Amy argues medical practices should enable automated online patient payments now. Patients will pay their own balances the next day, staff time drops, and practices stop leaving revenue on the table.

You need to make a personal connection. Yes, you can still do that. Yes, you can still edit things. But being able to have that, at least that first touch point automated for you can pick up whatever percentage that might be of people who then go in that next day, they pay on their own. And that just saved you a massive amount of time. And as that continues, I'm going to say higher and higher adoption from the patient perspective, meaning paying online, it's only going to save you more time. So this is something that, you know, starting literally tomorrow in your practice, if you take insurance, being able to turn that on and enable your patients to rectify that balance without your team having to lift a finger can save you a tremendous amount of time. And as we always, I always like to say money has velocity. So, you know, you really don't want these balances being out for months and years. Sometimes we see that and that's all lost money. And if you're delivering the service and if you're delivering exceptional patient care, you should be paid for it, and this enables you to do that. And I love this feature. Amy, great work to the dev team.
