If you have struggled with sleep or you'd like to get a better night's sleep so that you can perform your best each and every day, this video is gonna be for you. I'm Dr. Jeff Langmaider with the evidence based chiropractor. I am here with Dr. Pound of Alina Pillow and we're gonna have a conversation around sleep, how people can sleep better, and ultimately why this is such a foundational pillar of human performance and being able to live well. How do you get so interested in sleep?

And one of the first things I was told by when they came in with non traumatic neck pain was that they slept wrong. And in school, I never learned how to sleep correctly or what was the wrong way. But there was like this epidemic of people sleeping wrong and causing neck pain. And the other thing that almost all of my patients would say after they got treated was that I slept better. And I thought that was really, really cool. When I started thinking, okay, there's something connected with this pain and sleep cycle here.
