Jerry is a very special lady. She's got an incredible cover. The COVID is when someone has a face like Dr. Amanda that they have the face on. You don't know what's going on behind them because they put that cover on you. Yeah, you've got it, too. But this one here is. I'm gonna pick it. She is so sweet and innocent and kind and polite and professional. Professional. But the girl can show up and show out. Check this out. This is what I call if it will come on board, and I hope I'm not too far away from it. Let's see if I'm not too far away from it. Yes, Jerry was engaged. Let's go back about a year and a half. We're rolling out the it doctor in five absolutes. See, these two are already laughing. They already know what's coming. So we're all in the room, most of you here, and some of the new ones you did. So you guys are gonna love this. I'm human. I can blow it as a speaker. I have in some really critical places. I blew it that day really bad. And who do you think pointed out that I blew it? There's about 40 of us in this room. And I really bring home this point. And I asked for commitment. I asked for pledges, and I said, we should hold each other accountable. And I got a lot of nodding. Oh, these two were off. And I'm go, Jacks. Go Jacks. Right? I got a lot. I said, all right, let's just say let's. They said, well, how are we going to make this happen? I said, well, let's hold one another accountable. You guys good with that? Everybody said, raise your hand if you're good with that. Everybody raised their hand. I said, all right, I got this team, and all of a sudden, I'm not going to name names. There's someone said, I'm not naming names. Someone in the group said, the hairs on the back of my neck rose up when you said, someone else is going to hold me accountable. I'm not going to tell you who that person was. I'm not that guy. And so now this one here starts to stand up because she knows I'm in the middle of a challenge, and I'm like, new. So she starts standing. I gave her the wink, and I got this. So I stood over to that person right next to the person that was getting in my face about. She raised her hand, but then she changed her mind, and she thought about what it meant in terms of accountability. And so I pontificate I go back and forth. I challenge, I go back and forth. I pontificate. Then I want to bring the point all around, so I'll make sure we all got it. And I said prolifically, great words. I said just like so and so said, I'm not going to say her name. I remember the name. I'm not gonna say that. The hairs on her back raised up. And nobody said anything except this one. This one whispers, did you see the hairs on her? Until I realized what I said, oh, shoot. I don't know if she's got hair on her back that's not on me. This one. And she said, it's so innocent, like she knew I had blow it. That's engagement. Can you guys feel that? So thank you, Jared. So I didn't get to reward you then. You are one of our champions. I'm going to give you one of these right now. I'm going to give you a box of Wheaties, because Wheaties are connected. Engagement. You don't know what's going to happen in the future, so you just keep working at it. Right? It might not be no now, but you could get it. You see what I'm saying? Okay, so. So engagement. That's where we're at, Tim. That's what we want.
