Sam. Well, we hope to have an engaging conversation. And what we like to tell everybody is this room is a safe place to tell the truth. Whatever happens in this room doesn't leave this room. So whatever sharings that you want to do, we will be open for laser coaching moments or situations that have happened. And we hope that you feel comfortable with both of us. We've been, like Vivica said, we've been doing this for a long time. I just told them a little bit about conversations, and it's a safe place to tell the truth and a little bit about you, a little bit about me, and we'll get the party started.

So our deal is that we believe that it's best when there truly is a conversation between and with us and the audience. No one likes to be talked to or talked at. So, again, not everyone wants to engage. But you have two choices. You can just nod like that, or you can say, can I think about that? If you say, hey, can I think about that? That means, hey, I'm a processor. Some people are processors, and it's more challenging for them to. It's not that they're less intelligent than someone else. They just process differently. Processors don't like to be put on the spot. Does that make sense? Say yes. Do we have any processors in here? Say yes.
