Hi, this is Dr. Jeff Langman with the Evidence Based Chiropractor and we are here at the ANJC Fall Summit that is happening in New Brunswick, New Jersey. This has been an awesome weekend filled with clinical pearls. I want to thank the entire organization for having me come up. I was able to speak on marketing and research, the two topics that I am unbelievably passionate about. And if you are in the tri state area and you have not been to an ANJC event, you're going to want to be sure to do so. Take a look right now behind the scenes at the ANJC Fall Summit. Sam, please welcome Kappelini. So let's take a look. So this looks incredibly complex. Take a picture of this if you would like or it'll be in the notes. I want to break down. This is really how you can create a dozen pieces of content through one video, right? So if you shoot a seven minute video, one seven minute video. And I would again take what we talked about earlier with those blog post titles, the results one, the new one, the lessons or what question did your patient ask you this week or today? What was one that you liked answering that you thought you did a great job answering? Turn the camera around and just talk through the same thing you would have said to that patient. And you can even just say, hey, I got asked a great question this week. It was blah, blah blah. My response was blah, blah, blah blah blah. And just talk through it. What you can then do, if you do that to the left hand side you can see it says transcribe. That's where you could use rev or trint. Create a blog post. That blog post you can send out as your weekly email. Done just through the one video you can see as you go farther down, if you really wanted to go crazy, you could have somebody chop up that seven minute video to a couple different sound bites. And now you could have multiple different little clips that you could put on Instagram or you could put on Facebook or just little tidbits. So if you were breaking down, hey, I got asked this great question about the three exercises you can do at work to reduce low back pain. Well, you might break down each individual exercise as a one minute clip and then you could post it out there and you've already done the work. You just have to shoot that one video. Or if you're a really supreme go getter, you could then take the audio from that and create a podcast that you could put out on any of the different channels out there. Does anybody have a podcast. Just out of curiosity, anybody listen to podcasts? Okay, cool, cool. Anybody ever thought about doing their own? It's just audio. If you had a video that you were shooting one time a week, you could just take the audio out of that and have a podcast right there and then. So with one simple thing I say simple, it doesn't mean it's easy, right? Shooting that one video is hard to get over the hump, but if you're willing to do so, it's gonna give you so much leverage through all of your other chann Sam hey, what's going on?
