Please welcome Jessica. Compassion. Compassion. That's huge. Why is compassion important? Because it's on a more personal level. Ooh. Do you agree with that? Say yes if you agree with that. Yes. Round of applause. If you agree with that. We know that the family eye care is extremely important to all of you. Round of applause. If you make a living by what often gallery brings to the world. Pass this hundred dollar bill. You ever seen Jerry Maguire? Show me developing for optic gallery or process that you guys are building or whatever it is. You want to take full ownership and have great commitment and build trust with others. Because when you build that trust with others, you're raising that equity, that relationship equity. The bigger and stronger the trust you have with one another, the bigger and stronger the relationship. The relationship equity that Dr. Young and I have is actually roughly 20 years and growing. And it happened on the very first day. What do you think Dr. Young did? 2 or 4 million. That made him say, hey, I. I really like this situation. Yes, he definitely. He did. He improved my vision. That's true. What else did he do? He connected with me. Get some money with that. He connected with. Now just kind of shake it up a little bit. Okay. All do the same thing over there too. All right. Have a F is a very cool life concept. You've all lived in it on some level. Think of it look like. Like this. The grass concept is the. It's the getting ready. The G and the R is the getting ready. So I want to ask, what are you getting ready for? What do you believe was the main reason for that exercise? Raise your hand if you think you know. Do you think you know? Empathizing. Empathizing was definitely in the top 10. She says empathizing. So Y number if to get you out of your comfort zone is in the top three. To get you out of your comfort zone on purpose. Because if you don't do, you're not going to do it on your own. You just not for that. Okay. Engage, engage. Build relationships. Engage with the top F. Build relationships is in the top two. I heard communication. What else to connect. I want. Wanted you to engage and connect with someone that you ordinarily might not have the opportunity to do or you might not do it. How we connect. Denise says it was very emotional and gave her the opportunity to stop and think about where she can improve to help make things better. Round of applause for this. More takeaways. Takeaways. Where is it? In the back. Do it anyway. Do it anyway. Round of applause on that one way to lead people is wanting more. Wanting more from you. Wanting more of you. Wanting more with you. Together this time. Say it like you really mean it. Together. Absolutely. We are better together. And that's what makes this so, so important.
