When? I didn't hear you. When she would live that life. Will you tell our graduates when they should live that life? Why are you playing with me? We got work to do here. We want them to do it.

When?

I do what I do to help others live the life that they deserve and desire. And the single thing that happens in that process is as we get to empower and inspire others to live their highest vision.

The conversation starts with this. Creating your life by design. Why don't we live our life by design?

At the end of the day, it's all about purpose.

You are unique in this audience and I'm going to prove that to you whether you know it or not.

His honesty, his sophistication, his way of coming around things. He's very direct and he hits you in a hard way, but it's very gentle. I feel like Superman every time I leave one of his conversations on one and one.

That right there is it. And that's what we're going to do with the color code.

It's not just an exercise. It's really important. You've got just a little tiny skid.

And the skid is going to be.

Just a demonstration of the four color codes in terms of behavior. The color code assessment is a personality assessment. I call it people science. And the color code says when you get self, you get others. And what happens when you get others is you find yourself being able to communicate in what I call epic communication. You communicate by speaking other people's language.

I thought Jesse was wonderful. He came on as being there for me. Me, the person that's in the audience, not about what he has done. I walked away today with the greatest smile. And in my heart I knew from some of the things that I've done in life. And now he's shown me how to go forward in doing things.

Gamify it, create a flow. You guys like that. Don't make me come over to your house and show you how to do this, because I will do it. Ask for what you want and your life will change dramatically.

Make connections, build relationships and ask. And then I think you have to want to make that connection with others. It doesn't have to be a long term connection. Be someone in the grocery store or someone at the mailbox or someone on a walk or whatever.

They don't know how to do it.

Most people don't. Most people feel sort of shut down leadership and effective communication is the secret of real influence. Leadership really is, in a word, influence. And the dream of true leadership is broken down into what I show the dream sequence as. Dedication, responsibility, education, attitude, and then motivation. Our abilities to motivate people to live the dream. When it comes to displaying leadership in all directions, that's what that's all about. You are what matters most in this room. You are the link inside of any good company, inside of any good family. It's a chain, it's a connection. You represent that link. Yes, men, you do fine. But women, you're it.

If I had a chance to say to Jesse, I'd say thank you for bringing some energy to the last day of our conference. And we really appreciate your ability to get everybody involved in this course.

This was really a magical and poignant experience for me. Actually want to cry, but I won't. And really what it does is it affirms the fact that this destiny, the serendipity, the things that Jesse talked about are in fact real. And they touched me deeply. My. I'm speechless. Which is kind of rare.

I want you to walk away with the inner power of knowing that you can figure it out. We want people to know that it is truly an inside job. Many of us live our lives being affected by what happens on the outside. And it is not about what happens on the outside. It's an inside job. I want you to do the work.

It's about doing the work.

And the work starts when, because the time is now.
