So let's go through, we'll go through a couple steps on how to post a video to Facebook. So we'll just get really practical on how to do it. So some of this might be obvious, but I think it's important just to reiterate. So when you go to your page, you hit photo or video. So you shot the video, you have it on your desktop, I'm assuming in this case, right, you have an MP4 or whatever the video file is. Click post a video, then click upload the photo or video. Then you choose the one, right? So it'll bring you. I'm on a Mac, obviously in this case it'll bring you to your desktop or whatever. You choose the one that you want to put up. So you choose the one that you want to put up. Now here's where it gets interesting. How many people have filled out this kind of thing before on a video they post on Facebook? How many people have not? People have not. Okay. A couple have not. So when you go to post a video on Facebook, this is a perfect slide to dive into then. So this is my video you can see right here. It's uploading, right? 34% done. So there's a couple of things. This looks like a lot of stuff and looks somewhat confusing. There's a couple things that you want to keep in mind is basically where all the red arrows are. So one is the title. So at the top add a title for your video here. Pretty self explanatory. Write the title. Five things to reduce back pain. Whatever the title of the video is, just type it in there. Then your description. The description is what the what's in the post. You know what I mean? Like it's what's in the post itself. So the title is typically not seen within the post. The words above or below the video, so to speak, that's what they. That's this description area. Describe your video. So you just type. Hey, hey, I'm Dr. Jeff and today I'm going to talk about the five things to help you do this. It's probably going to be a riff on the title, right? The description. What are you gonna talk about tag where it says tags here? I would. I mean if it's for chiropractors, you could type chiropractic and you start to type something and they'll bring, you know, when the lists come up, almost like you're typing in Google and the list dropdown list starts to guess what you're trying to choose. So when you start typing your tags Add a keyword to help people find your video. So all it, I mean, it's worth the two seconds to type in chiropractic or back pain or spine or whatever else. Just start typing something in and you'll see the available options around that. Healthcare, wellness, weight, whatever it might be. You start typing it and it'll bring up options. And all it's going to do is that helps Facebook amplify what you're getting at because they're like, okay, this is what that's about. I know what the title is now. I know what they're trying to the people they're trying to get after. So just type in a tag or you don't have to go crazy. And put 20 here. I usually just put one, but better than zero. And then the thumbnail. So where it says thumbnail here is, that's the still picture before somebody clicks on it. Right? So you don't want like the thumbnail of like, you know, like your eyes are closed and it's like, you know, that kind of thing. Maybe you do. That's a good pattern interrupt at times. But anyway, so you know, you probably don't want something that you'll be embarrassed to have. Right? So if you click on where it says thumbnail, they'll pre select like four. You don't even have to make one necessarily on Facebook. They'll give you three or four little still images from your video and you just choose the one that looks right where you're not like, you know, one eye open and close and that kind of thing. So they make those for you if you do that? Yes, there's other stuff that you can add in and all this, but if you do that, you will be like cruising, like you'll be well, well off.
