A short product-demo YouTube video (by Jeff Langmaid, uploaded Dec 28, 2023) showcasing the Aligna contour pillow. The speaker describes the pillow as highly versatile — a "Swiss army knife" of pillows — and demonstrates how its contouring and layer options let side sleepers use a higher side for broader shoulders and back sleepers use lower layers. The pillow is described as cradling the neck and accommodating normal movement during sleep.

This does actually do a pretty good job at cradling your neck so you don't feel like you have to move. But moving during sleep is actually a normal part of sleep.
