We are live here at. Got it. Hustlecon. We're here at the Paramount Theater here in Oakland, California. Oaktown, my old hometown with the great Jeffrey Lang made the evidence based chiropractor and partner in the smart chiropractor and a lot more. What are you getting out of what you learned this morning?
Yeah, I think the biggest thing for me it's about, it's all about people. So it's about finding your North Star. What are you after? Are you there to impact your community? For chiropractors, are you there to impact your community? Are you there to change the world? Maybe it's both. But finding yourself, finding out what you're most passionate about and really making all your decisions based off that. And then the secondary component to that is it's about health. It's about your health that was talked about a lot. Mentally, physically, with everything and taking care of your employees as well and making sure that they are healthy, they are motivated, that everybody is on the same page and has that same North Star. And driving towards that is a unifying theme from everybody that we've heard today. Sam.
Demand on healthcare. What do you think of what chiropractors can learn by thinking of themselves as founders?
I think it's the fabric of who we are and what we do. For over a hundred years, we have been entrepreneurs. When chiropractors graduated in the 1900s, 1920s and everything else, they were really rogue. I mean they were the startup founders of the day. And even today as we get out there, you know, we don't have the cushion of this large infrastructure as far as jobs and everything else. So a lot of us take the reins and kind of go on our own, start our own practices. That's an entrepreneurial endeavor. And absolutely making sure that you are the disruptor, making sure that you are thinking of yourself as leading the charge, as ultimately being that base of healthcare for your community, I think is of the utmost importance in driving that vision home day in and day out. Last day in San Francisco, about to head up to quid, which is human intelligence and intuition powered with machine learning. So check it out.
There's no lack of demand for taking better care of yourselves, but yet most chiropractors are still struggling to figure out how do I solve this new patient problem? What are your thoughts on that?
Yeah, I mean, the people are out there and it's, you know, it's about again, where's your North Star? Where's your tribe? There is more people. Whether it's some, you know, prototypical soccer mom, whether it's a venture capital, whether it's somebody that works in another organization, people want to perform at the highest level for their own activities, for their business endeavors, for everything else. And chiropractic is a natural fit for that. But it's making sure that your messaging is congruent with what they're looking for and putting it together. And as you touched on at the top, it's not only about doing the work, doing the hard work, having the grit, having the grind, but it also is about the counterpoint to that, which is your personal health, your personal wellness, and not compromising on that. And when you start to get those things moving in the right direction, you start to make a potent mixture for making some big games.
