Letting people know early on in care, we're gonna focus very early on these first few weeks of the practice. We're gonna be improving your mobility and reducing pain as much as we can, cuz that's gonna help you build confidence in your back again. As those things improve, many people that come in here also notice that they sleep better and get back to more normal activity. So again, I just said a couple weeks. Uh, so letting people know, next few weeks we're focused on pain reduction and improving mobility. That's to build up your confidence. And also you should notice in many cases that you're gonna start sleeping better and feeling better when you are out and about. Simple. Again, simple, powerful language, but it helps frame what you're doing, why you're doing it, and what a patient can expect moving forward.
