Hey, everybody, what's going on? Dr. Jeff Langmaid here with Dr. Jason Deitsch and I want to thank you for joining us. We're going to spend the next 20 to 30 minutes diving into something that we think is one of the most important things you can be doing in your practice to help sustainably grow and have a better conversation long term with your tribe, your audience, the people in your community. We're going to break it down step by step. We have a giveaway as well. Going to be loaded. So, Jason, how are you doing?
I'm doing fantastic. You know, it's one of those interesting conversations. We spend so much time focusing on social media, it almost feels like today's old school day. But you can't forget the greatest hits and the classics and the foundational pieces that help doctors get the job done. So today we're going to be talking about not just social media, but how you do what you need to do, which is to really build a community of people that you have the ability to stay in touch with. One of the reasons we live in the world that we live in right now is because the pharmaceutical industry has brilliantly created a direct to consumer communication channel by basically buying traditional media channels. Any channel you watch on TV you can see. Pharmaceutical industry speaks directly to your community. And that's why we live in the world that we live in. That's why we have the opioid crisis, that's why we have superbug crisis and all the other drug abuses that are going on, prescription drugs. I'm not talking about the fun ones. I'm talking about the ones the doctor prescribes for you. Today we're going to teach you yet another vital way that you can be building your direct to consumer communication channel that no one can take away from you. And it's called email, no doubt about it.
So we're going to talk about how email can improve your conversion, retention and new patient flow. And we're going to kick it off by saying, what is the biggest problem? And I know the overwhelming feedback that Jason and I receive is these programs, Mailchimp, AWeber, Constant Contact, they're like brutally difficult to figure out how to use. They're not built for chiropractors. Right. They're built for everybody. And that is like a major challenge. And it also doesn't include any of the content. So even if you figure out how to use it, where do you go with it? That's one of the big problems. I know I've consistently heard from docs, Jason, have You heard the same.
That is 100% the issue. You know, knowing most chiropractors as well as I do, most are technology averse. Not that there's anything wrong with that. Shouldn't become an addict. So most don't have an interest in learning these technologies. If you do have the interest, like you said, and you do, you know, I got it. I can read instructions, I can follow steps. Awesome. Writing the right message, knowing how to create an autoresponder email sequence campaign. How's that for a tongue twister? Knowing what to say and how to say it, using these technologies is absolutely the herculean effort. Nobody in our profession I have seen yet really take on and tackle. And that was when Jeff and I saw this void. We saw both the issue with technology and more importantly the issue with content. What messaging to send to who, when, how and how often and under what frequency, and how do I know and make sure that it's not just what is referred to sort of as clickbait. Because the few that are out there, forgive me, from what I've seen, tend to be very cheesy, ish, kind of play on your fear. Not something you'd necessarily be proud of. For those that sort of justify the end by the means or however that saying goes, you go, well, people come in because I say what I say. I get it. But you'll see, as part of the smart chiropractor, our philosophy is that you should be proud of what you put out there and people should be able to understand it and appreciate it. Not because you're the cheapest deal in town, but because you're in fact the best health professional they can find. And that's really what we've built for you here. Jeff and I are going to get into it. Jeff, let's start kind of unpacking some of these things.
Yeah, no doubt about it. I think the biggest thing is we understand the challenges with learning new technologies. There's no question about that. And really that's one thing that Jason and I have focused on for a long time. So we've sent hundreds of thousands of emails, built multiple businesses on email and social, many of them you probably have heard of, right? Smart chiropractor, evidence based chiropractor, amplified. We were involved in body signals, chiro emails that we're kind of talking about today. The bottom line is we understand, we've been there, we've seen it and we've really pushed through and learned a lot in the process. And that's really what brings us to today and talking about. Let's talk about how you can use email and let's create a plan of action together. That's where we want to spend a majority of our time. And as I've said, stay tuned towards the end because we're going to have a template for you that we're giving away so you can get started with everything that we teach over the next 20 minutes or so. So with that plan of action, let's talk onboarding. Jason, there are three major things we're going to talk about. Onboarding. What I'll say is reactivations. We're going to frame this in a different way. And then invitations. Let's dive into onboarding. Specifically. What does that mean to you? And how can an email process help a practicing doc onboard their patients in a linear way?
Absolutely. Let's talk about one of the biggest problems all of us have or had in practice, and that is creating consistent messaging. When a new person comes into the practice, they come in for their day one, they come in or their consult potentially, then their day one, then their day two, then they're doing their report of findings. It is really, really, really, really, really difficult to create consistency in your messaging. What I mean by that is this, number one, in many cases, you know, we've all done this, right? We bring our staff, we bring our team, we go to a seminar, we train, we learn, we got scripts. But even if you get your scripting perfect, and that's a big even if, okay, even if now what you're dealing with is human. What I mean by that is that, listen, you know, staff have lives, right? We wake up, we don't always have our best day. We forget our scripting. We get distracted from other fires or emergencies that need to be tended to. We have a new staff person who didn't make the seminar. So they don't know the scripting. They gotta wait till that topic comes around again. There's a lot of reasons that make it less than optimal to create a congruent, consistent, dependable. Welcome to our practice conversation. So that you know, you know what people are seeing and reading as opposed to hoping. The staff is doing their job, saying the things you hope they remember to say, and hope they remember to say it in the energy and tonality they need to say it in order for it to be effective. And this includes us, too, docs. We get distracted, we get busy. We're not always perfect. So onboarding should have a consistency to it. There are certain things. Every new person that comes into your Practice should know, know about who you are, what you do, your policies, your expectations. The key to a successful long term relationship is making sure that you let people know what to expect. You deliver on the promise of what you told them that was going to, here's what's going to happen. You do what you say you're going to do and then you remind them about what you just did. It is difficult to do that in real time with real people without automation. So number one, onboarding. Here we go. This is about automating, systematizing and really creating the ultimate onboarding. Welcome to our practice, welcome to our world. Conversation via email, which saves you time. So instead of spending all the extra time in your practice explaining everything over and over and over again, which number one kind of gets boring after a while, but number two takes time, you can now feel really confident, secure that every time a new person comes into your practice that you make sure that an email sequence goes out automatically. They're your emails. You know what they say. We give you all the templates. You can modify them as you like to so that they are unique to you. You think of it as standing on shoulders. If you want to just use what we say, awesome. And if you want to modify them to customize them to your, your language, your linguistics, your technique, your policies, whatever it may be, it's the ultimate win win. We help you get where you want to go and you can personalize them from there if you'd like to. That's the beauty of onboarding.
Absolutely. I'm going to let the cat out of the bag. If you want to type email down below in the comments right now, we will give you that first onboarding email. The bottom line is this. If you're not onboarding your new patients via email, you are missing out. You are going to have retention issues. You're going to have challenges. When people have friction when they have questions in those first couple of weeks, that first week even, that's this crucial time they're getting to know your practice. They don't have all the answers yet. You want to proactively address them and utilize email to do it and automate that process, as Jason said. So you put in their email one time, you click go and that individual gets emails in sequence. So they get multiple emails over a course of time. That is what it is all about. We want to give you that first one. I'm jump, I'm seeing a bunch of comments down below which is awesome. Keep them coming. We're happy to send that across but don't miss out because we're going into also the second most important portion here, which is your best new patients. Jason, this is interesting because this is also could be called reactivations. But let's dive into why your best new patients could be your reactivations and where email can stimulate just really untold numbers with that.
Yeah, we were talking about this the other night as we put in this all together and you know, you know the word reactivation. So let's just describe what that means and then I'm going to reframe it for you. And the way I'd like to think of it, or we like to think of it, of course, a reactivation, of course, is someone who at one point in the past has been to your practice. The likelihood is they had a at least relatively decent experience. They know you, they know your office, they know where you're located, they've been through an experience with you already and most likely dropped out for one of a whole variety of reasons. Right. They went on vacation and forgot to reschedule and your systems weren't in place with callbacks and scheduling, and they fell through the cracks. They, for whatever reason, had a financial issue and had to temporarily. And again, you didn't have any systems in place to reactivate them and bring them back into the office to remind them. And of course we know that when the pain goes away, in many cases the person does too, if they don't understand why you're doing what you're doing through proper, I don't want to say education, but explanation for why you are so valuable for a lifestyle and lifetime. So they went away, they couldn't afford it. Maybe they weren't getting what they thought were the results they should be getting in the time they thought they should be getting it. Maybe they just got distracted. There's all kinds of reasons people stopped care. But if I were to ask you, would you rather have a new patient that never met you before, never came to your practice before, doesn't know anything about you, or if you'd rather have a new patient who has had an experience with you, likely a reasonably positive one, that probably had good intentions in some if not many cases, but for whatever reason, life got in the way, Would you rather have a new stranger that came in, and in some cases because you gave them such a cheap option or opportunity to get a fast fix for hopefully free, or would you rather re engage with someone who's had a positive experience with you almost every time? Generally speaking, I know you're going to find an exception to what I'm going to say. But generally speaking, I would almost always rather re engage somebody who's been in and for some reason forgot or got distracted and is thankful that you cared enough to reach back out and remind them not of your cheap discount, but of how important their health is, how valuable your service is, how vital the understanding of motion in our spine, clear communication in our neurology, brain to body, mind, body connection. You teach them as a mentor, you don't sell them as a marketer, that you care enough to reach back to those people you've already worked with, in my opinion, is your best next new patients. That is actually better, in my opinion, than a referral, which is your second best new patient, which at least is somebody who is friends with someone who's had a positive experience. So we like to think of this really as a gold mine of sorts, but it's really also the most generous, most kind thing you can do for your community. They've been there, they know you. Sure, you may have a handful that go, no, I'll never go back to you. Fine. For the rest of them, stay in touch with them. Now, again, the reason you haven't been doing it, and maybe some of you are really good at dialing on the phone and following up, but it's hard, it's laborious. I don't know many people who love recalls and yet I'll tell you just I'm going to put my business hat on for a moment. Every business entrepreneur, especially online, will tell you the money is in the follow up, okay? You don't let customers, clients, patients, people just leave and say, see you later. I'm telling you, this is business 101. In today's day and age, the money and the service, this isn't all money, but your money and their life has everything to do with your ability to follow up, stay in touch with them. Now, you've seen us, heard us, and many of you use our current products on how to do that via social media. And it's an awesome thing to do and you should be doing it via email also. And I make one other point here, that's the distinction between social and email. When you're doing everything we teach you to do and you should be doing everything we teach you to do on social, you are speaking to the group, you're speaking to the tribe. When you can segment your email list and you can give specific messages to certain segments of your email list, what that means, for example, is I'm going To send an email or a series of emails to those people that haven't been in my practice within the last six months or between six months and two years. Right? You're speaking to a specific audience as opposed to everyone. And there's tremendous value in getting specific. And again, two parts to this equation you got to master to be successful. You got to know which technology to use. We've nailed that for you. And you've got to know what to say. And the beauty of working with us, the best of both worlds, is we're taking you to the, you know, one yard line, right? So these emails are written for you. All you've got to do is take it the next yard over the field goal or the touchdown line so that you can personalize it to your practice. Your name, your address, your phone number, all the details only you obviously can insert. That part's the no brainer. But this is how you can turn up or down, dial up or dial down. If you're looking at next month's schedule for new patients and you see you've got plenty of okay, if you want to hold off, hold off on emails. If you're looking at next month or next quarter and you're kind of figuring, what's my plan to be able to bring new patients in, I go, okay, one, let's get those new patients that are most likely going to convert and stay. Well, that would be people that have been there before. Two, how do we make this super easy? Well, say the right things via email. Three, I'm just gonna add this one also, it costs you this much to send an email, so you're getting your highest quality quote, new patient reactivation, basically for free. Obviously the system has a reasonable cost to it, but there's no, you're not paying for stamps, you're not paying for clicks or eyeballs or impressions or ads. So that's how you get your best new patients. It's how you take control of dialing up or dialing down, not only the number, but the quality of new patients you're attracting in your practice. It's awesome.
Well said. And really the third portion of that is you can use it for invitations to events, right online and offline. I'm going to kind of move through this one pretty quickly. But the bottom line is letting people know where you're going to be and what you're doing, whether it's an online webinar, whether it's a Facebook live, whether it's a local event that you are going to be at a Race, whatever the case may be, use your email list. These are the people who know, trust and like you already. They're the easiest people to get to reactivate if you will, and engage with you in your practice. Too many docs are not utilizing email to reach out to their people and it should go through the entire patient journey. They should onboard with you, get a nice sequence, understand who you are, what you're about. Touch them when they are not within your four walls. They should receive that drip campaign, that reactivation. You should be touching them consistently opening their eyes to what you do, what's new and the benefits they can receive and then ultimately using it for events as well. And when we drive down into it, I know there's people chomping at the bit for us to get under the hood here, so we're getting there. But you know your email list and whether it's our automatic machine or whether it's a mailchimp, if you want to write all the copy and do all that, it's an automated system for improved retention and conversion. That's the bottom line and I think all of us need to really take that into account in accord as we think about have I implemented this to the highest level. It should be priority number one or one A or B with social, depending upon which way you want to look at it. But it is all about communication and long term relationships.
Jeff, I think it's it and I'm just going to address, you know, Adam's asking some questions and Steve and so on and so forth. Listen, here's what we're doing here. Number one, we're teaching you email is a super valuable way to communicate with people. That's number one. Okay. Number two, if you want to do it yourself, let me just get right to the point. Find an email system that you like. There's lots of them out there. Constant contact, mailchimps. Go to Google type in email automation and you can find a system that works for you and never pay us attention. The next thing you do is once you learn how to use the email system, write a series or sequence of emails. If you don't want to buy anything from us and you want to do it yourself, that's what you do. And the way you do it is you think about your audiences. So there are those people who are coming to your practice and you think about what do I want to communicate to people from their first consultation? So after their consultations, what do I want them to know? Write that email. Now, after their first visits, what do I Want them to know. Write that email after their report of findings, after their first adjustment, after their first week or two weeks after their progress exam. So day one, day zero, day one, day five, day seven, day 12. You come up with what you believe to be the right cadence or sequencing of how often you want to get in touch with people. That's step one. Step two is write the emails that you want to be able to make sure they're getting the right message in the right time. That's the automated sequence. So for those of you that don't want to pay us a penny, that's what we're teaching. That's how you do it yourself. You focus on finding the technology that appeals to you guys, making sure it's as easy train your staff to use it. Many of these companies have their own customer support that you can contact and use. And if you need help, that's how you do it yourself. Clearly, we are here not only teaching you what to do. For those of you that type email down below, we're giving you an example, a sample of an email template that we wrote. We're experts at it. We're giving you one for free so you can take advantage of us. Take the email, go copy it all you want to. If you are a do it yourselfer. What I found from my experience is that most chiropractors and staff are not, not do it yourselfers. They're the do it for me errs, if that is such a word, to inarticulately say so that's what we're trying to help. I am tired. One of the reasons why we do what we do the way we do it is because I have for decades gone to seminars myself. Jack 2 We sit in the audience, somebody goes, here's a brilliant idea. I did it. I made gazillions of dollars. I've retired because of this idea. Go figure out how to do it yourself. Thanks for the help, buddy. So what we tend to focus on is teaching those issues. And we really only teach issues that we have solutions for you so that you can go, well, that makes a ton of sense. Can I hire you and handle this fund? And for those of you that want some help and want to hire us to handle for you and please stick around and we'll show you how to do exactly that.
So let's, let's dive in. So for everybody that wants to see kind of under the hood, what does an automation look like, what does this look like? Whether you want to build it yourself or whether you want to make it easy and have us go for it. This is kind of the screen right here. So it's up on your screen you can see Cairo emails. We built this out. I mean this is built specifically for you for chiropractors. So this is sort of inside mine. So you can see as soon as you log in you got a couple things here. Now most email service providers. I'm going to kind of drive here for a moment Jason. Most email service providers are going to be somewhat similar in a lot of this layout. So this is really the nuts and bolts are right now. So we're looking at this and we see our automations and we see our new patient onboarding in our research that matters emails. So those are, we set them up monthly and they go out weekly. We recommend a weekly touch point with your entire list and an onboarding of new patients over that first seven to 10 days. So this is what it looks like inside of Cairo emails as we built it out. So what happens here? Well let's, let's take a gander, right if we go into our research that matters emails this would be our drip sequence or our automations as they call it. Here we go. This is where everything is built out. So what we do is when a subscriber joins you can see I'm going real nuts and bolts here. When a subscriber joins you can see that they are going to get their April week one email. Then one week later. This is what's called a delay timer. Now I want to be very clear, everybody that becomes a member of Cairo emails we build this whole thing out for you, all of this is done, all you have to do is, is upload your patients. When we'll talk about that well list, right, you'll upload their emails. We take care of all of this. Like this is literally what it looks like if you are a Cairo emails member. But if you want to build this yourself in mailchimp I just want to show what we give and what you could or should do. So we have April week one, wait one week. We have our delay timer built in. If you're going to build it yourself, look for delay timer. We build it in automatically. Then we go into week two, delay timer one week, week three. You can see where we're going on this sequence, right? So this is our April sequence that we're getting towards the bottom of now as Jason was speaking of earlier. The other beautiful thing about this in Cairo emails is once we click on this, you can see on the left hand side we have our name. We have the subject this week, literally this week is how to prevent spinal disc injuries. We have. It comes from Dr. Jeff. So this comes from you. It does not come from Cairo emails so to speak. Everybody, your patients see this as you, which is what it's all about. And then if you want to, you can even have the availability, you can click edit, I'll click it right here, we'll see if my screen wants to cooperate. I have like screen in a screen in a screen kind of thing going on right now but you're going to see that it's going to bring up the editor as it comes up in that editor allows you to change something and so if you want to change anything you can. We build it so you don't need to do anything and even down at the bottom it'll have all of your practice information built into the footer, all of that fun stuff. So this is all customized, built out the automations, the content, the whole system is completely built out for you in Cairo emails. If you're looking to do this within another software system, I would recommend build out your content in advance, build it out a month in advance, get your automation set up, use on your reactivation or your long term drip. Use a one week delay timer. This is a lot of information we're packing in here but I think it's super valuable for you to understand the high level concepts that we started with but also be able to see when a program is built for chiropractors. What does that look like? And if you're going to do it on your own, more power to you, go for it. But let's identify some of the challenges that you might encounter some of the way. So I just went on for a while there Jason, so I'll have you bring up a couple points.
Please stay with you right there. Before you go on, I want to point something out at the very bottom of the email that you see there. This is where working with us and yes I am trying to sell you on working with us. You can say no if you don't agree with us but the reason why it's so valuable and important is because we are say we are at the bottom. You'll see 1, 2, 3. So now you can be using your email system and weekly email if you want to call it an update, a newsletter, a connection, give it a better name than newsletter But I'm using it so they know what I'm referencing. But now you can drive them back from email back to your social channels using Our very unique and specific, not just like, but 1, 2, 3, subscribe. There is genius in the system here because when you can encourage people to not only click the like button, but to also click follow and see first, now you can communicate to all of them via email and all of them via your Facebook page and have them join what we call your health tribe. So now you're using your technology across reference. If they're on social, you can use social to get them on your email list. If they're on your email list, you can use that to get them onto your social channels and have different conversations with them wherever they want to stay connected with you. Just didn't want to overlook, I think one of those really cool extra bonus things you get when you work with us.
I think that's a great thing and I'll be remiss if I didn't say it. Keep those. If you want to pick up our first onboarding template email, type email down below. We're happy to give that to you. So you can get started on your own with Cairo emails. We'll give it all to you and build it for you and everything else. But if you want to get started on your own, pick it up, take a peek, make sure it resonates with you. But when you go inside the anatomy of an email, as we would describe it, for what you want to send as your drip sequence or to your list in perpetuity, have a title, how to prevent Disc Herniations. That's interesting. It speaks to a benefit to that person, right? We tie it always to research that matters. What's the bottom line? We break it out, tie it to the science sources and as Jason said, highly recommend, you know, drive people different directions, showcase where you might be on social and get that interaction and that engagement going that is super, super important as you go through and you, and you build things and that is, that's really those automations, this automation, this is where it's at, right? I mean this is, this is, you know, as Jason said, from a business perspective, this is where the money's at. This is where we have seen historically on the list of even 3 and 400 people, results may vary, but 3 to 400 emails or inactive patients, you send emails consistently, you can generate 2, 3, 4 new patients reactivated every single week depending upon how you position things. That's the importance of it. But make sure that you have a great subject line, answer a question, provide a benefit to them. How to prevent disc herniations is certainly interesting to anybody who has Been fearful of suffering from one or who has in the past. Right. So that is an interesting thing as always. You want to keep it from you. Right. You don't want it, you know from corporate America.com right. So this would be Jeff at the evidence based chiropractor coming from Dr. Jeff coming from me. So make sure if you're building these on your own that you're doing it that way. I would don't have it. Info genericchiropractic.com have it Dr. Jeff genericchiropractic.com so that it's coming from you. Just some little nuggets here as we look in again with Cairo emails we build all this. I mean we want to make sure this is customized to you. We build all the content, all the automations in. So it just starts churning and going for you. That's really the beauty of it. Any comment on this automation before I hop out and hop into another one? Because I want to be respectful of everybody's time here. Jason.
Yeah, no, I think let's keep going. I will just make a comment. I think we need people to type the word email, not your actual email address. So just type the word email. Is it plural emails or email? Email. Email the word email. Okay. Do not type your email address down below. You did maybe just reply and type in the word email and I don't. Do we have time to get into sort of how to upload a new patient or will I take a quick peek?
We got time. Let's take a quick peek. So in most programs this is going to be similar. In ours we built this out this way. There are three tabs at the top if you use Cairo and I'm just going to recap and then get right into that automation are we built all of these out for you New patient and monthly emails insights is your results are people opening, clicking through etc. We're going to leave that for another day. But we built you have just what you need here. We built that out obviously we spent a lot of time building this out and the question then becomes how does somebody get into onboarding sequence or the monthly emails. That's where the list and subscribers come into play. We've made it super easy. I'm going to click in right now. Let's go for the. Let's go for the new patient for onboarding. Jason. So when you click in as a Cairo Emails member you'll see it'll bring up manage subscribers, clicked on list and subscribers and it has my two primary automations here Already built out for me. Everything else and let's say, let's say some guy named Jeff Langmaid came in today. So I'm going to click on new patients for onboarding and it brings up this beautiful screen right here. I'm just going to move things around so I can see a little bit. And there's a huge green button that says add. That's pretty easy. I can click add and lo and behold I can upload a file if I have a bunch of new patients or I can simply go in here and type an email. Let's go with some guy named Jason. What's your amplified email? Jason?
Jasonplify.com.
That easy import. These subscribers match the column. It is already set to email address preloaded. So it sees it and knows it. Finish adding bang, we are done. And you can see you are in already and waiting to get that automation. So quite literally, if you are building a practice, you have one to two new patients a day. You can just have a staff member yourself go in in literally less than 15 seconds, add them, they go right to there. They're going to get a series of emails automatically, you're done. All that's written, all the copies there, all the automation built, bang, they are going and rolling away. The same thing holds true for your larger list or your inactive patients who would go into your drip sequence. Do you want to take a quick.
Peek at that time permits. I know we got. Yes, gotcha. And then we gotta talk about our third, our third type, which are the invitations. We just want to make sure we're respectful of everybody's time.
Good, good, good, good, good statement. I'm gonna bring this up real quick. All you to click is the import button. The same big green button is the only thing that's different color on the screen. You can't miss it when it clicks over. This gives you the ability to drag a file as well. I just wanted to show that. So if you have your EHR or your emr, whatever it might be, you export your patient, you know, email list to a CSV file. We'll help you with all that. We have trainings already built on it. You just literally drag it from your desktop into here. Hit the same button after that. Import these. Yes, that's their email. They're in there and going to get that one email in perpetuity forever as far as that's concerned. So absolutely awesome way to go about it. We simplified the process, we made it easy for you and that is really what it's all about. If you Want to grab our first onboarding email template? What, what we utilize, what our members have utilized, what have gone out to thousands upon thousands of patients at this point in time. Type email. Type the word email. I didn't even think about that. Type the word email down below and we'll make sure we get it over to you. I'm going to hop back over here to our PowerPoint or I should say keynote as we finish up. And Jason, I'll have you touch a little bit on events and then I'll dive back in.
Absolutely. So again, just to reiterate, okay, we talked about onboarding people. We talked about reactivating those people that have been in. Now what we're going to talk about is a third unique and different way to be harnessing the power of email and your email list, and that is to invite them to learn more from you. If you've been following the smart chiropractor Body Signals tribe builder, our conversation, what we're teaching the model of unmarketing your practice is to in fact share with people the value of what you do as opposed to discounting what they want from you, which is a fast fix for free. Teach those people what really goes on in your unique practice and those people that want your unique service, not just any chiropractic service, because even you and I can't agree on what exactly chiropractic is. We're artists and we all express ourselves uniquely and differently. So the key is to attract those people that appreciate our style of art. And so the way you want to do that is to think of yourself first as a mentor over a marketer, somebody who's focused on passionately and compassionately teaching people about themselves, about their bodies, about how to think about symptoms, about what the research says about natural health and healing. You're a teacher first, and that's where most of our content comes in. So when you get that, you can also use this system to invite your list, your people either to an upcoming webinar, either to an upcoming Facebook Live, which is exactly what we did here. We haven't spent time a penny on any print advertising, any traditional marketing. We have a list of people via email. We sent it to all of you. And we've got a pretty healthy amount of people watching this live do the same thing. These are the exact tools you use to do that. You can also, if you are a Buy Signals client, or if you do your own workshops and lectures, you can use this email system to invite people consistently to your monthly workshops, month after month after month. After month. So it's a power tool like almost a Swiss army knife that you can use to do a lot of different things. Use it to onboard people so you've got consistency, systematic, systematize and automate. Use it for reactivating those people that have been there before. Your best new client uses to drive people to social media that aren't already connected there and to invite them consistently to learn from you. Facebook live or recorded webinar in office workshop. And one of my favorites is you can use this tool to invite people to invite you to speak to their group or company or club or group. So you can in fact use it as a way to invite them to invite you to be a speaker at their upcoming events. So if what we're saying hopefully is making sense to you, this is a power tool because your job, your goal is to teach and connect and inspire as many people as you possibly can in as many ways as you can that are efficient and cost effective, time efficient, cost effective about what they should know and always give them a call to action or invitation to take a next step. That could be to watch something, that could be to listen to something. If you do podcasts, it can be to come to your office for an external event or a screening, something you're going to be doing in advance, all different ways. Now you can communicate both being social to everyone and via email in a more specific way with a more targeted audience, with a more targeted conversation. Those are the ways that you can put this all together. And of course, if you're watching, hopefully you know by now that we love teaching, we love supporting you, we love your success, we love to provide you the tools that we know if you will use correctly and implement after we make it as easy as we possibly can already for you and for your staff. You get to work with Jeff, myself and our team to ensure your success. So if you have questions, if you have suggestions, if you have requests, we're all must have made, we're all on the same mission to try to fill your practice up with as many people as you possibly can. Let's get them off of drugs and onto life. We know they do that, but get them into your office. That's why we do what we do. Jack and I and our team do not need to start another project because it's fun. It's not. We do these things because in this is fun. We do these things because we know that they are the essential ingredients, the essential tools, the essential ideas of what it's going to take in today's. Modern digital age to get people to understand not just that you're the cheapest, quickest crack for a fast fix for free, but that what you know and your desire to serve your people in your community stronger than anything else that's around. And so if you just want to get that message out to the right audience on a consistent automated systematized way, this is another power tool in the entire toolkit we're building for you. None of these are the only things, they all work together. They are different pieces of a puzzle that creates a big picture. So just like you teach, hopefully your people, whether it's at home or in your practice, you know, there are elements to being well, you've got to, you know, have a good attitude. You got to watch what you eat, you got to exercise, you got to get yourself checked and clear. There are different things you've got to do. We're saying the same thing. To keep your community, your tribe, your practice inspired, informed and engaged. There are a variety of different tools you need. You need social, you need email, you need workshops, you need one on one scripting and great conversations. They're all different elements that accomplish the same things. Which is your best serving your community with the truth, with your truth. Not just a teaching hour. It's a good idea. See a somebody that was signing.
Absolutely. And really, you know the take home message for today is, you know email is something that needs to be a part of your practice. So it's you, you're going to be more successful, you're going to have more of an impact, you're going to be more well known if you utilize it or the other option is not that great. So the bottom line is as Jason and I have talked about, you know, if you want to take the knowledge that we've kind of put out, take that onboarding and email. If you type email below you'll get the onboarding email, a lot of email there. Then you can take that and run with it if you want Us, we built the automations, we built this from the ground up as chiropractors for chiropractors. That's why we showed you under the hood, there's nothing to hide. We showed you exactly what you are going to get started with which is a program that is built out all of the contents there, all the delay timers, all of the automation, all of the tracks you need to utilize to start getting out there and maximizing your practice efficiency. It's all there within Cairo emails. If you want to take what we've given you and run with it. Awesome. We want to see you succeed. We'd love to hear the feedback from you utilizing that. But if it sounds a little too technical than what you'd want to get into if your time strapped or if you just want to quite frankly utilize something that's best in class. We built it. We know exactly what we are doing when we're building it. We took about a year to do so it's been under the hood. We're probably tempering our excitement right now because I know this has been something we've been asked about a million times and so excited to get out there. So Cairo emails, if you want to come on board I'd encourage you hop on in. All the trainings are there, all the content is there. We want to help you get out to the people in your community, consistently stimulate more reactivations, get more people to your events online and off and onboard people in a way that increases their trust know and like factor of you. That's what it's all about. That's what we view our job. No long term contract, come on board, check it out or at the bare minimum type email. Let us get you started Jason closing.
Thoughts there closing comments. Listen, we're waiting to win it with you. I don't know to say 30 day I'll try have your staff try your staff person give it a shot. 30 day, give your money back and it's month to month so I don't know we've got. We want to see and know our enthusiasm, our authenticity. That's.
