How has Dr. Greg Johnson earned hundreds of thousands of dollars on YouTube? We're going to break that down in this video. I'm going to show you exactly what his channel looks like, what his estimated earnings are, and some take home messages that you might be able to utilize for your own YouTube channel. So over the last few years, we have seen an explosion of YouTube chiropractors and there might not be one more popular than Dr. Greg Johnson out of Houston. He runs Advanced Chiropractic Relief and he was the doc that kind of set the bar on what we know as you YouTube chiropractors. Taking care of patients, adjusting patients, crunching, cracking, loud adjustments, the whole kitten caboodle. It's going on on his channel. And through that he has amassed hundreds of millions of views and many, many dollars as well. So let's take a look behind the scenes on exactly what Dr. Greg Johnson's channel looks like. Right now. I am on his channel and you can see that Dr. Johnson is approaching nearly half a million subscribers, which is absolutely incredible for a chiropractor. And you can see that he has generated over 152 million views on his channel. He has over 1000 videos posted. So this guy has been consistent. That's an incredible number of videos. Many channels never make 100 videos. Getting to 500 is super hard, 1000 plus videos. I gotta give Dr. Johnson credit for continuing to produce content. We also see over the last 30 days right in the middle of your screen here. Then, 30 days he has had over one and a quarter million views of the videos on his channel and he's produced 36. So he is not slowing down. He has literally over the last 30 days uploaded more than one video each and every day. Which is not only super, super difficult to keep up that pace, but it is impressive. And a lot of that leads to the view count that he has. So over a million and a quarter views, over 30 videos, over 100 million cumulative views, and over a thousand total videos. Dr. Johnson has been super consistent with his channel. Let's take a look at behind the scenes, at the growth and also what some of the estimated numbers look like. So I headed right over here to Social Blade. Social Blade is a great tool to see what's going on on people's YouTube channels. And we can see right here he has the 12,000th most popular channel in the entire United States. And again, that is good for nearly half a million subscribers and over 150 million views. Now what you can see in the middle are the estimated monthly earnings and yearly earnings. And you can see they are estimating that each and every month Dr. Johnson has taken home somewhere between four hundred and five thousand thousand dollars based upon his YouTube channel alone. We also can see each and every year that he is estimated to take home anywhere between 4,000 and 60,000, $60,000 each and every year off people checking out his YouTube videos. Now that is a wide range, no question about it. The difference and why would it be so low or so high if is ultimately down to the CPMs, that is how much you are getting paid for every 1,000 impressions or on YouTube, how many, how much you get paid per thousand views. Depending upon what type of channel you have, that can vary greatly. You might be a finance channel, you might be a real estate channel, you might be a healthcare channel. All are going to have a different payment structure for every 1,000 views. But what I have seen when people YouTubers have released their stats, I've kind of checked it out on Social Blade and tried to find out exactly what's going on. So if somebody's publicly released their numbers, I've checked it out on Social Blade and nine times out of ten it is near the higher end of the spectrum. I think it's very safe to assume that Dr. Johnson is taking home over $50,000 each and every year off of his YouTube channel, which is absolutely incredible number. Now one thing I want to take a look at here as well, our future projections. So we know that right now he has 472,000 subscribers and he has 150 million views. Social Blade drives into all of YouTube's data to estimate within they say a 5 to 6%, you know, threshold, what's going to happen in the future. So we can see time until how many subscribers he'll have and the views per prediction. So they are estimating that for Dr. Johnson to hit 500,000 subscribers, he'll be there in only 10 months from right now. And at that point he'll have over 168 million views. And they estimate in five years he will cross the quarter billion view threshold. In five years time he should be at 255 million views on his YouTube channel at that point. There's no question that Dr. Johnson is going to be earning more than $50,000 a year off of YouTube. But these are the important points to think about when you are working on and creating your own channel. And if you want to take home a few pointers, let's take a look, one last look at Dr. Johnson's page. If you Want to see what what somebody who has had great success is doing so you can learn from it, so you can model it and so you can find out what works for you and what's not. So take a look at his top videos that see what he's doing. In terms of the thumbnails right now, it is not anything special, but he clearly has built an audience that loves what he does.
