My name is Lisa Bybe and my company is Lisa Lisson. I own a speaking and coaching firm in Las Vegas, Nevada. The one thing that has made a difference in my business is inspiring and empowering other women. I came from a background of losing my voice and my one mission in life is to help others find their voice, to empower and inspire them to live their life at their highest vision. And I do this by asking tons of questions and peeling back the layers, letting the ladies come to me where they know it's a safe place to tell the truth and to hear their story, feel safe in their story, and to have them unfold and blossom before my eyes. There's nothing more rewarding to me than making a difference in the lives of so many women. I have a client. She came to me, she was expressionless. She sat there with no expression on her face. And through asking key questions, I would ask what's going on in her life. It got down to the point that it was in her childhood where her mother suppressed her and made her emotionless. Today she got client of the year last year. And the life changing transformation that she has made, it warms my heart. Countless other women following this client through a word of mouth epidemic and it's just incredibly inspiring and rewarding on a daily basis. I love what I do. I love helping women. And the one thing that we did to get them in touch with themselves is to raise their deserved level. That one thing. Do you know where your deserved level is.
