Inspiring DECODE Middle Leaders

Middle leaders discuss how to inspire teams through practical coaching: staying calm, reframing routine tasks as "boujee moments," and building trust. The group emphasizes that change sticks only with ongoing meetings and accountability, not one-off sessions.

Okay. I consider myself an inspirational speaker. I think motivation is on you. You need to motivate yourselves. That's something you can actually do. But try to inspire you still. I'm not saying it can't be done. I know I've not been able to do it. I've always been inspired by how says by.
Equity builds connections with people on solid foundation.
Yeah.
And then what happens with that equity process?
Like in this strategy, you continue to invest.
Yeah. And it continues to what, grow exponentially? 100%. Yes. Trust huge. We've got to build that amazing trust equity.
I will say like one piece of kudos. So obviously there's a lot going on and there's definitely some moments where you don't have all the answers. But on client services, I actually remind myself something that Jen said that I heard from the grapevine, which is we're just going to remain calm and like that's something that really stuck with me. I may not have all the answers, but we're going to be very calm. We're going to figure this out. So without even know that you're inspiring me. You have inspired me. So.
Let'S give Jen a day. Three to three. So here's the thing. The way I think of it is this vision. What we see depends on mainly what we look for. I asked you to look for blue eyes. That's what we did. So our success path to me is strongly rises on what we focus on. Everything rises and falls in language. We need to now team focus more on communication. Focus on that. Let's see that. Let's put that out there and grow our communication to be epic communication. Let's roll with digital moments. I want to turn you guys on to something new. I want you to consider switching that up a little bit and having a boujet day moment. Have boujee moments. And the boujee moments is a new way to look at something you have already experienced. If you have looked at a new way of something you already experienced, what's possible for you? Emily, Say it.
A new outcome.
Ye. But if you're looking at it a way like also ran already done. It's already been there. All what's happening.
It's the same thing.
Yeah. And what's happening within you? Nothing. Nothing. And what is your mind doing when it's oh, I've been there, done that.
I mean you're not telling yourself or thinking or exploring new ideas.
Exactly. And are you going to check in or check out? Check out. Oh, like fast. Right. Have some push out Day moments when you're in a situation that look ordinary or sane, look at them through a new land. You don't have to do clean slate, take it in that way, see what's possible situation. Don't look at it like you already know. Because when you look at what you already know, you're missing an opportunity. Does that make sense? Vibrational. We can feel we are like resonating human beings. We're like, or like creatures. Contagious. Yes, it's very contagious.
So enthusiasm, optimism, energy.
Exactly. I mean, I take one, I'm sorry, but all that's relative, all that's best, that's why we're in this room now, is to raise that vibration. Am I right? Right.
Well, I think there were a couple things. I mean, to Michael's point, I mean, frankly, there are folks in the room that I would not deal with on a daily basis. Right. It would be hit and run if it happened. So it's great to be with everybody and it's great to get a sense of chemistry from everybody, a sense of involvement. It's also great to hear the commonality, common view.
It's pervas. So all the things that we're talking.
About, the things that you're talking about, I don't mean it this way, but they can be from the front of the room, they can be theoretical. When they're here, they're a reality.
It's real.
Yeah.
Let's give man three and three.
Yes.
I think for me, first of all, I think it's just what we're doing here is a great introduction to everyone here in the new leadership because we all have kind of similar roles with our respective teams. And you notice seeing who everyone is because it's been a little while.
Right.
Just don't get into the office. And the company has grown exponentially. So just, you know, seeing y' all understand, you know who you are and you know, this is, this is the group I can go to, you know, having similar types of challenges.
So your takeaway is the togetherness.
Yes.
Nice. And three. Three.
This is the first time that we've ever had a mid level team who are truly going to be the executors and leveling up to the larger leadership team.
Wow.
So taking these commonality issues, setting prior what we did, and then we need to be meeting ongoingly to actually make sure that this is executed and we can look back and analyze and actually like hold ourselves accountable.
Let's give her Nan5 advice. And we said as other leaders, as in Vanessa and Kathleen. We said once we do this, we have to periodically do this. We can't make this one and done or it won't stick. Sam.
