If you're in between the ages of 18 and 25 years old, here's the success playbook you must follow. If you have no money, drop the fucking ego, get a high-paying job as far as being a server or working in sales or working construction. Now the goal is not to stay at those jobs for 5 to 10 years like everybody else. The goal is to save up enough money to pay to learn the skill sets that you need to make a shit ton of money. I did this. I worked in HVAC, I saved my money, I paid for mentorships, and now I do wholesale real estate. Now the thing that you pick, you must at least do with your full intention and full focus for at least 6 months before you even think about pivoting. What most people do is they get comfortable with the amount of money that they're making at that set job, and then they try some side hustle but quit after a first couple months because they didn't get the result that they were looking for. This is a business that you're starting. It's going to take somewhat time to build out a pipeline, to build the skill sets, and to become a master of your craft. While you're young, obviously avoid drugs, avoid women, and avoid all distractions that don't lead you to your first 5-year goal. Should be $100K.
