Speaker Jeff Langmaid praises a neckcare device’s ability to produce specific, real-time measurements presented in a simple, easy-to-understand chart for patients. He emphasizes balancing technical complexity (high specificity, real-time data) with simplicity in patient communication — using clear visual cues (e.g., orange/red) to make findings tangible and credible to patients.

There's enough there that a patient can understand what we're doing and why they're here, aside from just the pain. But that also it's not overly complex where now it just becomes. That's a hindrance. Right. So I always think about how do you get to. And I think you've done a great job at the recording here. Simplicity. On the other side of complexity, this is obviously doing a lot in real time with very good specificity and being able to communicate that in a simple to digest chart is really impactful because to your point, that's something that is not only great from a clinical perspective, technique, choice, etc. But it also gives you an opportunity from a patient education perspective to highlight things in a way that can resonate with people. Oh, I'm orange here, I'm red here. That tells me that there's a problem and it's not made up. It's literally specific to a tenth of a degree in terms of where they were at, at that moment in time.
