Hey, it's Jason Wasser from DreamBiz Consulting, and I just finished working with a coaching client of mine at a Business Mastery Intensive that I'm at, at Dallas, uh, in Dallas, Texas. And one of the things that I saw them struggling with over and over again was the idea that they had to consistently see their clients every day. And when I challenged them to think bigger about how they're going to be able to scale their business, how they're going to be able to grow the numbers of their practice, they kept coming back to, "I need to squeeze more clients in." Every time I tried to challenge them to think bigger, to ask them how they can scale their business beyond them just seeing clients, they froze. And the idea that if you are a practitioner in any healing or wellness modality, and that you can't be the person to deliver the service directly to your clients is a very, very difficult idea to digest because it's something that people like us weren't taught in graduate school, that you're going to school to learn how to be the person to deliver the services, deliver the goods, that it has to be you and you're going to be the best person to do it. So this idea that you, in order to scale, in order to grow, in order to have the most massive amount of success as a as an entrepreneur and as a business professional is to learn that you need to let go of trying to be Superman and Superwoman. And to be able to scale your business, to be able to have the financial freedom and the life that you want and the practice you want, is to let go of you having to do everything and you eventually having to let go of having to provide services for every single person that comes in through your door.
