I, um, set about 10 intentions every single morning before I get out of bed, and I change them up probably every 6 months. And the intention is everything around what I want to create and my goals, but action steps to do them. But there's an awareness point, right? Because by setting the goal is one thing, and just the secret, if you think it's going to turn up is not true. And I was one of, in 2020 when we were in lockdown in Melbourne, I set a goal of just seeing the extraordinary in the ordinary and taking photos of it and sharing it whilst I was on my like 2-hour walks we were allowed out. So I started sharing some photos and last year someone said to me, you know those photos I don't post on Facebook, I don't like, I don't whatever, but your photos got me through a really hard time. And 3 people in a week, like a miner up in Mount Isa and a digital marketing guy I was coaching. And I thought, it's weird. And I've been throwing some of them on Unsplash and I went and had a look. To see, am I achieving my goal? It said 30,000 people had looked at my photos, and I was like, that's extraordinary. And then I realized it was for the last 30 days. It was 1.2 million, and now it's almost 2 million. And you're like, you know, you said an intention that you're going to make— help people, but make something that is a pretty shit situation something good. And there you go.
