You and the companies you have worked for in the past have done special programs with Jesse Farrell and Jess Talk. Where did you find value for yourself and those companies and teams utilizing Jess Talk's services?
Well, first of all, I'd like to say that I've known Jesse for just over five years, and I've been with his programs for that. That length of time. I met him for personal reasons. I was going through some issues with my father that. Some legal issues. He was having some issues in the state of California, and he helped me go through all of that, and it was incredible. Since then, he has helped me very much professionally. I was working at another company where we had some issues with workplace bullying, and he helped get me and the team through that. And it was a struggle, but he really helped me see things differently and to realize that we're all growing and evolving and what we could do differently to get through that. And that was about a year of misery that I was going through. But he's the one. He was the rock that helped get me through that. Wow.
So you have quite a dynamic relationship with Jesse.
Wow.
What makes Jesse Farrell's communication style unique.
From all others, I would have to say, because he is himself with me, and we're very open and honest. In fact, I think I've probably been the most honest with him than anybody in my whole life. And so we have a very honest, open relationship, and we talk straight from the heart, and there's no judgment with him. It was helpful.
How can other companies and senior leaders benefit from utilizing the best gifts and talents of Just Talk?
I can see any company utilizing Just Talk. I've gained so much. There's not a time that we meet or we have a session over the telephone that I don't have good takeaways from it. And I can see any company could utilize what he brings to the table. I've told him many times he has a talent like, incredible talent, and it's been a blessing to know him for the past five years. Aw, that's sweet.
Do you have any lasting takeaway points from connecting with Just Talk programs?
I think just knowing about. He's helped me with introspection, my own personal introspection, and to realize about choices that I make. And it just has really helped me a lot. And also because I'm in a leadership position, it helps the people that I work for because I do take what I learn on a personal level. I do take it to work with me.
