Hi, Jeff Langmaid with the evidence based chiropractor here, and I'd love to talk to you quickly about the one thing you can do to improve your chiropractic marketing today. It is a single word and it is called retargeting. And I see far too many chiropractors not utilizing these techniques to the best of their ability. The problem is, I'm sure if you've looked at your analytics, you notice that there's a variety of people, dozens, hundreds, perhaps even thousands, thousands of people that visit your website each and every month. You might also have an email list that's hundreds or even thousands of patients deep, yet you don't see that translate into new patients in your office. One way to vastly improve your outreach is called retargeting. It is exceptionally simple to get started. There's a variety of tools available, but there are just a few simple steps you can take to get going immediately. One is, in your Google Analytics account, you will find a pixel. And basically what that is is a small snippet of code that you put on your website and it will actually track the individuals who come to your website. It tracks them all in an IP format or a data format. You don't need to worry about the logistics of it. But if you set that up, that pixel, as they call it in Google Analytics, what you can then do is when you go into your Facebook account and you put up your advertisement, you can activate that pixel as a custom audience. And what that does is it takes every individual who has reached out and touched your website and puts them into a custom Facebook audience so your ad is shown just to them. The way to amplify that even more is then to take your email list and also put that or create a custom Facebook audience with your email list. So your email list and the people who visit your website, which are probably going to be your local friends and neighbors, could equate to truly thousands of people that then you can target with very specific calls to action, very specific advertisements, and very specific marketing funnels and channels to enhance your practice growth. So if you have not heard of Facebook retargeting or of Google Analytics retargeting, hopefully this gives you a basic primer to get going with it.
