Short in-person AMA-style presentation (YouTube video) featuring Jesse Ferrell delivering a brief motivational segment on self-perception and how "false limiting beliefs" shape behavior. The speaker uses mirror metaphors and audience call-and-response to illustrate barriers to seeing oneself, emphasizes emotional intelligence, and closes with energetic audience engagement and praise from the host.
Next on our agenda is a fantastic speaker in front. Jesse Farrell is coming to us, and he will speak on how you leave them feeling. So this year we wanted to continue to bring you dynamic speakers, and there is no one more dynamic than Jesse Farrell.
It's hard to see ourselves say yes. If you brush your teeth in the morning, who are you looking at when you're brushing your teeth? Okay. If you have hair, we'll see most of you guys. You got hair? When you comb your hair, do you turn away from the mirror?
No. No.
You turn into the mirror. Right, Right. How can we. Why is it so hard to see ourselves? Because of what we were taught. False limiting beliefs. Write it down. False limiting beliefs. Little boys do this. Little girls do that. Little boys don't cry. Yeah, we do. My fingers shut in the door. It's those false living beliefs that people tell us and a lot of times that seeps into us and we don't even realize it's happening. You guys say yes. Say yes.
Yes.
Huge emotional intelligence. Powerful intelligence. Thank you. Thank you. Got to get this stage back. You guys are amazing. Keep doing what you do. You're awesome. Thank you so very much.
Can I just say, did that not wake you up? Was that not just the. Say that of every decision I made in my presidency, asking me to come probably was my best decision.
