I think is amazing. I've taken some notes, and while people get their questions ready here. I'm just going to tell you the big highlights, the big ahas that I've taken away from this. First of all, I love the fact that you talk about calling out the fear and putting that into the headline. So that in itself, you know, being able to navigate what the fear is, but then also in the headline that with the punch that has some curiosity and some solutions is really important. The trust being the number one thing and then clarity, certainty will lead to sales. And, you know, that know, like, trust is one thing, but giving people the clarity of the steps, which is what the roadmap does. So, you know, and that tip for any new product or service, actually having the client roadmap of how they go through that and see, you know, the transformation that you want to create for them. And as you said, as on the canyon, you know, how do you get them from one side of the canyon where their problems, you know, the saber-toothed tiger pushing them over the canyon to be able to get to the other side where the solution is, be it build them a bridge or give them wings, whatever it is, you know, to get them to the other side is amazing. And don't give too much away in the actual presentation. So 80% context, which is why me, why this, and concepts, you know, statistics and the high-level aha moments of validation. And only 20% being the content, but giving that real value and calling out a few of those content parts. So I, yeah, I think that's amazing. So many absolute aha nuggets there for me. I'm gonna open this up now to everyone else who has a question or who'd like to ask something of Neary specifically. Samala. Thank you so much.
That was wonderful. There's lots that I have. Yeah, my light bulb has gone ding, ding, ding, ding, ding. So I look forward to having a conversation with you. Thank you so much.
I just had a, just a question, a clarification. When you talked about the, the Conversion Accelerator AI prompt, is that your platform that you've created?
Or is that in AI? No, that's our platform that we've created and we've built on our, our client's portal. So our clients access that. It's actually built in, um, in ChatGPT, in OpenAI, but everything is actually comes to life in the portal.
Okay, because when you go into, into just the personal one, it—
you, you can't it, they just have it like all broken. Yeah. Now I understand what you're saying.
It's just not a lot of garbage unless you can really get, unless you can really get it down to a fine art.
So yeah, that, that's really amazing. Thank you so much. That's awesome.
So if you think about some of the results that Neary showed us, you know, the prompt that she put in regarding, you know, come up with the first 5 slides essentially was the outcome. But the prompt she put in was, you know, the curiosity what the webinar was about and what the solution was. But obviously she's got a special prompt behind there that says break it down into 5 slides. The first slide be this, the second slide be that. So just taking the prompt and putting it into ChatGPT, you're not going to get that kind of extra nuance of her 20 years of marketing knowledge that's hidden in the IP. Yeah, thank you so much.
You're welcome. Lovely to meet you.
Anyone else have a question, clarification? I've got to say, I've written like pages of notes here, so I've even got highlights. Yeah, you too, there, Kath. And did you have something you'd like to ask? Thank you, Nairi.
That was really eye-opening for me.
I have a little workshop I'm doing live on Facebook on Saturday, and it's made me rethink the whole thing because I would have been giving too much information for one. Um, yeah, I— it was interesting.
I—
yeah, I was just trying to go on and, um, uh, to book a call with you, and yeah, I was having trouble with it, but I've got through now on my laptop, so that's all right.
So I'll progress with that.
Okay, thank you so much, Nayare. And I'm good to see that you're in Brisbane.
Yeah, and look, Anne, don't feel, um, like with your presentation this week It's one of the key things. I think one of the biggest hurdles I see people have, um, besides the tech— they have a fear of tech— is, oh, I've got to give them more. And we all have this thing where we're givers and we want to give more and more and more. But, you know, I think the point Jane made, if you've got 3 points— yeah, and I don't know how many points you've got in your presentation—
5, 5 points.
5. Teach one, really well. Maybe touch on a second one depending on what your time frame is, but just mention the other three. Okay, thank you. Like, what you're missing out on if you don't move forward.
Yeah, and just using a graphic that shows like the five of them and go, which— rather than just state it, because, you know, people only pick up 50% of what you say, right? So you're going to reinforce it with a visual. Have 5 circles with the 5 things named and then make the next slide with one really big and go, we don't have time for that today. Because it shows them that you've thought through the process, this roadmap that Neri's talking about.
Yeah, thank you. That's such—
yeah, so valuable.
Yeah. And we actually have a visual of ours. I haven't showed it to you today, but I often start off with that in the presentation when I'm doing a different type of presentation. And I think, as you say, Jane, visuals are so important. And you know, but keep them simple. I've seen some of our clients tend to go to town, and we have to rein them back in because you can put too much content on a slide. So you just want simple points. You want your 5 points. You don't want to go into too much information around them because they just go, whoa. Yeah. Brilliant.
I think the other thing is, you know, you said something near around 70% of the reason people register for an event is the headline. And it, it's funny, I, uh, I ran a, a workshop a few months ago, and the— what I was teaching actually made complete sense to me because I knew the framework that I was teaching, but most people didn't know the framework. So I wasn't actually communicating exactly what was in it for them. I was like, hey, come and learn my big, you know, framework. And it's like, yeah, don't really get it, but it's a cool name. But no one knew what it was about.
Visuals are great.
So, um, any other questions? Otherwise, we'll, we'll thank Nirri. I'll drop the details below this video. It'll be in a replay for people. But I really encourage you, you know, because sometimes it seems overwhelming. You can spend weeks, months coming up with, you know, going live, going to your community. And, you know, one of the conversations we've had recently within my group was what happens when you go live and no one's there? And, you know, this is a point that I think is a big issue that people worry about. And really, you know, I shared a story recently where I went live in a group and there was one person that was on it and I thought, you know what, I resent the fact that I put so much effort into this and only one person turned up. I'm gonna love this one person up so much that they're gonna feel that they are like the most important person ever and they're gonna walk away with the, the keys to the universe. And when I realized after I'd actually finished the, the call was the one person was me because I'd actually tuned the Facebook group to make sure that the sound was coming through. I love myself up so good. And then I realized I went live a week early. And so I was like, whatever. And so I cut that, that whole content up where I was really, you know, I was like so present for that person, turned out to be me, that the content was fantastic and I could repurpose it 1,000 times. So, you know, don't, you know, it's an ego thing, right? When we get into our head around it, if you, created something that you know is meaningful and impactful for yourself and you want to communicate that, as Neary said, go to that roadmap and map out the story of what you are trying to create for that journey for your client and that transformation and, you know, have that in your mind. And then the cleverness around, you know, the headlines that she showed us and, you know, the grand slam offer because As we saw, we don't wanna be vanilla. If we're vanilla, we're not going to actually get people to actually come into our world so that we can navigate them through the, the jump over the chasm that is there that seems so great for them. So, you know, we have these opportunities to connect with people with what's in our heart that we wanna share with the world. And you know, there's nuances and there's people like Neri who's got, you know, you know, over 20 years experience in navigating this for people and just those insights that you've shared today, Neri, just those, you know, those few little bits of nuggets that remind us how to turn up with authenticity, but use AI to give us, you know, some of the frameworks and the ideas and the brainstorming so we can then jump in and show our magic and share our message to the world. So I really am very grateful to you for sharing your magic. And, you know, I appreciate the fact that you're a bit under the weather as well. So thank you for speaking for an hour and a But yeah, let's appreciate Neri. I encourage you to reach out to her, you know, this absolute game changer for people who are stuck in the how and learning how to, you know, navigate not just getting their message out there, but navigate how to do it and connect with their ideal audience is amazing. So thank you for putting all that effort into going through the pain and then generating something that is an easy solution for your clients.
Yeah, you're absolutely welcome. It's my pleasure. What I love doing.
Always makes it easy when you love what you do, right? Well, thank you. Getting so many lovely messages here in chat. I really appreciate your time. And you know, this is the Bridge to Business Success. This is around, you know, communicating with your ideal client, bringing your message, monetizing it, and magnifying what you have in the world. So I appreciate those who are here live, those who are watching a recording, and I can't wait to share more of this in the future. So as always, here's to your success. Thank you so much for attending. Bye for now.
Bye.
