So when it comes to finding the right size of pillow, again, a lot of it has to do not just with your size, but also your sleeping habits, the sleeping position, as well as your bed. So the pillow I created has four layers. You can make it higher or lower or softer or firmer by adding or removing those different density of layers in it. And what I find is some people will also keep those layers, and then later on, they'll add or remove layers as well as their sleeping habits change or they get better sleep. But this does do a really good job at keeping people in line as well. It's not going to lose a shape at night, so it's going to support your neck. It has two curves in it, one higher, one lower. And the reason is, again, all of our curves are not the same. And so some people have more of a curve in their neck, some people have less a curve in their neck. So this pillow offers you a couple of different options. And for people with no curve, you can even go on the flat side of the pillow and start there. And then as you're working with your chiropractor to improve the curve, you can flip it over and change it and use it as kind of an orthotic.
