This week. We are back with more research. And if you are a sports interested chiropractor, this episode is going to be for you. It is all around actually predicting non contact ACL injuries based upon hip strength. This study came out a few years ago. It flew under my radar until this past week, and I am happy to present the information because it provides a ton of clinical context and insight where if you're dealing with athletes, male, female, various different sports, and you have people who are struggling or suffering with ACL injuries, this is gonna be a really interesting study because I don't think there's too many other providers out there that are analyzing it in the context of hip strength and especially with prognostication, so to speak, in terms of predicting ACL injuries due to lack of hip strength. We're gonna break this study down, highlight what's most important and much more on today's episode.
