Even in our best endeavors, communicate effectively. You get that. You still have to be responsible. That makes sense. We're all in this together. Lan, when I tell that story about the snake bite, what are your thoughts? Real quick thoughts. I think it's incredible. It's incredible that you can have that type of experience and just have that type of experience motivate you and elevate you to become what you overlay your own life with what you read in chapter nine as though it was your life. Energy. Energy is movement. So thought is energy. But actually there are 700 times faster than they ever thought it was. It's 130,200,000 miles per second. So what do we have to do then? When we have communication challenges or glitches, Whether it's internal or external, it doesn't matter. What do we have to do when we start sensing and feeling one of the R's? What should that conversation be filled with? Let's talk about mastering the art of relationship. Amber, what are your thoughts? The communication should be filled with how we feel. And Is there somebody else in the equation? Owen. And help me. Right, but we. Our favorite radio station. We know what that is. And one. You guys got some rhythm. Audiology. We make sure you can hear well. That's good. One more time. Let's go the other way. Now, hands up, Hands up. Going the direction that I go. Stretch. Now back, back, back, back. Give a good back stretch. Hands forward. Okay, now. Now arms down like this. And shake it out. Now I want you to get a little bit funky in here. Yeah, Put some facial into it. Bite the lip. Quite the lip right by the side. Now let's get a little clean. Do your best. Yeah, that's. I'm trying to. All right, Carl, I got it. I got it. And by the way, he was smooth, too. He had a little hip action. Okay, so a little more side like this. You guys ready for the big move? Big move. Hands out. Lock the knee. And down. All right, Have a seat. Have a seat, Sam.
