Are you ready to fly like eagles? Isn't that a great way to look at life? Isn't that a great way to look at the monumental job that you folks have done and that you do day.
In and day out in the bed already Mix. We have a great deal of love and emotion for our employees. We feel for them, their families, the work that they do for us, which is a very safety sensitive job.
We have to remove doubt, say yes, yes, and especially with what you do. And we want to replace doubt with a guiding life principle called reach. Responsibility, engagement, accountability, connection and how you leave them feeling.
In this business and industry, the need for service, safety is paramount.
When we go to reach and use that constability, let's be focused on responsibility. And you guys know that very well because you're responsible for yourself and others. Awareness matters. We know that for a fact. Let's say that we know that engagement matters. When you are out there, you need to talk about what you see and the things that you see that have a challenge that can help and save others. You got to say something. It says when you see something, say something. Right? When you see something, say something. You don't have to wait for management for that. And we know that because together we're actually better. So engagement is the second part of that reach. And then when you talk about the a part of this thing, we're talking about accountability. You're accountable for yourselves and for others out there. So that's huge. We have to keep that because it's safety first. We know that you guys know that very well. Then we talk about the C part of that reach concept. It's about making those incredible connections both internally and externally with customers and with those that you are working with.
I want them to walk away being inspired and edified. I want them to be better for having come. I want them to go and to be excited to come to work and.
To come to work with a purpose in this room. Know that together we are better. So when I say together, I want you to say we are better. Together. Together. Exactly.
Brought everybody together. Have a nice meal, give away some gifts, invite you, Jess. And to do something together that would promote more awareness and safety.
That's what we want. And I want you to use Occam's razor. Simplest solutions are typically the best. Okay. It takes working hard and smart to fly like eagles.
My number one takeaway. You see something, say something. The ones that do affect, the ones that don't. Jesse is quite the speaker. The unity that he brings was great. Got everybody feeling good about themselves.
It's all about people to treat others. Not necessarily how I want to be treated, but how they want to be treated.
