And one of the benefits of coaching, when somebody can get involved in a community of docs that are like minded, meaning looking to grow their business, and also more importantly, in the same position that they are so everybody can learn together.
How does that work practically? I think as a chiropractor, you know, it can be very lonely out there. We recognize that, you know, doctors needed a few things and one of them was community. But it was being in a community of doctors, as you just alluded, that are in the same season as me. That's how you create those connections, because it's about connection. Human beings are hardwired for connection. We need connection, but we need meaningful connection. We need connection that's relevant at this time because, you know, when you're walking it out, when you're in the midst of it the business, it feels like sometimes you're in the midst of the fire. You need to be in it with the same people that are in it and with somebody who has went through it and is on the other side who can help you through it. And that's really what coaching is, right?
