New-patient appointments hit 100% compliance in one example while other types dropped to 97%, revealing where clinics have scheduling or attendance problems worth fixing.
And then the last one here, compliance percentage. This is literally just looking at appointments that were valid within a week of their appointment and how, what percentage of people are actually showing up for those appointments. And, and that breaks out by type too. So I'm going to back up a little bit. So you'll see, um, in this clinic, they have 100% on 100% of their new patient appointments that came in during this date range booked and came in. And you'll see that fall off by different appointment types. So 97%. But it gives you some good idea of, of what people are scheduling. If you're having a particular issue around a particular appointment type, you can have your staff train on those things.
