Take an action step today, even if it's just a little one. And those things add up over time to ultimately get the results that you want. But don't get discouraged along the way. I think all of us, you know, want the results and we want to have things happen. And it nearly always takes longer and is more complicated than we want it to be. And most of us know that deep down, especially if we've been in the business for a little while. But I think it's always a good reminder because I can always find myself still frustrated with those things. So I try to remind myself of that. And I would encourage everybody else, just keep getting one foot in front of the other, reach out to people, ask for help, ask questions, and take the action steps that you think you should take. And it's a sorting out and feeling out process. But just taking the action step itself starts to clear off the map. It starts to showcase the path and it can lead you to the results of whatever that is that you want. But it's all a process.
