Jeff Langmaid (speaker) reviews recent systematic reviews on low back pain (with and without radiculopathy), references WHO recommendations, and emphasizes translating research into actionable steps for chiropractors. He highlights that research is hard to read, often raises more questions than answers, and that clinicians should actively communicate findings to their communities to increase impact.

We are talking all about systematic reviews regarding low back pain with and without radiculopathy. Some of what the World Health Organization's recommendations are. Great study highlighting a lot of, I think, reinforced knowledge that we've talked about on this podcast many times. But hopefully it inspires you a little bit and gets you to take action on this information, which is the most important thing. Knowing it's out there is one thing. Helping other people know that this is out there is a whole different, different thing. And that is really where the benefit comes into play, because I can guarantee you, almost nobody in your community has any idea that this research is being published in any meaningful way and at any scale of the volume that's actually happening. Why? Well, quite frankly, because research is really hard to read and it doesn't provide often simple answers. It actually creates more questions. So our job from the very top to be able to start to put this into terms that we can all understand and make it a little bit actionable.
