Everything in business should be systems and process driven. And quite frankly, often in health care as well. Not all the time, but often in health care as well. We go through an exam, we go through. We don't just, like, make it up every time. Hey, you know, we know what we're going to do. We know the questions we're going to ask, and then that guides us to what path we're going to go down. We're trained to do this in health care, but we very rarely apply it to our business. And that's a fundamental challenge, in my opinion, one of the reasons why so many chiropractors tend to have those struggles in building and growing a practice.
