Jeff Langmaid argues clinicians should replace one-on-one rehab sessions with packaged online programs. This approach increases patient access and compliance while reducing clinician time per patient and improving outcomes.
Let's take someone who is doing rehab in their office. Typically they complain about not having as much time as that they would like to. Hey, I wanna provide more rehab. I wanna provide better rehab 'cause I want better outcomes. Okay. Then all of the normal one-on-one time that you would spend doing that rehab, let's take that, let's package it into an online program and let's install into the practice that way. So now you don't have to do it. You can have more guidance. The patient can get more access, better instruction, be more compliant. Their results go up and your time goes down.
