It's like the curse of chiropractic is that it works so well. We see people come in, and we expect them to move better and feel better. We get bored with a challenge of back pain that's causing hundreds of deaths per day. I didn't have it in this slide, but if anybody guesses how many spinal surgeries are performed each and every year, it's about a million per year currently. A million per year. 80 to 90% of those that can't identify the pain generator think that's a problem. I do. And we've all seen people that come to us and say, I wish I would have came here first. That is where I tie it in and say, this is about communication. This is about absolutely showing up each and every day in your practice and not only helping people, but getting those referrals to come in, promoting absolutely critical. People will die without that.
