Actually, this was my introduction to Jane was as a patient. So this was the thing. This little booking by Jane down here at the bottom was what got me to actually look into Jane. And now here I am working for them. So I loved how easy this was because my entire life has been spent sitting with clipboards in an office and checking boxes and this was so easy. I got to do it, like at the time that I booked and I loved that. So this is probably one of my favorite parts of this is the patient experience. For sure.

Even if you did, still having the opportunity and availability for those that do not want to speak on the phone, or if you're not answering the phone, can't get a hold of you until the next day, it can sometimes be five minutes and they're on to the next provider.
