Speaker (Jeff Langmaid) describes the rollout and impact of a clearinghouse integration in their practice-management system (Jane). The clearinghouse integration first launched in "July of last year" and allowed users to submit claims, receive responses, and get ERAs back into Jane for posting payments. In the most recent "this past July" release, eligibility checks were added so users can run eligibility through Jane. The speaker emphasizes positive user feedback and that these insurance-focused features have significantly eased users' workflows.

Something that came out recently that I was super jazzed on is our clearinghouse integration. So that launched in July of last year with integrated claims. So we launched that you could submit your claims, receive responses, and receive your eras back into Jane so you could post your payments. And then just this past July, we launched eligibility checks. Now folks can run their eligibility checks through Jane as well. And that's just been such a game changer, seeing the response from folks like, and again, it's insurance. It's not sexy, it's not exciting. But seeing the response from folks being like, oh my gosh, this has made my life so much easier, is just like, love to hear it.
