Hey, everyone. How's it going? I am out here in beautiful Silicon Valley, California, excited to be out for the Crossover Health annual Physicians Summit. If you have not heard of Crossover Health, you definitely want to keep listening. They are changing the future of healthcare and it is exciting. They have basically taken on some contracts for providing health services to some of the largest technology companies in the world. And here's the exciting part. They've been able to do that and break free, free from a fee for service model. So they do truly integrated, truly multidisciplinary care that provides a patient centric approach. If at the end of the year, the employees are happy, they're healthy, they're productive, that is a huge win for the crossover team. Dr. Dan Lord, I became friends with him last year. He's their director of Physical medicine. That includes chiropractors, physical therapists, and acupuncture docs as well. They're doing some super exciting things. I am happy to be out here, humbled to be a guest at their annual event.

Dr. Scott Shreve, CEO of Crossover, kicked things off and really led the vision of where he sees the future of healthcare going. It was a great presentation. Dr. Dan Lord, program manager for Physical Medicine, my friend who invited me up, did a fantastic job showcasing the great work that all of the chiropractors, acupuncturists and physical therapists have been doing within crossover.
