YouTube video by Jeff Langmaid titled "Why Patients Love These Massage Chairs!" (Feb 14, 2025). Short excerpt: speaker recounts that patients often mention the chairs during consultations and praises chairs for decreasing treatment time, improving patient mood, and making patients easier to adjust; chairs also help when the clinic is running behind because patients enjoy extra chair time.

Just like many of you do. We would do a consultation before the first visit, and people would stop me and say, I know about the chairs. I heard about the chairs. That's all I hear about is your chairs. Right. So from a chiropractic perspective, it decreases your treatment time. It's. The patients are easier to adjust their mood changes. If you're ever running behind, they don't care. I mean, I've never had a patient go, I don't want another five minutes on the massage chair.
