Talk about documentation and chiropractic a lot. We should all do the best job we can, day in and day out, documenting our cases. But sometimes I feel like, specifically with the documentation gurus, sometimes you can feel like, gosh, are we like the worst documenters on planet Earth? I'm getting paranoid just even trying to look back in my notes. Don't think that way. We see here 50% of the nearly half a million spinal fusions lacked adequate documentation. If there's anything I'd like to have adequate documentation on, it would be as if a spinal fusion was performed. I'd probably want to know why it was performed. Is it justified? Was it done correctly? Where are things placed? What's going on? Nearly 50% lacked adequate documentation. That's staggering to me. That is absolutely staggering. And this all plays in. This is the doom and gloom section, by the way. We're going to get to the nice section in a little bit, but it's important to understand this landscape so that you can have educated conversations.
