Sam.
There are some people that just lift you up. Well, Jesse is a lifter, y'.
All.
And what he's bringing to us today is a message that is both timely and topical for us. He has a theory called Grasp. He's going to talk about helping us to get ready to have the right attitude, to have our own personal signature on the things that we do, and then to make sure we're following our passion. So if you would please, please play with me on this one and give a warm Liberty Tax welcome to our keynote speaker, Mr. Jesse O'.
Farah. This is a short story, but a powerful and in depth message. We use this concept for companies and entities that connect with us for our leadership summits. They connect with us for training. They connect with us for a keynote or workshops. It's our reach leadership concept. It's RE A C H and it stands for responsibility, engagement, accountability, connection and how you lead them. Feeling you can make the change that you need to make. You can do this. This is on you. You can evolve. You can live the life you want by design. You can build the business or businesses that you want. You can do this. But you must be willing to change. How many people out in the world don't realize that how they leave people feeling determines the value and the quality of those relationships? They don't realize that they can create a much better relationship by considering how their next actions, their thoughts, what they share with them, how they leave them feeling will affect what they will do or not do. Change is difficult for many of us. You know why change is difficult? Because we don't want to change. Would you agree to that? Say yes. People don't like change. Even if they're doing something they shouldn't be doing, but they've been doing it for a long time. It's called a what habit? We don't want to change our habits, right? So change is difficult.
This whole idea of the next thing, so breaking that chain of the grasp to rethink your future so that you can prepare for the future the way you want it instead of letting it just happen to you.
It's like, let's do the work. Let's do those difficult things. Let's make the change and the changes that are needed to evolve and grow and live your life by design, not by happenstance.
His message of getting ready and with the proper attitude and the personal signature, with passion was exactly what we needed to hear.
We are one team. One team. Let me tell you how it came about. It came about in a book, right here. The book how you leave them feeling. This was actually something that flowed through me. If you really want to create an incentive to get people to do what you want or need them to do, it's all about how you leave them feeling. It's an amazing opportunity to be able to speak to companies like yours to help them understand how powerful the how you leave the feeling concept is and how it can help you. It.
