Two speakers discuss a coaching business and book based on a Triple A concept designed to help families navigate extended time together. Remote work forced people to spend far more time in close quarters, creating both connection and anxiety. The book offers practical mapping exercises to improve how people live and work together.
Our coaching business exploded because people were in silos. They were working from zoom. They didn't even know how to be together.
Absolutely. And that triple A concept is a very key feature in this book as well. So not only will they hear like you say the triple A's, the attitude adjustment and adapting, they'll also get an opportunity to feel and map it out for themselves based on what they discover in the book.
But the main reason for writing it was that people didn't know how to live together and work together and be together because one of them if not both of them had jobs. You know, they would come home, they would be together for an hour but certainly not 24 hours and certainly not for indefinitely. So there were either people that loved it and got more family time or there were people that just it created anxiety and they didn't know how to be. These are principles and concepts that work wherever you are in your life.
