Our waitlist actually won an award, which I think is very cool. And it's one of those features that is really awesome because depending on how much control, because we definitely have some, some practitioners out there who are like, I want all the control over my schedule. To the people who are like, oh, can I just set this and forget it. Like, I just, I do not want to think about this. And the nice thing about our waitlist feature is that it serves both of those groups. So it has the ability to be entirely administrative. And then when someone cancels or if an appointment changes, you are in full control over whether or not you want release that spot for someone else to book or whether you want to reach out to the people who are on your wait list and get them booked in. Now, the beauty of it is you can also set that up so they will get both a text and an email. They might choose to just get one or the other. They're able to set up how they want to get notified. So let's say four weeks from now, somebody is booked in and they go online and they cancel that spot. And there are four people on the waitlist. Everyone is going to get an email or a text or, or both that is going to let them know that that spot has opened up. And then they will have the ability to be able to log on in a first come, first serve basis and take that spot and then before it gets released to just anybody. So if none of the people on your wait list are able to take it, don't worry, it's going to be released to the general public and we'll get that spot again filled for you.
